In the modern world, with its unstable external environment, turbulent changes, there are more and more factors and risks that the organization must take into account. These changes make improvement of the organizational and economic enterprise management mechanism crucial. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop and test methodology of to assessing the organizational and economic mechanism for managing an industrial enterprise, as a method capable to increase efficiency and strengthening competitiveness, determining the direction of enterprise development and testing the methodology in the enterprise. As sources of information, there were used normative legal acts, papers in the Russian Science Citation Index, presented on the Elibrary resource, statistical data on the subject of research, data management reports and internal documents of the enterprise. During the work there were developed and tested the research methodology of organizational and economic enterprise management mechanism in order to improve it. The use of the developed tools is aimed at revealing the shortcomings of the organizational and economic mechanism of the enterprise and identification of ways to improve it. As a result of testing the developed methodology, practical recommendations for the enterprise were proposed. / В современном мире, при его нестабильной внешней среде, турбулентных изменениях, появляется все больше факторов и рисков, которые организация должна учитывать. Эти изменения побуждают перенести внимание на совершенствование организационно-экономического механизма предприятия. Цель магистерской диссертации заключалась в разработке методического подхода по оценке организационно-экономического механизма управления промышленным предприятием, как метода способного обеспечить повышение эффективности и укрепления конкурентоспособности, определить направление развития предприятия и апробация методики исследования на предприятии. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Elibrary, данные статистики по тематике исследования, данные управленческой отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана и апробирована методика оценки эффективности организационно-экономического механизма управления предприятием в целях его совершенствования. Использование разработанного инструментария нацелено на выявление недостатков организационно-экономического механизма предприятия и определение путей его совершенствования. В результате апробации разработанной методики были предложены практические рекомендации для предприятия.

In the field of dentistry, foreign products are widely used. For the successful implementation of domestic innovative products in dentistry, not only their qualitative characteristics, which are able to compete with foreign products, but also their active promotion, are necessary. The most rational way to achieve these goals is to create a small innovative enterprise with an implementational focus, which requires solving a number of organizational, economic, and methodological problems. The purpose of this work is the development of organizational and methodological support for the creation and operation of a small innovative implementational enterprise in the field of dentistry. The sources of information were international guides and literature, official statistics, as well as information on the Internet, covering various aspects of the subject matter. In the course of writing the master's thesis, elements of organizational and methodological support of the activity of a small innovative implementational enterprise in the field of dentistry were developed and tested, including an algorithm for implementing a project to create an enterprise, a business model (description of business processes) of the enterprise, including the risk system -management, the formation of financial and economic foundations of its operation. The use of the developed tools allows you to increase the efficiency of the creation and functioning of innovative enterprises and accelerate the innovative development of dentistry. / В сфере стоматологии, активно используются зарубежные продукты. Для успешного внедрения отечественных инновационных продуктов в стоматологии необходимы не только их качественные характеристики, способные конкурировать с зарубежными продуктами, но и активная деятельность по их продвижению. Наиболее рациональный способ достичь данных целей – создание малого инновационного предприятия внедренческой направленности, что требует решения целого ряда организационных, экономических, методических проблем. Целью данной работы является разработка организационно-методического обеспечения создания и функционирования малого инновационно-внедренческого предприятия в сфере стоматологии. В качестве источников информации использовались международные руководства и литература, официальные статистические данные, а также информация сети Интернет, затрагивающие различные аспекты исследуемой проблематики. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации разработаны и апробированы элементы организационно-методического обеспечения деятельности малого инновационно-внедренческого предприятия в сфере стоматологии, включающие в себя алгоритм реализации проекта по созданию предприятия, бизнес-модель (описание бизнес-процессов) функционирования предприятия, в том числе систему риск-менеджмента, формирование финансово-экономических основ его функционирования. Использование разработанного инструментария позволяет повысить эффективность создания и функционирования предприятий внедренческой направленности и ускорить инновационное развитие стоматологии.

Отчётность организации – это один из основных помощников в повышении эффективности деятельности, так как с помощью неё можно провести все основные виды экономического анализа. В данном случае мы имеем дело с усовершенствованной методикой анализа, а именно применений комбинации двух видов экономического анализа и метода стратегического анализа, а именно финансового анализа, экспресс­анализа и SWOT­анализа. Актуальность темы заключается в том, что необходимо грамотно подходить ко всем основным процессам производства, бизнес­процессам, эффективно использовать имеющиеся ресурсы. Для обеспечения устойчивости на рынке, конкурентоспособности организации необходимо понимать с какими финансово­экономическими рисками придется столкнуться. Для обнаружения этих опасностей важно обратиться к бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчётности, которая будет способствовать обнаружению сильных и слабых сторон предприятия. / The reporting of the organization is one of the main assistants in increasing the efficiency of activities, since it can be used to carry out all the main types of economic analysis. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that it is necessary to competently approach all the main production processes, business processes, and effectively use the available resources. To ensure stability in the market, the competitiveness of the organization, it is necessary to understand what financial and economic risks will have to face. To detect these dangers, it is important to refer to accounting (financial) reporting, which will help to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise.

Purpose of this dissertation work is creation of a software product with use of innovative technologies of development. During work mathematical results and methods of computation of optimum strategy are systematized, process of acceptance of optimal administrative solutions on the basis of the described methods is modelled. Object of this research is company which is a customer of a software product. An object of research is the information and technological "1C Enterprise" system. Readiness of a subject of this master thesis is characterized by other authors by the low level because objective is unique for this type of enterprise. The studied literature takes up very narrow circle of questions and also some adjacent problems following or to some extent connected to a thesis.
