Жилищно-коммунальный комплекс является важнейшей составляющей в системе жизнеобеспечения граждан, охватывает практически все население страны и в связи с этим занимает исключительное положение в ряду прочих отраслей экономики. По данным Федеральной службы статистики на протяжении 2013-2017 гг. российский рынок услуг ЖКХ характеризуется положительной динамикой. Ежегодный прирост показателя обеспечивался как за счет прироста жилищного фонда и развития коммунальной инфраструктуры, так и за счет повышения тарифов на жилищно-коммунальные услуги. В работе рассматривается деятельность службы водоотведения МУП Водоканал, выявлены проблемы и предложены пути повышения эффективности деятельности. / The housing and communal complex is the most important component in the life support system of citizens, covers almost the entire population of the country and, in this regard, occupies an exceptional position among other sectors of the economy. Оценка эффективности стратегии развития на машиностроительном предприятии является важным аспектом в экономике предприятия и необходима для обратной связи с целью корректировки стратегии. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие методических основ оценки эффективности стратегии развития. В работе рассматривается теоретические и методические вопросы исследования оценки эффективности стратегии развития. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература, нормативно-правовые акты и финансовые отчетности организаций в открытом доступе. В магистерской диссертации была предложена методика оценки эффективности стратегии развития машиностроительного предприятия, дополненная коэффициентами, позволяющими проводить сравнительный анализ стратегий, и коэффициентами результативности деятельности, которые связывают направления стратегии развития с экономическими показателями, что позволяет предприятиям проводить комплексный анализ своей стратегии развития, а также корректировать ее в соответствии с результатами оценки. / Effectiveness evaluation of the development strategy at a machine-building enterprise is an important aspect in the economy of enterprise and necessary for feedback to adjust the strategy. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop methodological foundations for effectiveness evaluation of the development strategy. The paper deals with the theoretical and methodological issues of the study of effectiveness evaluation of development strategy. Research and methodological literature, regulatory legal acts and financial statements of organizations in the public domain were used as sources. The master's thesis proposed a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the development strategy of a machine-building enterprise, supplemented by coefficients that allow to make comparative analysis of strategies and performance coefficients that link the directions of the development strategy with economic indicators, which allows enterprises to conduct a comprehensive analysis of their development strategy, as well as adjust it in accordance with the results of the assessment.

Актуальность формирования методического подхода к повышению эффективности использования производственного оборудования газотранспортных предприятий, обусловлена тем, что в условиях, когда сырьевые и энергетические ресурсы истощаются, а требования к сохранению окружающей среды становятся все более строгими, одним из основных факторов, определяющих конкурентоспособность отдельных предприятий и страны в целом, становится состояние производственного оборудования, а также система его эксплуатации и показатели эффективности использования. Целью написания магистерской диссертации является разработка методического подхода к повышению эффективности использования производственного оборудования газотранспортных предприятий. В представленной работе изучению подлежат теоретические и методические аспекты процесса управления и оценки эффективности эксплуатации производственного оборудования на газотранспортных предприятиях. Результаты обобщения и систематизации указанных теоретических и методических аспектов позволили сформировать комплексный методический подход к повышению эффективности использования производственного оборудования газотранспортных предприятий. В качестве источников информации, используемой в процессе написания представленной магистерской диссертации, выступила научно-исследовательская, учебная и методическая литература по проблеме исследования, данные финансовой отчетности и внутренней документации исследуемого газотранспортного предприятия, а также результаты эмпирических исследований, проводимых автором в процессе написания работы. / The relevance of the formation of a methodological approach to improving the efficiency of using the production equipment of gas transmission enterprises is due to the fact that in conditions when raw materials and energy resources are depleted, and the requirements for environmental preservation are becoming more stringent, one of the main factors determining the competitiveness of individual enterprises and a country in In general, the state of production equipment becomes, as well as the system of its operation and indicators of efficiency of use. In the presented work, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the process of management and evaluation of the efficiency of the operation of production equipment at gas transmission enterprises are subject to study. The results of the generalization and systematization of the above theoretical and methodological aspects have made it possible to form an integrated methodological approach to increasing the efficiency of using the production equipment of gas transmission enterprises. The sources of information used in the process of writing the presented master's thesis were research, educational and methodological literature on the research problem, data from financial statements and internal documentation of the investigated gas transportation enterprise, as well as the results of empirical research conducted by the author in the process of writing the work.

В первой главе раскрываются теоретические основы финансового планирования на предприятии. Во второй главе проводится анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности ООО «Златоустгазстрой», дается оценка действующей системы финансового планирования на предприятии, выявляются проблемы. В третьей главе разрабатываются рекомендации по совершенствованию финансового планирования в ООО «Златоустгазстрой», проводится оценка положительного экономического результата от их внедрения. Under such conditions, human capital is becoming one of the main resources for supporting digital transformation; accordingly, enterprises need to form an adequate and effective personnel policy that allows them to manage talents at the dawn of a new competitive environment. HR policy is a system of guidelines that reasonably take into account the signals of the external environment and allow the formation of acceptable personnel strategies in each of the key areas related to personnel selection, performance evaluation, training and development of socio-cultural aspects of the internal environment. In turn, a separate strategy should take into account the intensity of technological renewal and the possibility of transforming jobs, which requires appropriate management decisions. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological issues of managing the personnel policy of an enterprise in the context of the transformation of enterprises under the influence of the digital economy.

Целью исследования является разработка методического подхода к оценке эффективности системы мотивации персонала на производственных предприятиях, основанного на расчёте интегрального показателя эффективности системы мотивации, позволяющего проводить динамический анализ внутри предприятия и сравнительный анализ с другими предприятиями отрасли. Практическая значимость научного исследования заключается в том, что полученные результаты могут быть использованы на производственных предприятиях для проведения анализа и внедрения изменений в систему мотивации персонала, что, в свою очередь, позволит повысить эффективность стимулирования труда и совершенствовать систему вознаграждения персонала с учетом наличия альтернативных сценариев применения аутсорсинга в целях оптимизации затрат на персонал и повышения производительности труда. / The aim of the work is to develop a methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of the personnel motivation system at manufacturing enterprises, based on the calculation of the integral indicator of the effectiveness of the motivation system, which allows for dynamic analysis within the enterprise and comparative analysis with other enterprises in the industry.
