В целях обеспечения корректной и желаемой информации для руководящего состава и учредителей компаний информационные системы необходимо подвергать адаптации в соответствии со спецификой предприятия. Применение инноваций обуславливает сокращение трудозатрат, связанной с обработкой хозяйственных операций, а также получение от использования данной информации при проведении ее анализа более точных результатов. Цель работы заключается в совершенствовании форм и обработке учетно-аналитических данных для соответствия формам и порядку учета автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем управления малыми предприятиями. В качестве объекта данной работы рассматривается функциональность интеллектуальных автоматизированных систем. Задачами данной работы определяются следующие направления в виде: стандартизации форм и порядка получения учетно-аналитических данных организации в отношении функциональности автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем; создания единого алгоритма осуществления анализа учетных данных предприятий; формирования правил для использования автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем на участках налогового учета и отчетности; разработки правил для использования автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем на участках товарно-материальных ценностей, их списания и контроля остатков. / In order to provide correct and desired information for the management and founders of companies, information systems must be adapted in accordance with the specifics of the enterprise. The tasks of this work define the following directions in the form: standardization of the forms and procedure for obtaining accounting and analytical data of the organization in relation to the functionality of automated intelligent systems; creating a unified algorithm for analyzing the accounting data of enterprises; formation of rules for the use of automated intelligent systems in areas of tax accounting and reporting; development of rules for the use of automated intelligent systems in the areas of inventory, their write-off and control of balances.

Ежегодный прирост показателя обеспечивался как за счет прироста жилищного фонда и развития коммунальной инфраструктуры, так и за счет повышения тарифов на жилищно-коммунальные услуги. Оценка эффективности стратегии развития на машиностроительном предприятии является важным аспектом в экономике предприятия и необходима для обратной связи с целью корректировки стратегии. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие методических основ оценки эффективности стратегии развития. В работе рассматривается теоретические и методические вопросы исследования оценки эффективности стратегии развития. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература, нормативно-правовые акты и финансовые отчетности организаций в открытом доступе. В магистерской диссертации была предложена методика оценки эффективности стратегии развития машиностроительного предприятия, дополненная коэффициентами, позволяющими проводить сравнительный анализ стратегий, и коэффициентами результативности деятельности, которые связывают направления стратегии развития с экономическими показателями, что позволяет предприятиям проводить комплексный анализ своей стратегии развития, а также корректировать ее в соответствии с результатами оценки. / Effectiveness evaluation of the development strategy at a machine-building enterprise is an important aspect in the economy of enterprise and necessary for feedback to adjust the strategy. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop methodological foundations for effectiveness evaluation of the development strategy. The paper deals with the theoretical and methodological issues of the study of effectiveness evaluation of development strategy. Research and methodological literature, regulatory legal acts and financial statements of organizations in the public domain were used as sources. The master's thesis proposed a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the development strategy of a machine-building enterprise, supplemented by coefficients that allow to make comparative analysis of strategies and performance coefficients that link the directions of the development strategy with economic indicators, which allows enterprises to conduct a comprehensive analysis of their development strategy, as well as adjust it in accordance with the results of the assessment.

Актуальность формирования методического подхода к повышению эффективности использования производственного оборудования газотранспортных предприятий, обусловлена тем, что в условиях, когда сырьевые и энергетические ресурсы истощаются, а требования к сохранению окружающей среды становятся все более строгими, одним из основных факторов, определяющих конкурентоспособность отдельных предприятий и страны в целом, становится состояние производственного оборудования, а также система его эксплуатации и показатели эффективности использования. Целью написания магистерской диссертации является разработка методического подхода к повышению эффективности использования производственного оборудования газотранспортных предприятий. В представленной работе изучению подлежат теоретические и методические аспекты процесса управления и оценки эффективности эксплуатации производственного оборудования на газотранспортных предприятиях. Результаты обобщения и систематизации указанных теоретических и методических аспектов позволили сформировать комплексный методический подход к повышению эффективности использования производственного оборудования газотранспортных предприятий. In the presented work, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the process of management and evaluation of the efficiency of the operation of production equipment at gas transmission enterprises are subject to study. The results of the generalization and systematization of the above theoretical and methodological aspects have made it possible to form an integrated methodological approach to increasing the efficiency of using the production equipment of gas transmission enterprises. The sources of information used in the process of writing the presented master's thesis were research, educational and methodological literature on the research problem, data from financial statements and internal documentation of the investigated gas transportation enterprise, as well as the results of empirical research conducted by the author in the process of writing the work.

В третьей главе разрабатываются рекомендации по совершенствованию финансового планирования в ООО «Златоустгазстрой», проводится оценка положительного экономического результата от их внедрения. Under such conditions, human capital is becoming one of the main resources for supporting digital transformation; accordingly, enterprises need to form an adequate and effective personnel policy that allows them to manage talents at the dawn of a new competitive environment. HR policy is a system of guidelines that reasonably take into account the signals of the external environment and allow the formation of acceptable personnel strategies in each of the key areas related to personnel selection, performance evaluation, training and development of socio-cultural aspects of the internal environment. In turn, a separate strategy should take into account the intensity of technological renewal and the possibility of transforming jobs, which requires appropriate management decisions. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological issues of managing the personnel policy of an enterprise in the context of the transformation of enterprises under the influence of the digital economy.
