The movement of student's groups represents successfully developing youth organization having rich history, traditions and the prospects of further development. Student's groups have a significant role also in economic development of the country: new jobs are created, construction of socially important objects and increase in a housing stock is carried out, the help to socially not smoothed out categories of citizens is made. It is also worth noting that fighters of student's groups are more successfully integrated into modern professional community and society in general, including into social and political life of society. The dissertation research is devoted to questions of development of student's construction groups which in total of student's groups of Russia the greatest number in comparison with other types. Requirements to commanders and commissioners from employers raise and, as a result, their better preparation is required. The attention to the system of preparation of komsostav of SSO is relevant also because the Headquarters of pedagogical groups and the Headquarters of groups of conductors have the licensed programs of training of fighters while the Headquarters of those SSO have no and in fact high-quality purposeful preparation of a komsostav of SSO is not carried out. Within the thesis factors which need to be considered when studying a subject of student's groups, such as change of social and psychological characteristics of students, values, motivation and aspirations of students are allocated; changes of relationship of groups with employers; educational technologies. The problem considered in a research: insufficiently qualitative scientific methodological support of process of training of commanders and commissioners of SSO. A research objective – to improve a scientific methodological support of process of training of the ordering structures of student's construction groups. As a result of a dissertation research the program of training of a komsostav of student's construction groups on the basis of results of the researches conducted among students and employers, the analysis of modern educational technologies is developed and approved. / Движение студенческих отрядов представляет собой успешно развивающуюся молодежную организацию, имеющую богатую историю, традиции и перспективы дальнейшего развития. Значительную роль студенческие отряды имеют и в экономическом развитии страны: создаются новые рабочие места, осуществляется строительство социально-значимых объектов и увеличение жилищного фонда, производится помощь социально незачищенным категориям граждан. Стоит также отметить, что бойцы студенческих отрядов более успешно интегрируются в современное профессиональное сообщество и общество в целом, в том числе в общественно-политическую жизнь общества. Диссертационное исследование посвящено вопросам развития студенческих строительных отрядов, которых в общем количестве студенческих отрядов России наибольшее количество по сравнению с другими видами. Повышаются требования к командирам и комиссарам со стороны работодателей и, как следствие, требуется более качественная их подготовка. Внимание к системе подготовки комсоставов ССО актуально еще и в связи с тем, что Штаб педагогических отрядов и Штаб отрядов проводников имеет лицензированные программы подготовки бойцов, в то время как Штаб ССО таковых не имеет и по сути качественной целенаправленной подготовки комсостава ССО не осуществляется. В рамках диссертации выделены факторы, которые необходимо учитывать при изучении темы студенческих отрядов, такие как изменение социально-психологических характеристик студенчества, ценностей, мотивации и стремлений студенчества; изменения взаимоотношения отрядов с работодателями; образовательных технологий. Рассматриваемая в исследовании проблема: недостаточно качественное научно-методического обеспечения процесса подготовки командиров и комиссаров ССО. Цель исследования – усовершенствовать научно-методическое обеспечение процесса подготовки командующих составов студенческих строительных отрядов. В результате диссертационного исследования разработана и апробирована программа обучения комсостава студенческих строительных отрядов на основе результатов исследований, проведенных среди студентов и работодателей, анализа современных образовательных технологий.

Формирование и развитие любого государства связано с интеграцией молодежи в общественно-политическую и социокультурную деятельность страны. Студенческая часть является группой с особыми условиями труда, проведения досуга, системой ценностей и интересов. Актуальность исследования заключается в уменьшении численности кандидатов в движение студенческих отрядов в течение последних пяти лет в результате снижения мотивации у студентов идти в движение студенческих отрядов. В течение последних 5 лет студенческие отряды УрФУ с каждым годом перестают пользоваться популярностью, всё меньше талантливых ребят идут в движение, а многим оно кажется уже устаревшим, тем самым снижается качество работы и престиж организации. Теоретической основой диссертационного исследования являются труды отечественных и зарубежных ученых, изучающих потенциал движения студенческих отрядов и их влияние на современных студентов. Проблема исследования заключается в необходимости корректировки подходов вовлечения молодежи в деятельность студенческих отрядов. Гипотеза исследования базируется на предположении о том, что если в деятельности штаба студенческих отрядов будет реализована программа, включающая современные формы рекламы и агитация движения студенческих отрядов, обучение лидеров студенческих отрядов основам вовлечения молодежи, изменения в организационном управлении движением студенческих отрядов, комплект мероприятий по повышению имиджа студенческих отрядов, то можно будет наблюдать увеличение численности кандидатов в движении. / The formation and development of any state is connected with the integration of young people into the socio-political and socio-cultural activities of the country. The student part is a group with special working conditions, leisure activities, a system of values and interests. The relevance of the study lies in the decrease in the number of candidates for the movement of student detachments over the past five years as a result of a decrease in the motivation of students to join the movement of student detachments. Over the past 5 years, UrFU student teams have been losing popularity every year, fewer and fewer talented guys are starting to move, and for many it seems outdated, thereby reducing the quality of work and the prestige of the organization. The theoretical basis of the dissertation research is the works of domestic and foreign scientists studying the potential of the movement of student groups and their impact on modern students. The problem of the study is the need to adjust the approaches of involving young people in the activities of student groups. The hypothesis of the study is based on the assumption that if a program is implemented in the activities of the headquarters of student detachments, including modern forms of advertising and agitation of the movement of student detachments, training of leaders of student detachments on the basics of youth involvement, changes in the organizational management of the movement of student detachments, a set of measures to improve the image of student detachments, it will be possible to observe an increase in the number of candidates in motion.

Актуальность исследования заключается в том, что современная молодежная политика реализуется с учетом проектного подхода. Студенческие отряды являются объектом молодежной политики, содействуют в создание активной гражданской позиции и содействуют в самореализации молодых людей. В работе определены перечень навыков, которые лежат в основе проектной культуры. Представлен исследовательский дизайн при разработке программы по формированию проектной культуры у бойцов студенческих отрядов. Проведен анализ научной литературы по тематике данного исследования, описан портрет бойца студенческих отрядов УрФУ. Предложено определение «Проектная культура бойца студенческого отряда». Проведен SWOT – анализ деятельности движения студенческих отрядов. Предложены механизмы по формированию проектной культуры в среде студенческих отрядов. В работе представлена программа по формированию проектной культуры у бойцов студенческих отрядов Уральского федерального университета. Программа состоит из 3-х блоков: информационный блок, интерактивный блок, состоящий из четырех тренингов, проектный модуль, включающий «Творческую лабораторию - проектная культура студенческого отряда». Приводятся результаты тестирования программы по формированию проектной культуры у бойцов студенческих отрядов. Делается вывод что механизмы, реализуемые в программе по формированию проектной культуры, являются эффективными и могут быть реализованы не только в деятельности органов студенческого самоуправления, но и в образовательной среде вуза. / The relevance of the research lies in the fact that modern youth policy is implemented considering the project approach. Student groups are the object of youth policy, contribute to the creation of an active civic position and contribute to the self-realization of young people. The paper defines a list of skills that underlie the project culture. A research design is presented when developing a program for the formation of a project culture among the fighters of student detachments. The analysis of scientific literature about this study is carried out, the portrait of a fighter of UrFU student detachments is described. The definition of "Project culture of a student squad fighter" is proposed. A SWOT analysis of the activity of the movement of student detachments was carried out. Mechanisms for the formation of project culture among student groups are proposed. The paper presents a program for the formation of project culture among the fighters of student detachments of the Ural Federal University. The program consists of 3 blocks: an information block, an interactive block consisting of four trainings, a project module including a "Creative laboratory - project culture of the student team". The results of testing the program for the formation of project culture among the fighters of student detachments are given. It is concluded that the mechanisms implemented in the program for the formation of project culture are effective and can be implemented not only in the activities of student self-government bodies, but also in the educational environment of the university.

The dissertation deals with modern approaches to the study of the student’s teams movement, proposes a model of competitive graduate, presents the results of studies to determine the level of formation of competences among representatives of the student’ self-management. The author shows that the level of competitiveness of fighters of the students’ teams movement is higher than that of other students’ organizations. He identified current problems of the students’ teams movement, proposed a new structure of UrFU Staff students’ teams, presented the results of an experiment on creation profiled students’ teams and made a map of formation of general cultural competence in activities of the students’ teams movement. / В диссертации рассмотрены современные подходы к изучению движения студенческих отрядов, предложена модель конкурентоспособного выпускника, представлены результаты исследований по определению уровня сформированности компетенций у представителей органов студенческого самоуправления. Автором показано, что уровень конкурентоспособности бойцов движения студенческих отрядов выше, чем у представителей других студенческих организаций. Выявлены актуальные проблемы движения студенческих отрядов, предложена новая структура Штаба студенческих отрядов УрФУ, представлены результаты эксперимента по созданию профильных студенческих отрядов, разработана карта формирования общекультурных компетенций в деятельности движения студенческих отрядов.

В работе подчеркивается важность навыков будущего в подготовке современного специалиста на рынке труда. Приведен перечень актуальных навыков будущего. Представлен исследовательский дизайн при разработке программы по формированию навыков будущего в среде студенческих отрядов. Проведен анализ научной литературы по тематике данного исследования, описан портрет бойца студенческих отрядов УрФУ в контексте навыков будущего. Делаются выводы о навыках будущего, востребованных бойцами студенческих отрядов, приводится сравнение рейтинга навыков будущего бойцов студенческих отрядов с рейтингом навыков с точки зрения современного работодателя. Предложены технологии по формированию навыков будущего в среде студенческих отрядов. В статье представлена программа по формированию навыков будущего в среде студенческих отрядов Уральского федерального университета. Программа состоит из 4 модулей: информационный модуль, включающий 4 лекции от спикеров Ассоциации выпускников УПИ-УрГУ-УрФУ и центра универсальных компетенций УрФУ «4К», интерактивный модуль, состоящий из четырех тренингов, проектный модуль, включающий «Творческую лабораторию». Практический модуль содержит пять мероприятий, направленных на формирование навыков будущего. Приводятся результаты тестирования части элементов программы по формированию навыков в среде студенческих отрядов. Делается вывод о значительном потенциале движения студенческих отрядов в формировании навыков будущего. / The article emphasizes the importance of future skills in training a modern specialist in the labor market. The list of actual skills of the future is given. The article presents a research design for the development of a program for the formation of skills of the future in the environment of student groups. The article analyzes the scientific literature on the subject of this study, describes the portrait of a fighter of UrFU student detachments in the context of the skills of the future. Conclusions are drawn about the skills of the future that are in demand by the fighters of student squads, a comparison of the rating of the skills of the future of the fighters of student squads with the rating of skills from the point of view of a modern employer is given. Technologies for the formation of skills of the future in the environment of student groups are proposed. The article presents a program for the formation of future skills among the student groups of the Ural Federal University. The program consists of 4 modules: an information module, which includes 4 lectures from speakers of the UPI-USU-UrFU Alumni Association and the UrFU Center for Universal Competencies "4K". Interactive module consisting of four training sessions. The project module includes a "Creative Laboratory". The practical module includes five activities. The results of testing some elements of the program for the formation of skills in the environment of student groups are presented. Based on the results, conclusions are drawn about the level of formation of future skills among the student groups of the Ural Federal University.
