In Russia, all conditions are currently being formed, as well as the prerequisites for the application of strategic management methods and tools, both for large enterprises and for small firms, regardless of the scope of activity and legal form of ownership. A sustainable development strategy is a common type of strategy that every member of the global economy should pursue with the goal of satisfying today's needs, without compromising the ability of future generations to satisfy their own. The sources used educational and methodological and research literature, the results of empirical research of the author and the data of questionnaires. In the master's thesis, a generalized integral indicator was developed based on the distribution of goals in the areas of economic, environmental, social and technological sustainability to assess the sustainability of the enterprise, and this indicator was also used in the economic rationale of the sustainable development strategy. / В России в настоящее время формируются все условия, а также предпосылки применения методов и средств стратегического управления, как для крупных предприятий, так и для мелких фирм независимо от сферы деятельности и организационно-правовой формы собственности. Стратегия устойчивого развития – это распространенный вид стратегии, которому должен следовать каждый участник мировой экономики, имеющий цель удовлетворить сегодняшние потребности, не ставя под угрозу способность будущих поколений удовлетворять свои собственные. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные опросников. В магистерской диссертации был разработан обобщённый интегральный показатель на основе распределения целей по направлениям экономической, экологической, социальной и технологической устойчивости для оценки устойчивости предприятия, а также данный показатель был использован в экономическом обосновании стратегии устойчивого развития.

Цель исследования – опираясь на научную литературу, посвященному «зеленому» финансированию и «зеленым» инструментам, исследовать влияние «зеленых» облигаций на инвестиционное развитие предприятия. В результате работы было исследовано и доказано влияние эмиссии «зеленых» облигаций на финансовые и нефинансовые показатели деятельности предприятия, что позволило обосновать целесообразность их выпуска и способствовало инвестиционному развитию предприятий с учетом требований «зеленой» экономики. Даны рекомендации по развитию рынка «зеленых» облигаций в России, позволяющие предприятиям эффективно использовать «зеленые» инструменты финансирования и стимулировать устойчивое инвестиционное развитие за счет привлечения экологически ответственных инвесторов. / The purpose of the study is to study the impact of "green" bonds on the investment development of an enterprise based on the scientific literature on "green" financing and "green" instruments. Because, of the work, the influence of the issue of "green" bonds on the financial and non-financial performance of the enterprise was investigated and proven, which made it possible to justify the expediency of their issue and contributed to the investment development of enterprises taking into account the requirements of the "green" economy. Recommendations are given on the development of the green bond market in Russia, allowing enterprises to effectively use green financing tools and stimulate sustainable investment development by attracting environmentally responsible investors.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка, включающего 111 наименования и девяти приложений. Работа включает 18 таблиц и 39 рисунков. Общий объем работы – 144 страницы. Разработана концепции стратегии развития Арамильского городского округа, включающая в себя концепцию по формированию и реализации девелоперского проекта создания туристического информационного центра. Она отличается финансово-экономическим обоснованием реализации проекта, в ходе которого рассмотрено две модели финансирования проекта и проведен анализ устойчивости проекта к рискам изменения конъюнктуры рынка и удорожание стоимости строительства и приобретения основных средств на двадцать процентов посредством математического моделирования, что позволяет оценить потенциальную эффективность реализации предлагаемых мероприятий. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list including 111 titles and nine appendices. The concept of the development strategy of the Aramilsky urban district has been developed, which includes the concept for the formation and implementation of a development project for the creation of a tourist information center. It differs in the financial and economic justification of the project implementation, during which two models of project financing were considered and an analysis of the project's resilience to the risks of changing market conditions and an increase in the cost of construction and acquisition of fixed assets by twenty percent through mathematical modeling, which allows us to assess the potential effectiveness of the proposed measures.

The dissertation research is devoted to the problems of the development of tourist facilities in the Urals, the possibilities and peculiarities of their influence on the development of the region. The paper presents an analysis of tourist sites in Russia and abroad: distribution, quality, problems of tourist complexes. Examples from different regions of Russia and the world were taken, differences in the approach to design were revealed, as well as the conditions for the development of tourist complexes. The object of the study is the tourist infrastructure of the Ural region. It has been studied how tourist complexes can increase the tourist attractiveness of the Ural region, as well as the role of such complexes in the development of territories. The purpose of the study: to develop a concept of a tourist complex according to the criteria of sustainable development, so that the object becomes a factor in the development of regional tourism, taking into account the results of sociological research. A survey was conducted in the study, on the basis of which criteria for the visual attractiveness of the building of the tourist complex were compiled. Scientific materials on the topic of energy conservation, organic architecture, the development of architectural and planning organization of tourist and recreational areas have been studied. As part of the dissertation research, a project of a tourist complex was developed considering the results of a survey and current trends in sustainable architecture. / Диссертационное исследование посвящено проблемам развития туристических объектов на Урале, возможностям и особенностям их влияния на развитие региона. В работе представлен анализ туристических объектов в России и за рубежом: распределение, качество, проблемы туристических комплексов. Были взяты примеры из разных регионов России и мира, выявлены различия в подходе к проектированию, а также условия развития туристических комплексов. Объектом исследования является туристическая инфраструктура Уральского региона. Изучено каким образом туристические комплексы смогут повысить туристическую привлекательность Уральского региона, а также какова роль таких комплексов в развитии территорий. Цель исследования: разработать концепцию туристического комплекса по критериям устойчивого развития, чтобы объект стал фактором развития регионального туризма, с учетом результатов социологических исследований. В исследовании был проведен соцопрос, на основании которого были составлены критерии визуальной привлекательности здания туристического комплекса. Изучены научные материалы на тему энергосбережения, органической архитектуры, развитие архитектурно-планировочной организации туристско-рекреационных территорий. Разработан проект туристического комплекса с учетом результатов соцопроса и современных тенденций устойчивой архитектуры.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложения. В работе проводится обзор существующих методик оценки устойчивого развития территории, виды индикаторов и научно-методические подходы к их разработке, а также классификация материальных и нематериальных ресурсов, анализ влияния материальных ресурсов на развитие человеческого капитала и анализ уровня использования организационных ресурсов Свердловской области. Кроме того, подготовлены рекомендации по формированию методики оценки уровня использования материальных и нематериальных ресурсов для развития территории Свердловской области. А также приводятся инвестиционные расчеты по строительству детского сада, которые наглядно демонстрируют возможность улучшения ситуации с обеспечением населения социальными объектами в условиях дефицита бюджета за счет механизмов государственно-частного партнерства. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The paper reviews the existing methods for assessing the sustainable development of the territory, types of indicators and scientific and methodological approaches to their development, as well as classification of material and intangible resources, analysis of the impact of material resources on the development of human capital and analysis of the level of use of organizational resources of the Sverdlovsk region. In addition, recommendations were prepared on the formation of a methodology for assessing the level of use of material and intangible resources for the development of the territory of the Sverdlovsk region. Also, investment calculations for the construction of a kindergarten are presented, which clearly demonstrate the possibility of improving the situation with providing the population with social facilities in the context of a budget deficit through public-private partnership mechanisms.

В процессе выполнения работы были исследованы теоретические и, нормативно-правовые аспекты развития сельских территорий и потребительской кооперации. Выполнен анализ развития сельских территорий Невьянского городского округа, на основе чего разработаны рекомендации по созданию потребительского кооператива как стартовой меры развития потребительской кооперации и создания ТОС как фактора повышения устойчивости развития сельских территорий. В результате осуществления рекомендуемых мер ожидается повышение уровня занятости экономически активного населения НГО, рост реальных доходов сельского населения, решение вопросов продовольственного обеспечения городского округа и обеспечение устойчивости развития сельских территорий. / In the course of the work, the theoretical and regulatory aspects of rural development and consumer cooperation were studied. The analysis of the development of rural areas Nevyansky urban district, on the basis of which recommendations for the establishment of consumer cooperatives as the starting steps of development of consumer cooperation and the creation of TOS as factor of increase of stability of development of rural territories. The implementation of the recommended measures is expected to increase the level of employment of economically active population NGOs, the growth of real incomes of the rural population, issues of food security in the city and ensure the sustainable development of rural areas.

В диссертации осуществлен анализ теоретических подходов к изучению крупных спортивных мероприятий как инструмента развития территории. В ней представлены нормативно-правовые основы организации крупных спортивных мероприятий и использования эффектов от их проведения в программах развития территории, а также методические подходы к разработке социальных технологий развития территории муниципального образования, основанных на проведении крупных спортивных мероприятий. Аналитическая глава посвящена разработке социальных технологий развития муниципального образования «город Екатеринбург», основанных на проведении крупных спортивных мероприятий. В ней автор осуществил анализ опыта организации и проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий в г. Екатеринбурге и их влияние на социально-экономическое, социальное и культурное развитие территории муниципального образования, оценку управленческих подходов к планированию и использованию социально-экономических, социальных и культурных эффектов от проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий для развития территории г. Екатеринбурга. Были выделены проблемы и перспективы устойчивого развития г. Екатеринбурга в контексте подготовки и проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий.
