Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросам анализа и оценки финансовой устойчивости коммерческого банка. Целью исследования является разработка методического инструментария для оценки интегрального показателя финансовой устойчивости коммерческого банка на основе балльно-весового подхода. Научной новизной исследования является авторское определение финансовой устойчивости коммерческого банка, группа показателей для оценки состояния пассивов коммерческого банка, агрегированный показатель финансовой устойчивости коммерческого банка с использованием балльно-весовой методики, а также эконометрическая модель вероятности перехода финансового состояния банка в сомнительную категорию на основе бинарной логистической регрессии. Также предложены управленческие рекомендации по обеспечению финансовой устойчивости коммерческого банка в современных условиях. / The master's thesis is devoted to the analysis and assessment of the financial stability of a commercial bank. The aim of the research is to develop methodological tools for assessing the integral indicator of financial stability of a commercial bank based on a point-and-weight approach. Scientific novelty of the research is the author's definition of the financial stability of a commercial bank, a group of indicators for assessing the state of the commercial bank's liabilities, aggregate indicator of the financial stability of a commercial bank using a point-and-weight methodology, as well as an econometric model of the probability of transition of the bank's financial condition into a doubtful category based on binary logistic regression. The paper also presents management recommendations for providing of financial stability of commercial bank in modern conditions.

Master’s thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, discussion, a bibliographic list, including 81 tiles. The work includes 14 tables and 11 figures. This study investigate the foresight strategies for business development which has provided valuable insights into the proactive approaches adopted by organizations to navigate an increasingly complex and uncertain business environment. This study, employing a qualitative research design, delved into the intricacies of foresight strategies through semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders and comprehensive analysis of relevant literature. The findings underscore the importance of environmental scanning as a foundational step in strategic foresight, enabling organizations to systematically analyze external factors and identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks. By scanning the environment regularly and rigorously, businesses can stay ahead of the curve, anticipate changes, and position themselves strategically to capitalize on future opportunities while mitigating potential threats. / Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, обсуждения, библиографического списка, включающего 81 плитку. Это исследование изучает стратегии форсайта для развития бизнеса, что дало ценную информацию о проактивных подходах, принятых организациями для навигации во все более сложной и неопределенной деловой среде. Это исследование, использующее качественный исследовательский дизайн, углубилось в тонкости стратегий форсайта с помощью полуструктурированных интервью с ключевыми заинтересованными сторонами и всестороннего анализа соответствующей литературы. Результаты подчеркивают важность сканирования среды как основополагающего шага в стратегическом форсайте, позволяющего организациям систематически анализировать внешние факторы и выявлять возникающие тенденции, возможности и риски. Регулярно и тщательно сканируя среду, предприятия могут оставаться на шаг впереди, предвидеть изменения и стратегически позиционировать себя, чтобы извлекать выгоду из будущих возможностей, одновременно смягчая потенциальные угрозы.

The aim of the work is to improve the methodical approach to the assessment of financial sustainability of the municipal budget. The methodical approach to the integral assessment of financial sustainability of the municipal budget is based on the indicators of balance, financial independence, budget sustainability, direction of budget policy and debt dependence of the budget. The developed methodical approach makes it possible to comprehensively assess the financial condition of the municipal budget in dynamics and suggest ways to improve budget sustainability in each direction. / Целью работы является совершенствование методического подхода к оценке финансовой устойчивости бюджета муниципального образования. В основе методического подхода к интегральной оценке финансовой устойчивости бюджета муниципального образования – показатели сбалансированности, финансовой независимости, бюджетной устойчивости, направленности бюджетной политики и долговой зависимости бюджета. Разработанный методический подход позволяет комплексно оценить финансовое состояние муниципального бюджета в динамике и предложить пути улучшения бюджетной устойчивости по каждому направлению.

Объектом исследования явилась ассертивность. Предметом исследования стало ассертивное поведение сотрудников музеев. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (103 источника) и приложения, включающего в себя диагностические результаты выборки по использованным методикам. Объем магистерской диссертации 85 страниц, на которых размещены 11 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основная и дополнительные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, научная новизна, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме ассертивности, научной эволюции данного феномена, структуры ассертивного поведения и психологическим особенностям сотрудников музеев. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: опроснику самооценки Уайтхолд, шкале организационного стресса А. Малкина в адаптации Н. Е. Водопьянова, опроснпику психологической устойчивости к стрессу Е. В. Распопина, краткому тесту жизнестойкости С. Мадди в адаптации Е. Н. Осина и Е. И. Рассказовой, тесту на ассертивность В. Каппони и Т. Новака. Для интерпретации данных использовались критерий корреляции Пирсона и t-критерий Стьюдента для независимых выборок. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам. / The object of the study was assertiveness. The subject of the study was the assertive behavior of museum staff. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references (103 sources) and an appendix, which includes diagnostic results of sampling according to the methods used. The volume of the master's thesis is 85 pages, which contain 11 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the elaboration of the problem, sets the purpose and objectives of the study, defines the object and subject of the study, formulates the main and additional hypotheses, indicates the methods and empirical base, as well as the stages of research, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the topic of assertiveness, the scientific evolution of this phenomenon, the structure of assertive behavior and the psychological characteristics of museum staff. The conclusions of the first chapter represent the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It describes the organization and methods of the research and the results obtained using all the methods used: the Whitehold self-assessment questionnaire, the Malkin organizational stress scale in adaptation by N. E. Vodopyanov, the Raspopin psychological stress resistance questionnaire, the S. Muddy short resilience test in adaptation by E. N. Osin and E. I. Rasskazova, the test on the assertiveness of V. Capponi and T. Novak. The Pearson correlation criterion and the Student's t-test for independent samples were used to interpret the data. The conclusions of Chapter 2 include the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, are summarized.

Объем магистерской диссертации 114 страниц, работа включает 6 рисунков и 29 таблиц. Цель работы – анализ особенностей осознанной саморегуляции поведения практикующих психологов, определяющих их способность достигать поставленные цели в различных видах психической активности и практической деятельности. Объект исследования – осознанная саморегуляция поведения. Методы исследования: методы теоретического анализа и синтеза, статистической обработки эмпирических данных, описательной статистики, сравнительного и корреляционного анализа, интерпретативные методы. Результаты работы: когнитивно-регуляторный процесс «программирование действий» и личностно-регуляторное свойство «надежность» являются наиболее значимыми ресурсами деятельности практикующих психологов. Сформированность ресурсов саморегуляции прямо связана с эмоциональной устойчивостью, активностью и жизнестойкостью. Область применения полученных результатов: профессиональная деятельность практикующих психологов. Значимость работы: результаты исследования могут быть применены на практике для поддержания эффективного функционального состояния и снижения риска возникновения профессиональных деформаций и выгорания у практикующих психологов. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two sections, a conclusion, a list of references (72 sources) and five appendices. The volume of the master's thesis is 114 pages, the work includes 6 figures and 29 tables. The purpose of the work is to analyze the features of conscious self-regulation of the behavior of counseling psychologists, which determine their ability to achieve their goals in various types of mental activity and practical activities. The object of the research is conscious self-regulation of behavior. Research methods: methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, statistical processing of empirical data, descriptive statistics, comparative and correlation analysis, interpretative methods. Results of the work: the cognitive-regulatory process "programming of actions" and the personal-regulatory property "reliability" are the most significant resources for the activity of counseling psychologists. The formation of self-regulation resources is directly related to emotional stability, activity and vitality. The scope of the obtained results is the professional activity of counseling psychologists. The significance of the work: the results of the study can be applied in practice to maintain an effective functional state and reduce the risk of professional deformations and burnout among counseling psychologists.

Структура магистерской диссертации включает введение, три главы, заключение, список литературы. В первой главе будет определено понятие устойчивого развития, формирование устойчивости и методы оценки эффективности улучшения устойчивого развития. Во второй главе будет представлена методология исследования с углубленным анализом собранных данных. В третьей главе будут исследованы проблемы и механизмы управления устойчивым развитием компании и рекомендации по стратегии устойчивого развития, а также будет оценена их эффективность. With inefficient management of accounts receivable, the company increases the risk of financial instability in the short term. To offset the risks of its occurrence, enterprises need to monitor the formation of accounts receivable, analyze potential debtors for solvency and problems with financial stability, as well as carry out constant work with existing debtors. Since there are many factors in the process that influence the management decision, it is necessary to use information systems based on specific models, which contain algorithms for economically correct outcomes, to increase the efficiency of the process. / При неэффективном управлении дебиторской задолженностью у предприятия повышается риск возникновения финансовой неустойчивости в краткосрочной перспективе. Для нивелирования рисков ее возникновения предприятиям необходимо производить контроль за образованием дебиторской задолженности, анализировать потенциальных дебиторов на предмет платежеспособности и проблем с финансовой устойчивостью, а также производить постоянную работу с уже существующими дебиторами. Так как в процессе присутствует множество факторов, которые влияют на управленческое решение, то для повышения эффективности процесса необходимо использовать информационные системы, основанные на конкретных моделях, в которых заложены алгоритмы экономически верных исходов.
