Машиностроение наиболее важная отрасль промышленности, обеспечивающая инновационное развитие предприятий народного хозяйства. Однако, машиностроение также нуждается в инновациях. Устаревшие основные производственные фонды (ОПФ), недостаточное финансирование, высокая конкуренция на отечественном и зарубежном рынках, дефицит квалифицированных кадров снижают возможности ускоренного развития предприятий машиностроения. Решению этих проблем может способствовать проведение анализа производственных процессов и экономической ситуации на предприятии и разработка продуктовых, технологических и организационных инноваций. Проект модернизации механообрабатывающего цеха позволит повысить качество производства сменного инструмента, выпускаемых для прокатного стана, что свою очередь позволит на шаропрокатном производстве повысить объемы выпуска и повысить рентабельность продаж. / Mechanical engineering is the most important industry that provides innovative development of enterprises of the national economy. However, engineering also needs innovation. Obsolete fixed production funds (OPF), insufficient financing, high competition in the domestic and foreign markets, a shortage of qualified personnel reduce the opportunities for accelerated development of engineering enterprises. Analysis of production processes and economic situation at the enterprise and development of product, technological and organizational innovations can help to solve these problems. The modernization project of the machining workshop will increase the quality of production of replaceable tools produced for the rolling mill, which in turn will allow at the ball rolling production to increase production volumes and increase the profitability of sales.

Выступления лидеров, как типичный политический документ, являясь важной частью политического перевода, отражающего политические тенденции конкретной страны, играют важную роль в мировой коммуникации и изучении международной политики. Особенно в условиях углубления российско-китайского сотрудничества изучение речей китайских лидеров помогает воочию понять динамику китайской политики. Кроме того, ее изучение способствует совершенствованию навыков перевода с китайского языка на русский и развитию сотрудничества между двумя сторонами в более высоких областях. Актуальность исследования обусловлена новым методом исследования переводов политических текстов путем сравнения переведенных текстов выступлений лидеров. В первой главе заложена теоретическая основа исследования: вводятся отношения между Китаем и Россией, обсуждается понятие «перевод», исследуются особенности перевода политических текстов и определяются основные трудности перевода политических текстов. Рассмотрено понятие китайской «политической культуры», кратко описана деятельность китайских политических лидеров, представлен авторский подход к стилям политической речи крупных китайских лидеров. Вторая глава посвящена практическим аспектам перевода: посвящена сравнительному тексту оригинала и перевода Доклада Си Цзиньпина на XIX-м Всекитайском съезде КПК., в докладе выделяются языковые единицы, особенно труднопереводимые на русский язык (четырехсимвольные слова, морфемы, аббревиатуры, пословицы и цитаты); составление анкет для исследования целевой аудитории, после детального анализа определить понимание перевода предложений в трудных языковых единицах; предложить перевод политических речей китайских политиков с китайского на русский. / Speeches of leaders, as a typical political document, being an important part of political translation, reflecting the political trends of a particular country, play an important role in world communication and the study of international politics. Especially in the context of deepening Russian-Chinese cooperation, studying the speeches of Chinese leaders helps to understand the dynamics of Chinese politics with one's own eyes. In addition, its study contributes to the improvement of Chinese-Russian translation skills and the development of cooperation between the two parties in higher fields. The relevance of the study is due to a new method for studying the translations of political texts by comparing the translated texts of the leaders' speeches. The first chapter lays the theoretical basis of the study: relations between China and Russia are introduced, the concept of "translation" is discussed, the features of the translation of political texts are studied, and the main difficulties in the translation of political texts are identified. The concept of Chinese "political culture" is considered, the activities of Chinese political leaders are briefly described, and the author's approach to the styles of political speech of major Chinese leaders is presented. The second chapter is devoted to the practical aspects of translation: it is devoted to the comparative text of the original and translation of Xi Jinping's Report at the 19th National Congress of the CPC. The report highlights language units that are especially difficult to translate into Russian (four-character words, morphemes, abbreviations, proverbs and quotations); compiling questionnaires for researching the target audience, after a detailed analysis, determine the understanding of the translation of sentences in difficult language units; offer translation of political speeches of Chinese politicians from Chinese into Russian.

Theme of master's thesis: Analysis of data on communications with customers and development of a project for improving the CRM-system of the bank. The master's thesis is executed on 118 pages, contains 18 pictures, 8 tables, 70 sources used. Object of the research: information system of "Sberbank". The subject of the research: information support for the management of the process of relationships with customers on the example of "Sberbank". Objective: Development of the project of improving the bank's CRM-system to attract new customers based on an analysis of the data communications with clients. The following tasks were set: to consider aspects of the application of CRM-systems; make a complete model of the organization; conduct an analysis of the practice of relationships with customers in "Sberbank"; to study the existing CRM-system; form requirements for the selection of CRM-systems; propose a project for implementing a module in the system to solve the task of developing CRM in the Bank; to estimate economic efficiency. The obtained results and their novelty: analysis and improvement of the CRM-system has specific goals, the result of which is the receipt of competitive advantages by the bank. / Тема магистерской диссертации: Анализ данных о коммуникациях с клиентами и разработка проекта совершенствования CRM-системы банка. Магистерская диссертация выполнена на 118 страницах, содержит 18 рисунков, 8 таблиц, 70 использованных источников. Объект исследования: информационная система ПАО «Сбербанк России». Предмет исследования: информационное обеспечение управлением процесса взаимоотношений с клиентами на примере ПАО «Сбербанк России». Цель работы: разработка проекта совершенствования CRM-системы банка для привлечения новых клиентов на основе анализа данных о коммуникациях с клиентами. Поставлены следующие задачи: рассмотреть аспекты применения CRM-систем; составить полную модель организации; провести анализ практики взаимоотношений с клиентами в ПАО «Сбербанк»; изучить существующую CRM-систему; сформировать требования к выбору CRM-систем; предложить проект внедрения модуля в системе для решения задачи развития CRM в Банке; оценить экономическую эффективность. Полученные результаты и их новизна: анализ и совершенствование СRM-системы имеет конкретные цели, результатом достижения которых является получение банком конкурентных преимуществ.

Объекты разработки и исследования: канал лазерной стимуляции для измерения электрофизических параметров структуры Ti/TiO2-НТ/Au и канал оптической стимуляции для исследования люминесцентных свойств нанопорошка гексагонального нитрида бора. Цель работы – разработать измерительные каналы лазерной стимуляции исследуемых образцов на основе контроля и управления параметрами излучения в различных режимах в ходе экспериментальных исследований оптически стимулированных и родственных процессов в широкозонных наноструктурированных материалах. В результате работы разработан канал лазерной стимуляции для существующего комплекса по измерению вольт-амперных характеристик на базе микрозондовой станции Cascade Microtech MPS 150, а также модернизирован канал оптической стимуляции на базе люминесцентного спектрометра Perkin Elmer LS 55 со встроенной высокотемпературной приставкой. Реализованные программно-аппаратные измерительные комплексы позволили успешно применить на практике методики исследования широкозонных наноструктур посредством оптически стимулированных процессов. Полученные в ходе работы данные, как для образцов Ti/TiO2-НТ/Au, так и для наноструктурированного порошка h-BN, отлично согласуются с результатами различных исследовательских работ из независимых научных источников. / Objects of development and research: a laser stimulation channel for measuring the electrophysical parameters of the Ti/TiO2-HT/Au structure and an optical stimulation channel for studying the luminescent properties of a hexagonal boron nitride nanopowder. The aim of the work is to develop measuring channels of laser stimulation of the studied samples based on the control and operating of radiation parameters in various modes during experimental studies of optically stimulated and related processes in wide-gap nanostructured materials. As a result of the work, a laser stimulation channel was developed for the existing complex for measuring current-voltage characteristics based on the Cascade Microtech MPS 150 microprobe station, and the optical stimulation channel was modernized on the basis of a Perkin Elmer LS 55 luminescence spectrometer with a built-in high-temperature attachment. The implemented software and hardware measuring systems made it possible to successfully apply in practice the methods of studying wide-gap nanostructures by means of optically stimulated processes. The data obtained during the work, both for the Ti / TiO2-NT / Au samples and for the nanostructured h-BN powder, are in excellent agreement with the results of various research works from independent scientific sources.
