В данной работе исследуется влияние типов предпринимательства на экономический рост. В рамках синергетического эффекта рыночно-ориентированной реформы рассматривается влияние типов предпринимательства на экономический рост и выдвигаются соответствующие предложения по политике государства в рамках поддержки предпринимательства в КНР. Цель работы – исследование роли предпринимательства в развитии экономики КНР и разработка предложений по развитию предпринимательской деятельности в Китае. Новизна исследования заключается в том, что получены и обоснованы экономико-статистические оценки влияния предпринимательства на экономический рост КНР, а также предложен алгоритм поведения для развития предпринимательской деятельности в Китае с учетом особенностей исследованных типов предпринимательства. / This paper examines the impact of types of entrepreneurship on economic growth. As part of the synergistic effect of the market-oriented reform, the influence of types of entrepreneurship on economic growth is considered and relevant proposals are put forward for state policy in the framework of supporting entrepreneurship in the PRC. The purpose of the work is to study the role of entrepreneurship in the development of the PRC economy and develop proposals for the development of entrepreneurial activity in China. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that economic and statistical estimates of the impact of entrepreneurship on the economic growth of China have been obtained and substantiated, and an algorithm of behavior for the development of entrepreneurial activity in China has been proposed, taking into account the characteristics of the studied types of entrepreneurship.

The relevance of the research of the topic master's thesis is due to the increasing impact to the fact that Iraq is a vivid example of a resource-dependent country today, which is affected by the resource curse and which faces many problems. The purpose of the research: to assess the impact of the volatility of the global oil market on the economic development of Iraq and determine the prospects for its development. In accordance with the chosen of the purpose of the research is the following tasks in the work: to consider the theoretical aspects of resource-dependent countries and the features of their development; to study the theory of "resource curse" and ways to overcome it; to analyze the world oil market, especially its development and its factors; consider OPEC and its role in regulating the global oil market; to analyze the economic development of Iraq as a resource-dependent country; conduct a SWOT analysis for the economy of Iraq; develop recommendations for the development of the economy of Iraq. The scientific novelty can be attributed to highlighting the factors that make Iraq a resource-dependent country and is leading to the resource curse, as well as conducting a SWOT analysis and highlighting the weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities for the economy of Iraq. The practical significance of the research is determined to develop recommendations to help the country find a way out of its resource dependence. The implementation of these recommendations will help improve the situation in Iraq. / Ирак на сегодняшний день является ярким примером ресурснозависимой страны, на которую действует ресурсное проклятие и которая сталкивается со множеством проблем. Целью исследования является оценка влияния волатильности мирового рынка нефти на экономическое развитие Ирака и определение перспектив его развития. В соответствии с выбранной целью в работе были поставлены следующие задачи: рассмотреть теоретические аспекты ресурсозависимых стран и особенности их развития; изучить теорию «ресурсного проклятия» и пути его преодоления; проанализировать мировой рынок нефти, особенности его развития и его факторы; рассмотреть ОПЕК и ее роль в регулировании мирового рынка нефти; проанализировать экономическое развитие Ирака как ресурсозависимой страны; провести SWOT-анализ для экономики Ирака; разработать рекомендаций для развития экономики Ирака. К научной новизне можно отнести выделение факторов делающих Ирак ресурснозависимой страной и способствующих ресурсному проклятию, а также проведение SWOT-анализа и выделение слабых, сильных сторон, угроз и возможностей для экономики Ирака. Практическая значимость магистерской работы состоит в разработки рекомендаций, помогающих стране выйти из ресурсной зависимости. Внедрение данных рекомендаций будет способствовать улучшению ситуации в Ираке.

Настоящая диссертация посвящена совершенствованию методического обеспечения выбора наиболее эффективной стратегии развития для малого предприятия. Были исследованы понятие «стратегии развития», классификации стратегий, в том числе развития, также были показаны особенности стратегий для малых предприятий, которые учитывают их преимущества. Был проведен анализ применявшихся стратегий развития на конкретном предприятии. Также в рамках работы был разработан алгоритм выбора стратегии развития малого промышленного предприятия, основанный на использовании предложенной последовательности шагов и инструментария реализации каждого из них, обеспечивающий согласованный выбор корпоративной, конкурентной и функциональных стратегий предприятия. Также была разработана методика оценки уровня развития промышленного предприятия, базирующаяся на предложенной классификации направлений и показателей развития предприятия и обеспечивающая реализацию одного из этапов алгоритма выбора стратегии развития, позволяющая не только объективно оценить достигнутый уровень развития, но и определить наиболее перспективные направления дальнейшего развития. Разработанные алгоритм и методика были апробированы на примере рассмотренного ранее предприятия. / This dissertation is devoted to improving the methodological support for selecting the most effective development strategy for a small enterprise. The notion of "development strategy", classification of strategies, including development, was explored, and features of strategies for small enterprises that took into account their advantages were also shown. An analysis was carried out of the development strategies employed at the particular enterprise. Also, within the framework of the work, an algorithm for choosing a strategy for the development of a small industrial enterprise was developed, based on the proposed sequence of steps and tools for implementing each of them, ensuring an agreed choice of corporate, competitive and functional strategies of the enterprise. Also, a methodology was developed for assessing the level of development of an industrial enterprise based on the proposed classification of directions and indicators of enterprise development and ensuring the implementation of one of the stages of the development strategy selection algorithm, which allows not only to objectively assess the level of development achieved, but also to determine the most promising areas for further development. The developed algorithm and methodology were tested using the example of an earlier enterprise.
