The master's thesis is devoted to the development of promising ways to improve the organization of activities of financial control bodies in the Russian Federation. Final qualification work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of sources used. The first chapter discusses the theoretical aspects of state financial control. The second chapter analyzes and evaluates the control work of the Accounts Chamber and the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation. The third chapter is devoted to the development of recommendations for improving the organization of the activities of control bodies and making a forecast for increasing budget revenues of the Russian Federation in future periods to further improve the quality of life of the country's population. / Магистерская диссертация посвящена разработке перспективных путей совершенствования организации деятельности органов финансового контроля в Российской Федерации. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и списка использованных источников. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты государственного финансового контроля. Во второй главе проведён анализ и оценка контрольной работы Счетной палаты и Федеральной налоговой службы Российской Федерации. Третья глава посвящена разработке рекомендаций по совершенствованию организации деятельности контрольных органов и составлению прогноза по увеличению доходов бюджета Российской Федерации в будущих периодах для дальнейшего улучшения качества жизни населения страны.

Актуальность темы исследования можно объяснить распространением и применением финансового анализа в отрасли электронной коммерции. В последние годы, вопросы, связанные с его значимостью, постоянно возникали в процессе финансового анализа электронной коммерции. Это, в свою очередь, является одним из ключевых факторов, влияющих на эффективность финансового анализа. Он позволяет обобщать финансовые отчеты, отражающие финансовое состояние электронной коммерции, результаты ее деятельности и тенденции развития. Целью данного исследования является проведение анализа предприятий электронной коммерции Китая и России, а также сравнение финансовой отчетности предприятий двух стран. / The relevance of the research topic can be explained by the spread and application of financial analysis in the e-commerce industry. In recent years, questions related to its significance have constantly arisen in the process of financial analysis of e-commerce. This, in turn, is one of the key factors affecting the effectiveness of financial analysis. It allows you to summarize financial reports reflecting the financial condition of e-commerce, the results of its activities and development trends. The purpose of this study is to analyze the e-commerce enterprises of China and Russia, as well as to compare the financial statements of enterprises of the two countries.

Китай и Россия – две крупные державы, входящие в состав ведущих стран экономики мира. Обе страны обладают необходимыми условиями для развития промышленности, и обе включают промышленность в свои приоритетные направления развития на ближайшее десятилетие. Автопромышленность относится к числу проблемных отраслей российской и китайской экономики. Спрос к уровню качества продукции у потребителей продукции автопрома очень высокий. Тем не менее, проблем существует немало. Одна из них состоит в том, как российскую и китайскую автомобильную промышленность сделать не просто конкурентоспособной на рынке, но и способной завоевывать значительные сегменты мирового рынка автомобилей. Для того чтобы определить направления и способы развития отрасли необходимо выявить текущие проблемы и одновременно сделать прогноз на несколько лет вперед. Цель исследования состоит в изучении и выявлении актуальных проблем теоретико-методических основ анализа деятельности предприятий автомобильной промышленности России и Китая. / China and Russia are two major powers that are part of the leading economies of the world. Both countries have the necessary conditions for the development of industry, and both include industry in their priority areas of development for the next decade. The automotive industry is one of the problematic sectors of the Russian and Chinese economy. The demand for the level of product quality among consumers of automotive products is very high. Nevertheless, there are many problems. One of them is how to make the Russian and Chinese automotive industries not only competitive in the market, but also able to conquer significant segments of the global car market. In order to determine the directions and ways of development of the industry, it is necessary to identify current problems and at the same time make a forecast for several years ahead. The purpose of the study is to study and identify the actual problems of theoretical and methodological foundations of the analysis of the activities of enterprises of the automotive industry in Russia and China.

Целью работы является Совершенствование методических основ оценки вероятности банкротства малого и среднего бизнеса. Особенностью данного подхода к оценке вероятности банкротства малого и среднего бизнеса в отличие от существующих является его постоянная качественная визуализация, благодаря которому повышается возможность отследить несостоятельность организации за долго до его наступления и в необходимых случаях вовремя применить меры по предотвращению финансовой несостоятельности предприятия. / The aim of the work is to improve the methodological foundations for assessing the probability of bankruptcy of small and medium-sized businesses. The peculiarity of this approach to assessing the probability of bankruptcy of small and medium-sized businesses, unlike existing ones, is its constant qualitative visualization, which increases the ability to track the insolvency of the organization long before it occurs and, if necessary, timely apply measures to prevent the financial insolvency of the enterprise.
