This paper examines the nature and characteristics of the introduction of energy-saving measures, formulates the basic concepts, goals for energy conservation, and also presents and compares the methods for assessing the economic efficiency of energy-saving measures in Russian research practice. The dynamics of energy prices in the Sverdlovsk region for enterprises are presented, a comparative analysis of price changes in this area and in the lending area has been conducted, also an empirical research was conducted to define which methodologies and indicators are used practically in the course of calculating the assessment of the effectiveness of introducing energy-saving projects. The proposed by us improvement of efficiency evaluation of introducing energy saving measures is presented. The approbation of the developed improvement also are presented. / В данной работе рассматривается сущность и особенности внедрения энергосберегающих мероприятий, формулируются основные понятия, цели, по энергосбережению, а также приводятся и сравниваются методики оценки экономической эффективности энергосберегающих мероприятий в российской научно-исследовательской практике. Приведена динамика цен на энергоносители в Свердловской области для предприятий, проведен сравнительный анализ изменения цен в данной сфере и в сфере кредитования, а также было проведено эмпирическое исследование по определению того, какие методики, показатели используются на практике при расчете оценки эффективности внедрения энергосберегающих проектов. Представлено предлагаемое нами совершенствование оценки эффективности внедрения энергосберегающих. Также представлена апробация разработанного совершенствования.

ВКР (магистерская диссертация) состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка, включающего 67 наименования, 6 приложений. Работа включает 12 таблиц и 3 рисунка. Общий объем ВКР (магистерской диссертации) – 115 страниц. Объект исследования – противодействие коррупции в таможенных органах. Цель исследования – проанализировать противодействие коррупции как фактор повышения эффективности деятельности регионального таможенного управления и предложить критерии оценки эффективности антикоррупционной деятельности в таможенных органах. Научная новизна. Заключается в постановке научной проблемы исследования противодействия коррупции как фактора повышения эффективности деятельности в таможенной сфере на региональном уровне управления; в уточнении понятий «антикоррупционная деятельность в таможенной сфере» и «фактор повышения эффективности антикоррупционной деятельности в таможенной сфере». Практическая значимость исследования состоит в возможности использования материалов проекта по совершенствованию практики противодействия коррупции в Уральском таможенном управлении и других таможенных управлениях России. / The WRC (master's thesis) consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list including 67 titles, 6 appendices. Объектом исследования являются методы оценки результативности работы персонала. Предметом исследования является использование KPI для предприятий оптовой и розничной торговли. Научная новизна данной работы заключается в нахождении алгоритмического, программного и математического решения задачи управления персоналом, позволяющего сократить время на процесс анализа деятельности компании. / The relevance of the chosen topic lies in the fact that the effectiveness of the staff is one of the main success factors of any company. However, evaluating staff performance can be a difficult task, especially for companies with a large number of branches. The information system for personnel KPI analysis will allow wholesale and retail companies to more accurately evaluate the work of their employees, as well as identify problem areas and take timely measures to eliminate them. The object of the study is the methods for assessing the effectiveness of the work of personnel. The subject of the research is the use of KPI for wholesalers and retailers. The scientific novelty of this work lies in finding an algorithmic, software and mathematical solution to the problem of personnel management, which allows to reduce the time for the process of analyzing the company's activities.

В практической части дана характеристика организации-базы проведения исследования, проведено исследование системы обучения персонала в исследуемой организации, выведена и апробирована комплексная модель оценки эффективности обучения персонала, созданная на базе известных моделей оценки эффективности обучения персонала. В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. / The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two main parts, a conclusion, a reference list and applications. The theoretical part gives the characteristic of terms significant for understanding the study, provides a review and analysis of the current practice of evaluating the effectiveness of personnel training. It presents models for assessment the efficiency of personnel training and it gives an analysis of the possibilities of their application during the evaluation of training that took place in the conditions of digitalization. The practical part gives the characteristics of the organization under the research. The study of the personnel training system is conducted in the organization, a comprehensive model for evaluating the effectiveness of personnel training is derived and tested, created on the basis of well-known models for evaluating the effectiveness of personnel training. The conclusion summarizes the results in accordance with the tasks set.

One of the key problems of modern economic management systems is accelerating the obsolescence of knowledge, mainly provoked by the increase in the volume of information and generating a number of negative effects, including a mismatch of competencies of staff requirements of competition, confusion in decision making and response to external shocks, the inability to identify emerging opportunities. In such circumstances, the initial uncertainty are the most relevant issues of the definition of the status and effectiveness of the current knowledge of management, as a result will determine the appropriate way of building a corporate culture of knowledge management principles, structural reforms and the development of information infrastructure. The scientific novelty of the thesis is to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of knowledge management in industrial plants, based on the analysis of the functioning of the environment, characterized in that it can take into account the specifics of the industrial enterprises and to evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management as a whole, as well as its constituent processes. / Одной из ключевых проблем управления современными экономическими системами является ускоряющееся устаревание знаний, главным образом провоцируемое увеличением объема информации и порождающее ряд негативных явлений, в числе которых несоответствие компетенций сотрудников требованиям конкуренции, заторможенность в принятии решений и реакции на внешние шоки, неумение распознать возникающие возможности. В подобных условиях первоначальной неопределенности наиболее актуальными являются вопросы определения состояния и эффективности текущего управления знаниями, что в результате позволит определить пути выстраивания соответствующей принципам менеджмента знаний корпоративной культуры, структурных преобразований и развития информационной инфраструктуры. Научная новизна диссертации заключается в разработке методики оценки эффективности управления знаниями на промышленных предприятиях, базирующейся на анализе среды функционирования, отличающейся тем, что может учитывать специфику промышленных предприятий и позволяющей оценить эффективность управления знаниями в целом, а также составляющих его процессов.

В настоящее время малые предприятия признаются одними из ключевых участников рыночной среды, особенностью функционирования которых является ограниченность ресурсов. Ориентация компании на рынок дает возможность предприятию концентрировать усилия в соответствии с потребностями рынка, в данном случае маркетинг является инструментом, который способен оказывать влияние на адаптацию компании к рынку и повышать ее эффективность. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методического подхода к повышению эффективности деятельности малых предприятий за счет комплексного использования маркетинговых инструментов. В работе рассматриваются теоретические и прикладные вопросы эффективности деятельности малых предприятий, рассмотрено понятие маркетинговых инструментов. В качестве источников информации использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, финансовые показатели отчетности трех малых предприятий сферы розничной торговли. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был разработан методический подход к повышению эффективности деятельности малого предприятия, особенностью которого является использование инструментов маркетинга в качестве дополнения к системе экономического анализа предприятия. Внедрение маркетинговых инструментов производится на основе проведения статистического анализа, обладающего высоким уровнем объективности и наглядности представления результатов применения маркетинговых инструментов, являющихся одним из важнейших факторов достижения компанией более высокого уровня эффективности. В результате апробации разработанного методического подхода на малых предприятиях сферы розничной торговли наблюдается улучшение основных показателей эффективности предприятия в сравнении с ранее полученными результатами при применении инструментов маркетинга. Разработанный методический подход является внутренним инструментом для повышения функционирования предприятия. / Nowadays small enterprises are considered to be one of the key participants of the marketing environment the main peculiarity of which is the possession of limited resources. Marketing orientation of the company gives the enterprise the opportunity for the accumulation of the efforts according to the marketing requirements. In this case marketing is the instrument which is able to influence the adaptation of the company to the market and increase its efficiency. The goal of the Master’s dissertation is the development of the methodological approach to the increase of small enterprises efficiency through the integrated use of marketing instruments. In the dissertation the author looks into the theoretical and practical issues of small enterprises activity efficiency, explains the definition of the marketing instruments. As the resources of the information for the dissertation there was chosen educational, methodological, scientific and research literature as well as the financial indicators of three retail small enterprises. In the process of working on the dissertation the author developed the methodological approach to the increase of small enterprises activity efficiency which peculiarity is the use of marketing instruments as the addition to the system of the enterprise economic analysis. The implementation of the marketing instruments is done on the basis of the statistical analysis which possesses the high level of objectivity and clarity of the result presentation of the marketing instruments which are one of the main factors of the company’s efficiency increase. As a result of the approbation of the developed methodological approach on retail small enterprises there is the increase of the main indicators of the enterprise efficiency in comparison with the previous results involving the use of marketing instruments. The developed methodological approach is the inner instrument for the increase of the company’s activity.

All the scientific potential of Russia gradually flows down abroad with the ideas, developments and scientific staff. It is known that any organization needs to assessment and analysis of the efficiency of their work - need to understand positive results. Only in this case, the organization has the right to exist as an effectively operating enterprise. Objective of the work: to compare the centers of collective use for identify indicators of the major parameters of the effectiveness of the CCU, which can be recommended and included in the development plan of less efficient CCU. / В настоящее время в России очень остро стоит вопрос развития науки и технологий. Весь научный потенциал России плавно стекается за рубеж вместе с идеями, разработками и научными сотрудниками. Государством и предпринимателями создаются специальные платформы, которые адаптированы к современным научным течениям, для осуществления научной деятельности. Данные организации начинают самостоятельно существовать и выдавать некие результаты деятельности. Как известно, любая организация нуждается в оценке или анализе эффективности своей работы – необходимо осознание положительного результата деятельности. Только в этом случае, организация имеет право на существование в качестве эффективно-действующего предприятия. Цель работы: провести сравнительный анализ центров коллективного пользования для выявления показателей основных параметров эффективности деятельности ЦКП, которые могут быть рекомендованы и включены в план развития менее эффективных ЦКП.
