中共”懲”越戰爭的決策

此篇論文共計一冊、八章、十五節（僅第三章分節）、共八萬五千字左右。 主要討論一九七九年二月發生的中越衝突。作者利用歷史研究法撰寫此文，分別敘述 了戰爭之前中越兩國的歷史背景，戰爭發生的情況，以及中共領導方面對發動此次戰 爭的爭論。此外，作者也要分析戰爭對其它國家的影響，中共自越南撤退的決策，以 及中共發動此次戰爭的真正企圖和目的。 在最後一章，作者討論了戰爭之後，中共外交政策上的變化，特別是與美、蘇兩國的 關係。作者最重要的結論與意見，是說明中越戰爭發生的主要原因，並不是華僑問題 或邊界衝突，而是印度支那國家本身的權力鬥爭，而這個鬥爭與中、蘇、美三角關係 有密切的關連。
