兩部門成長模型中經濟政策的效果

一般在分析總體經濟政策時，所採用的模型皆為單一部門的模型，而有二部門分析的 分獻僅有少數二、三篇，然在幾篇文章中，所探討的只是短期效果，而沒有考慮長期 穩定狀態下的效果，同時在模型的設立中亦皆沒有將政府預算限制式納入考慮，此外 在這些文章中亦皆假設經濟體系為靜態的，而不將經濟成長納入考慮，而本文的目的 即在針對這些缺失，將政府預算限制式，經濟成長納入一充分就業之模型中，並利用 此一模型來探討政策的短期效果與長期穩定均衡狀態的效果，此外試圖對這些政策的 傳遞機能做一詳盡而合理的解釋，最後，將本文的結論與有關文獻做一適當的比較。
