本文欲探究晚明心學中，經過四句教與四無說以及三教合流思想等衝擊之下，心學所產生的問題、及心學如何被救正的問題。 高攀龍以「易」為體為用，貫串並建立他的思想體系，並運用「易」的種種含義，來建構他的心性論及工夫論。於此論文中，分別探討他的思想淵源、思想核心、實踐精神與事蹟、注《易》的內容概略；並突顯他救正心學之「虛」的過程與回歸心學本質的用心。 此外，本文欲突顯高攀龍以「即體即用的易學」、「易體心學」等思想架構，來說明三個重點：一是高攀龍的思想核心並非一般所言的繼承程朱為主，而是以陽明之心學為體，援程朱工夫為用。二是他的「易體心學」是他的思想特色，徹底的使用「即體即用」的易學，來救正心學。三是強調他的實踐精神與作為；高攀龍除了繼承程朱工夫論而採「半日靜坐、半日讀書」之外，更把儒者的使命感實際的運用在他的每項作為上，乃一真正的「實踐之儒」。
