日語動轉名詞之構詞法-從認知語意學的觀點- / Word-Formation of deverbal nouns in Japanese-By the point of view of Cognitive Semantics-

就筆者所觀察,至今有關日語動轉名詞之研究大都僅止於語義分類或是分析其句法現象,複合詞語義擴張之結構與因詞彙複合所產生的選擇制約(selectional restriction)之原因尚未闡明。然而,透過認知語意學之基模、理想化認知模組等,我們可以正確掌握在論元結構或是詞彙概念結構所無法得知之信息,如以下三點。 1. 複合詞的多義現象 2. 複合詞的選擇限制 3. 複合詞的句法特徵   首先,複合詞的多義現象所指的是同一個形態帶有兩種或兩種以上語義之詞彙,如「歯磨き」。在以往的研究皆被視為是動詞語基轉為名詞時所發生之現象,筆者則主張本現象是起因於轉喻。   其次,選擇限制所指的是如「?洗剤を水割りで使う」、「?部屋で立ち読みする」、「??こんにゃくを輪切りにする」之類,未必不合語法但會令人感到不自然之用法。本論文將由「命名功能」來探討此現象。   最後,複合詞的句法特徵所指的是,詞彙結構雖同樣能夠分解為「內部論元+動詞」或「附加語+動詞」,卻未必能夠與「-する」結合來做為一個動詞使用之現象。   以上三點中特別是1和2在先前研究中幾乎未被提及。筆者認為此二點在動轉名詞中尚有待研究。因此,本論文將藉由認知語意學之方法來嘗試提出新的構詞模式。 / In this paper, I attempt to interpret some phenomena of deverbal nouns in Japanese as shown following, by the method of cognitive semantics. 1. The polysemy of deverbal nouns 2. The selectional restriction of deverbal nouns 3. The syntactic characteristics of deverbal nouns At first, I will explain the polysemy of deverbal nouns as the lexicon “Hamigaki”, which is considered as a phenomenon of conversion of the base verb, is due to metonymy. Second, I will make an explanation about the selectional restriction of deverbal nouns such as “? Senzaiwo mizuwaride tsukau”, “? Heyade tachiyomi suru”, “??Konnyakuwo wagirini suru”, which are easy to be regarded unnatural but not ungrammatical usage via “naming function”. Last, I will discuss the relation of the affix “-suru” and deverbal nouns which can be analyzed to “theme + verb” or “adjunct + verb”.

憂鬱理論的整合研究-認知取向 / Integration of Depression Theory - Cognitive Approach

本研究的目的在整合現今較受重視的認知取向憂鬱理論,探討其因果機制及重要變項,以架構出較折衷的認知性憂鬱因果模式,並以結構方程式模式技術予以驗証。   文中共探討了Abramson的無望感理論、Bandura的自我規範論、Beck的自我基模論、Becker的自我貶低論、Ingram自我焦注論、Rehm的自我控制論、Seligman的無助感理論,共歸納出負向事件知覺、因應信念、負向自我基模、自我評估知覺、逆境歸因、個人歸因、無望感、自尊感、認知性憂鬱等九個潛在變項。   研究過程中首先分析了不同性別及憂鬱程度的受試者在各個測量變項上的差異情形,並以兩階段的方式進行了理論模式的適配性考驗,再針對考驗結果進行討論,形成進一步的假設,並提出理論架構、研究方法、實際應用上的建議,最後說明本研究面臨之限制,以及後續研究可改進方向。   下面是本研究主要的研究結論:   一、女性大學生較男性大學生的憂鬱程度為高,且具有憂鬱現象的人數也較多;男性則在個人自我意識上較女性強。   二、高憂鬱組在偏差態度、過度類化、完美主義、特質歸因、無望感上都較低憂鬱來得高;在問題解決信念、成功預期、自我概念、自尊感上都較低憂鬱組來得低。   三、因果模式中被支持的因果關係如下:    (一)負向事件知覺對負向自我基模具有正向的因果關係。    (二)自我評估知覺對因應信念具有正向的因果關係。    (三)因應信念對負向自我基模具有負向的因果關係。    (四)負向自我基模對逆境歸因其有正向的因果關係。    (五)負向自我基模對個人歸因具有正向的因果關係。    (六)因應信念對逆境歸因具有負向的因果關係。    (七)因應信念對個人歸因具有正向的因果關係。    (八)逆境歸因對無望感具有正向的因果關係。    (九)無望感對自尊感具有負向的因果關係。    (十)負向自我基模對認知性憂鬱具有正向的因果關係。   四、以八個潛在變項對高低憂鬱組對行區別函數分析,結果正確率達89.61%,其中以無望感、自尊感、逆境歸因、個人歸因等四個變項最有區辨力。   五、以探索性因素分析發現,負向歸因風格可區分為三個向度:內在(影響內在歸因、特質歸因、控制歸因)、穩定歸因(影響穩定歸因及控制歸因)、概括歸因;在穩定歸因與概括歸因之間存有正相關。 / Purpose of this thesis was to integrate several depression theories which are mainly focusing on cognitive approach, to argue for the causes-result mechanism of depression and to find the improtant varibles related to depression develepment. the author also wanted to construct prosper frame of cognitive depression. 由社會認知觀點探討顧客衣著與購買行為線索對員工正向情緒表達之影響 / Exploring the effect of customers’ clothing and purchase behavior cues on employees’ positive affective displays: the social cognition perspective

本研究旨在從社會認知觀點探討顧客衣著線索與顧客購買行為線索對員工正向情緒表達之影響,以及探討員工知覺顧客社會地位與前期購買意願之中介效果。過去在員工正向情緒表達相關研究上,雖有探討顧客衣著線索與購買行為線索對員工正向情緒表達之影響,但並未深入探討其中之歷程,本研究認為認知心理學領域中之基模概念,可以解釋過去在情緒表達研究中,顧客外表與行為線索對第一線服務員工正向情緒表達影響關係的研究發現。 本研究以百貨公司化妝品專櫃之櫃員與其互動之顧客為研究對象,共觀察及記錄93筆交易互動,以實地場域之觀察法進行研究,研究結果發現,如同預期,顧客之衣著線索及購買行為線索對員工正向情緒表達皆有顯著的正向影響,顯示顧客若穿著愈高貴或是展現越多購買行為線索,員工會表現得越親切,研究結果驗證了過去情緒表達相關之研究發現;然而,員工知覺顧客社會地位與員工知覺顧客前期購買意願之中介效果並不如預期達顯著,顯示顧客衣著線索與購買行為線索並非透過激發員工對顧客社會地位與前期購買意願之基模影響員工正向情緒表達,而可能透過激發了別的基模來影響員工之正向情緒表達。整體而言,本研究所提之研究假說部分符合預期,而研究結果可對情緒表達與社會認知基模理論相關研究提供理論貢獻與實務意涵。 / According to social cognitive psychology, targets’ cues can arouse perceivers’ schemas, and then help perceivers to form an impression on the target person. This point of view can help explain the past related research on employee’s positive affective displays. According to the past researches’ research findings, customers’ clothing and behaviors have obvious effects on employees’ positive affective displays. Moreover, base on schema theory, customers’ clothing and purchase behavior cues are believed to arouse employees’ social status schema and pre-purchase intention schemas respectively, and make employees to have a perception on customers’ social status and pre-purchase intention, and therefore have different positive emotional expressions on different customers. Employees’ perception on customers’ social status and pre-purchase intention are believed to play mediator roles in those processes. This study examined the 93 face-to-face interactions between employees and customers in the department store cosmetics section. Results showed customers’ clothing and purchase behavior cues are positively related to employees’ positive affective displays, as predicted. In other words, the more dignity the customer dressed or the more purchase behaviors he/she displayed, the more positive affective displays the employee showed. However, the mediator roles of employees’ perceptions on customers’ social status and pre-purchase intention were not found in the research. Over all, part of hypothesizes are predicted. The results have both theoretical and practical contributions to emotional expression research and social cognitive research.
