華格納及布雷赫法則之檢定－－台灣地區都市化對公共支出水準影響研究

自二次大戰後迄今，觀察各國財政規模的發展，移有逐漸增加的傾向。關於政府支出 之演變情形，德國財政等者華格納與布雷赫二人，先後所提出的公共支出法則，正好 說明了都市化對公共支出的影響。本文擬運用此二法則，驗證台灣地區之公共支出是 否受都市化的影響。 本文擬分為六章。第一章：緒論，第二章：除陳述華格納及布雷赫二法則外，並扼要 說明苜關之文獻。第三章：實證探討－－觀察台灣近三十年來人口分佈，是否受都市 化影響而漸趨不均，同時驗證此種現象是否與公共支出間存有某種程度的關係。第四 章：理論探討。第五章：實證結果分析。第六章：建議與結語。
