研究動機與目的、假定、方法與本研究所受之限限制等。第二章中小企業之經營環境
，敘述中小企業之範圍、一般特質、在經濟上之地位及未來發展之遠景等。第三章會
計制度與財務規劃與控制之基本概念，說明營運資金之意義、分類，數量之決定與預
測方法，並探討規劃時應考慮之重要因素。第五、六章流動資產與流動負債之管理。
則分別說現金、存貨等之規劃、管理方法加以研討第七章為結論與建議。
