本論文係以「溝通窘境」及「訊息一致性」為溝通行為之分析單元，嘗試建構一個可 能量化的溝通行為模式，並以企業組織上、下行溝通行為作為經驗調查之分析對象， 驗證模式之正確性，俾對理論建構的經驗累積有所獻替。 全文一冊約十萬言，共分為五章十六節： 第一章緒 論 敘述研究動機、目的、理論架構、問題與假設，以及有關名詞之操 作性定義。 第二章理論探討 剖析溝通行為特質、窘境的定義與測量方法、訊息的定義與測量方 法，以及先驗性的溝通行為模式。 第三章研究方法 探討調查對象、測量工具和分析方法。 第四章研究結果 分析經驗調查結果，並驗證研究假設。 第五章結 論 檢視研究結果，評估研究發現，並建議本研究領域今後繼續探究之 途徑與方向。
