D/A)輸 出綜合保險及日本輸出匯票保險之理賠請求權內容, 包括保險契約權利義 務之發生 . 理賠請求權人. 保險金請求權. 收回款請求權及影響理賠請 求權之事由等, 並就兩國該項保險作一比較分析。第四章 我國託收方 式(D/P. D/A)輸出綜合保險理賠請求權之檢討與建議從提供理賠請求權人 最大保障及以法律邏輯為根基, 探討現行託收方式(D/P. D/A)輸出綜合保 險契約內容可能產生之問題, 並提出改進建議。
