第一章：緒論。說明研究動機、目的、限制、內容。 第二章：理論基礎。除了說明社會形象研究的重要性外更深入探討與刻板印象有關的 理論，分別從定義、塑因，作用來研究。最後根據研究、目的以及理論基礎發展研究 架構。 第三章：研究設計。逐步說明問卷設計、抽樣技術，以及統計方法。 第四章：資料分析。就抽樣調查結果，利用描述、相關，差異分析來研究會計師的社 會形象及其關聯因素。 第五章：結論。根據資料分析結果提出主要發現，研究檢討及建議。並做最後結總。
