我國租稅案件行政法院判決後再審之研究----再審事由以適用法規顯有錯誤為主

論文全一冊，約七萬餘字，共分八章：第一章為結論，分二節，說明研究動機、目的 及方法。第二章為租稅的意義、根據及再審適用之法規，分三節，說明租稅案件之範 圍以行政法院受理之現行各稅目，但不包括除關稅緝私案件之罰鍰、沒人以外之各稅 目違章罰鍰，並敘明適用之法規及適用之原則。第三章為再審前之行政訴訟。分三節 ，說明起訴要件，行政法院組織之運作，及判決之效力。第四章為再審制度，分三節 ，說明其目的，再審之訴之意義，及再審事由。第五章為再審程序，分三節，說明起 訴、審理有判決。第六章為再審實務，分二節，以比較深入的方式評釋個案之再審判 決。第七章為建議，分二節，建議修正行政訴訟法及行政法院組織法。第八章為結論 ，綜上說明本文研究之結論。
