南非種族問題與憲政改革

本論文共一冊，分六章十四節，共約十萬字。第一章為「緒論」，就論文寫作之動機 、目的與研究範圍等略作敘述，並對全篇論文之架構略作介紹。第二章為「南非種族 關係發展之 景」，就南非基本情況及種族關係發展有關之 景因素作一簡述。第三 章為「南非種族問題種族隔離政策」，就南非種族問題形成之原因及南非政府推行之 種族隔離政策加以探討。第四章為「憲政改革—解決種族問題之新途徑」，首先就促 成南非政府從事憲政改革之背景因素加以探討，次對南非憲政改革經過詳加介紹。第 五章為「憲政改革之評析」，首先對南非新憲政體制加以探討，並作比較分析；次就 憲政改革與種族關係有關之問題加以探討。第六章為結論，就本論文所探討諸問一題 作一總結，並對南非種族問題未來發展趨勢及南非政府宜為之計提出個人淺見。
