國民住宅管理之研究

第一章導論：旨在敘述本文之研究動機與目的，研究設計與範圍，及研究的方法，以 明整篇論文之架構。 第二章理論基礎：在從社區發展的方法、社區參與及組織權變理論三方面，來探討不 同類型國宅社區的管理。 第三章國外住宅管理的情形：介紹與分析英國、新加坡及日本的國宅管理制度與經驗 ，以作為我國國宅管理的參考。 第四章實證研究：採用調查訪問法及參與觀察法對兩種不同類型的國宅 (一般國宅、 整建國宅) 進行實證研究，以了解各類國宅社區的參與程度、管理現況、住戶的管理 需求及影響社區參與的變項。 第五章結論與建議：就研究結論提出具體改進的建議。
