從報表分析觀點看我國上市公司之財務結構與負債管理

在將近三十年的經濟快速發展之後，我國已面臨一次經濟結構的大轉變，主要是資本 密集的行業將取代勞力密集的行業。這種轉變的特點是企業資本的增強與證券市場的 擴大，前者需要企業財務管理技術的提升，後者影響投資技術的發展，其共同的目的 是如何創造最佳的利潤與避免不必要的風險。因此本文的重點即在就國內各大型企業 之財務結構與負債管理作一深入探討，第一章就研究目的、方法與章節略作說明；第 二章根據有關理論對資金成本與負債管理之相關性加以印證，並就財務結構規劃上的 問題予以探討；第三章說明如何透過報表分析的技術來加強公司的財務管理；第四章 對國內數年來上市公司的財務結構與負債管理加以分析；第五章所討論的作一總結。
