我國大學女生的角色取向、角色態度與工作特性需求關係之研究

本研究的實證樣本包含了北部五所公私立大學之三九Ｏ位女生，首先以問卷方式分別 測量其在角色取向、角色態度與工作特性需求上之得分，並進而求這些變數間的相關 ，迴歸等關聯程度。最後再分別考慮各個人口變項對自變項（角色取向與態度）與因 變項（工作特性需求）之影響如何。 由各個受測者之角色取向與角色態度之差異，可將總體樣本分成好幾個組群，結果發 現中庸型者最多，即大學女生多持事業興家庭兼顧的看法。此外在不同的角色類型下 的大學女生，對工作特性需求有顯著之差異。根據這些結果，本研究亦提供了應有的 教育政策與公司人事政策。
