中心--衛星工廠訂價政策之研究

主要內容係探討所有人─代理人之關係：如何有效的來激勵代理人，使其能努力工作 ，謀取最佳產出利益。最後並以中心─衛星工廠如何設之訂價契約，來做為說明它的 應用。 第一章為緒論：首先說明研究的動機和目的、研究方法和研究結構。第二章則為理論 探討部分：說明如何來設訂一個有效的激勵契約，使雙方能共同擔負風險，避免「道 德危機」的發生，而能共享產出成果。第三章乃為有關中心─衛星工廠體系的探討： 說明雙方應基於「互補」的關係，以謀求共存共榮。第四章則研究有關訂價效策：邊 際成本訂價、目標報酬訂價……等等，並說明其優劣點。第五章則提出一個實例應用 ：設訂一個訂價契約，使中心工廠能有效的來激勵衛星工廠，以達雙方共存共榮的境 界。第六章則為結論說明，並建議可以進一步研究的方向。
