我國會計師財務簽證評鑑問題之研究

本論文分六章十八節，其主要內容簡介如后。 第一章就本論文之研究動機、研究目的、研究方法、研究對象及研究範圍等加以說明 。 第二章首先介紹我國會計財務簽證制度之沿革，再從理論上探討會計師財務簽證制度 之功能，並檢討阻礙其功能發揮之原因。 第三章從會計師個人專業水準、會計師事務所品質管制及公會對會員約束力量等三方 面來研究影響會計師簽證品質之要素，並介紹美國會計師公會對會計師所採行之同業 評鑑辦法，藉以作為我國實施會計師財務簽證評鑑制度之參考。 第四章就實證資料分析我國會計師專業界是否具備實施財務簽證評鑑制度之客觀條件 。 第五章研究如何建立我國會計師財務簽證評鑑制度，以供有關機關團體實施評鑑時之 參考。 第六章為本研究之結論與建議。
