藥品安定性試驗設計效率之研究

在本文中，以Nordborck(1992)可減少樣本數的兩種安定性設計的類型：型II-部分因子組合、全部抽樣時間點，型III-部分因子組合、部分抽樣時間點為基礎，即以Matrixing安定性設計為研究對象，以完全複因子設計為基準計算其相對效率，且用Ju and Chow(1995)的精確度準則來選擇最佳安定性設計。
