第一章導言，說明政治訓練的意義，中國共產黨黨內訓練的理論依據，及本文研究的 幾個方向。 第二章說明黨內訓練的功能，在塑造標準的共產黨員、及布爾什維克化的黨幹部，以 完成其所謂的﹁革命目標﹂。 第三章探討中共黨內訓練的場所，由黨校述起，再論及共黨的各級組織，尤其支部在 訓練中所佔的地位。 第四章說明中共黨內訓練的內容，包括共產主義意識型態、革命理論─民主集中制原 則、群眾工作、秘密工作、武裝鬥爭方法，及建設社會主義社會之方法的灌輸。 第五章說明中共黨內訓練的方式：有一般的學習，實踐工作，批評與自我批評，及整 風的幾項方法。 第六章結論，對中共黨內訓練工作作一評估。
