Através de seu acervo, custodiado pela Divisão de Manuscritos da Fundação Biblioteca Nacional, procurou-se perceber quais processos sociológicos que podem incidir sobre a formação do patrimônio documental, além das estratégias de construção e re-elaboração desta memória. Foram debatidas as teorias e práticas da arquivista para mapear diferentes formas de deslocamentos, ressignificação e reclassificação dos arquivos em geral e desse caso particular. Para isto, foram analisados o processo de compra do fundo Arthur Ramos, os relatórios de atividades, o inventário analítico do fundo, além de entrevistas informais. / The objective of this study is to examine the personnel archive of Arthur Ramos, an intellectual who had outstanding participation in the debates about racial democracy and the institutionalization of Social Sciences in Brazil during 1930 and 1940. Through its archive, guarded by the Manuscript Division of the National Library Foundation, we seek to understand what sociological processes influenced the formation of the documentary heritage, in addition to strategies for building and re-elaboration of this memory. We discuss the theories and practices of archival work to identify different forms of transformation, ressignification and reclassification that focus on the archives. For this, we analyzed the buying process of the Arthur Ramos archive, activity reports, inventory, and we did informal interviews.

Tendo como ponto inicial uma negativa do governo alemão em apoiar a invasão do Iraque pelos Estados Unidos no ano de 2003, identificaremos os interesses que determinaram o comportamento da Alemanha a partir da problemática da identidade e da relação do país com seus principais aliados: União Européia e Estados Unidos. Veremos que, para estudar a Alemanha reunificada, será preciso recorrer às abordagens construtivistas, pois essas análises propõem a observação dos fenômenos políticos internacionais, não apenas a partir da distribuição de poder, mas também de elementos ideativos. Com o objetivo de alcançar um resultado mais autêntico, trabalharemos, principalmente, com base na literatura acadêmica e em artigos de think tanks alemães. O trabalho será composto de quatro partes. Na introdução serão expostos: o contexto político internacional no século XXI, a ruptura nas relações transatlânticas, uma breve retrospectiva da reconstrução dos fundamentos da política externa alemã no pós-guerra e o papel da identidade no comportamento de Estado. O primeiro capítulo apresentará as escolas de pensamento que orientaram o debate nacional na Alemanha sobre os rumos da política externa após a reunificação, destacando seus principais autores e prognósticos. Pretendemos que o segundo capítulo venha a conhecer os interesses que orientaram a política externa da Alemanha, e quais identidades, desenvolvidas no contexto da guerra fria, da integração européia e da reunificação do país, constituem cada um desses interesses. Analisaremos quando o comportamento da Alemanha, diante de importantes eventos internacionais entre 1990 e 2003, foi caracterizado por continuidade ou mudança no que concerne às suas relações com os principais aliados no aspecto da estratégia de segurança. Como conclusão, apresentaremos os interesses relacionados às suas identidades e tentaremos traçar um cenário provável para a política externa da Alemanha no século XXI / Abstract: This research analyses german foreign policy after its reunification in 1990. It departs from the german refusal to support US invasion into Irak in 2003 and try to identify the interests that have been determining german behavior since the reunification by considering important aspects of german strategic culture in relation to its main allies: the European Union and the United States. In order to support the comprehension of identity rolle in foreign policy it consider some aspects of Constructivism, although the theoretical approach is not the focus of this research. Our purpose is to learn about Germany and its international relations from the perspective of the german debatte based on the opinion of those agents that might influence the political decision-making process in foreign policy. Therefore it relies on the material published by some of the important academic research centers, the main think tanks and the most proeminent political foundations from 1990 to 2003. After a brief contextualisation, time and history are examined in Ackroyd's novels. Chapter 1 examines postmodernism. Chapter 2 explores history perceived as fact and as construct. Chapter 3 investigates the dissolution of the distinction between history and fiction. Chapter 4 analyses the development of 'originality' and the futile search for origin. Chapter 5 examines the interchangeability of fiction and reality. Chapter 6 studies theories on time, focusing on Einstein's theory of relativity. Chapter 7 analyses the coexistence of the past and present, and the relativity of time. Chapter 8 scrutinises the myth of 'mobilities of presence', which facilitates rejuvenation. Chapter 9 considers the relation between time and space necessary for rejuvenation. Chapter 10 looks at simultaneity and the eternal present. It is clear that Ackroyd explores the mobilities of presence of historical and fictional characters, objects, and texts, thus showing that time is a web of simultaneously existing present moments. / English Studies / M.A. (English)

Flamenco is a passionate style of song and dance accompanied by guitar. Its origin may be traced to the Moorish occupation of Spain, which began in the eighth century, and it continues to flourish in the southern Spanish region of Andalucia. Informe de Seminario para optar al grado de Licenciada en Lengua y Literatura Hispánica / Según las problematizaciones esbozadas en la introducción presentada, la pregunta por la que debo transitar es cómo concebir una escritura que problematice los cuerpos; cuerpos que, como ha quedado de manifiesto, expresan las prácticas simbólicas dominantes en donde se inscriben el poder, sus prescripciones y prohibiciones, la belleza, la sanidad, a la vez que un sujeto es (en)carnado en él. Lo anterior, al tener que ver con una práctica simbólica, nos sitúa de inmediato en los dominios del lenguaje, donde el símbolo encuentra comúnmente su inscripción y donde la subjetividad o, el sujeto, es articulado.

This study deals with the legal system of Communist China from 1949 to 1969 with three purposes: to discuss the role of law in Communist China's political development; to discuss the patterns of Communist China's political development as reflected in the patterns of her legal development; and to discuss some aspects of development theories on the basis of the findings of this study.
