El artículo, en base a un análisis del discurso, propone dar cuenta de las principales características del perfil carismático de Rafael Correa, actual presidente del Ecuador. A partir de los dispositivos retóricos emprendidos por su persona, se trata de explicar la modalidad discursiva mediante el cual el liderazgo correísta afronta, aprovecha y adquiere forma, sobre todo en coyunturas de crisis, como el motín policial del 30 de setiembre del 2010, más conocido como 30-S. De esta manera, se pone especial énfasis en la construcción narrativa de los ‘culpables’ y de los atributos asignados al líder y a su gobierno.

This disertation thesis is about czech social prose of 30´s of the 20th century, which is analyzed and interpreted in czech literary discourse and then integrated in context of world literature of 20´s and 30´s. This study focuses in detail on american social prose of the first half of the 20th century, which is analyzed and discussed. Then thesis try to compare and interpret of czech and american social prose, it look for common atributes in selected texts and it try to find possible inspirations and influences in them. A part of this work is bibliographic study which summarizes czech social prose and czech translations of american social prose authors.

Esta pesquisa tem como enfoque as personagens femininas de Graciliano Ramos em suas obras Caetés, São Bernardo, Angústia, Vidas Secas e Infância. Partindo dos conceitos de Antonio Candido sobre estrutura e função, busca-se analisar como a construção literária se relaciona com os dados sociais e históricos da época em que os livros foram escritos e/ou publicados, a década de 1930. A partir das análises feitas, desenvolve-se a ideia da importância dessas personagens que, mesmo deixadas em segundo plano, são essenciais para a construção dos textos literários. / The following research focuses on the female characters of Graciliano Ramos in his works Caetés, São Bernardo, Angústia, Vidas Secas and Infância. Thinking about the concepts of Antonio Candido on structure and function, we analyze how the literary construction relates to the social and historical life in the moment that the books were written, the decade of 1930. From the analyzes made, we realized the importance of these female characters, even when left in the background.

In this diploma thesis, the "new" beginnings of Jiří Kolář's poetry are addressed. The main focus lies upon the genesis of his early poetry in the period of his "Křestný list". The "Křestný list" was issued as Kolář's début in September 1941, however, neither its publication nor Kolář's accession into literature were as immediate as they might appear in sources available so far. It took nearly ten years until the young poet's first oeuvre was issued and he had undergone a certain development in the meantime - he had gained more experience and become mature as a poet and person. The first part of the thesis is aimed at portraying this period (i.e. the years of 1937-1941/2) within the process of all events of literary history which could have impacted Kolář, his poetry and the final appearance of his first colletion. In the second part of the thesis, the given events (e.g. the acquaintance with Václav Pekárek, František Halas and Jindřich Chalupecký or the problems with the censorship in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia) are put into the wider context of Kolář's juvenile and hitherto unpublished texts that are now in the possession of Vladimír Karfík and in the inheritance of Jindřich Chalupecký. Esta tese trata da produção em disco e teatro de revista do cantor carioca Francisco Alves entre 1920 e 1932, período que marcou sua consagração como intérprete. Procura mapear através de sua carreira, a trajetória e o papel do disco e do teatro de revista enquanto seus mediadores, comparando-os como meio de circulação e fixação das músicas gravadas e interpretadas por Alves. Através de uma pesquisa realizada em jornais e revistas da época, na primeira parte do trabalho foi feito um levantamento das peças em que atuou e nos arquivos da companhia teatral recuperados trechos e falas dos personagens que representou. Essa primeira parte engloba de 1920 e 1926, período que atuou como ator secundário no Teatro São José e gravou sem sucesso alguns discos nas gravadoras Popular e Casa Edison. A maneira como estas canções circularam nas festas populares e no teatro de revista foi abordada assim como uma comparação dos modos de produção do teatro e da indústria fonográfica. A segunda parte engloba de 1927 e 1932 e marca uma inversão quantitativa na produção de peças de teatro e de discos na trajetória de Francisco Alves, quando foi consolidada sua consagração. Foi enfocada a maneira como as músicas gravadas por ele passaram a se redimensionar nos palcos e ele a se definir como cantor, se articulando com a gravadora, compositores e outros cantores através de seu posicionamento enquanto agente nas diferentes instâncias de mediação. Neste período a ascensão de Francisco Alves coincidiu com a de vários gêneros musicais urbanos e a tese mostrará o caminho deles para o disco e o teatro e entre um e outro meio. / This thesis focuses on the artistic record and musical revue production by Rio de Janiro (carioca) singer Francisco Alves between 1920 and 1932. Such period is known for bringing the artist\'s consecration as a performer. By recovering his career we try to map the trajectory and role of record and theater production in Brazil as mediator compared to the means of circulation and establishment of the songs recorded and performed by Alves. Through extensive research recovering newspapers and magazines of the time, the first part of our work brings the history of the plays Francisco Alves participated in, also searching the archives of the theater companies he worked for and the lines of the characters he impersonated. Thus, the first part of the thesis recovers from 1920 to 1926, period in which Alves was still a secondary performing actor working in the Theater São José and would release a few songs trough the recording companies Popular and Casa Edison. The way such songs have circulated in national popular parties and in the musical revue tradition was taken into account, pointing to the specific means of production of the theater and the music industry. The second part of the thesis ranges from 1927 e 1932 and it marks a quantitative turn in the production of songs and plays in the trajectory of Francisco Alves, consolidating his achievements. We are interested in the way the songs he recorded were staged and how the artist started to be defined as a true singer, articulated with recording companies, composers and other singers. We also consider his role as an agent in many instances of cultural mediation during that time. Finally, the emergence of Francisco Alves has coincided with that of many urban musical genres. This work intends to show the path recovered by those genres in order to be recorded and/or gain the theater, caught in the middle of one and other medium.

O objetivo da presente dissertação de mestrado é propor uma análise de parte das crônicas humorísticas de Benedito Bastos Barreto, o Belmonte. A análise desta produção literária, escrita entre 1932 e 1935, tem como eixo as temáticas mais constantes na escrita de Belmonte: a rejeição do governo de Getúlio Vargas e do Nazi-fascismo e as severas críticas à modernidade técnica. Em suas críticas ao Nazi-fascismo, elaboradas na primeira metade da década de trinta do século passado, o cronista demonstrou precocidade e ineditismo frente aos jornalistas e jornais paulistas da época, sendo que estes tendiam a se calar ou a demonstrar simpatia perante a ascensão dos governos Fascistas de Hitler e Mussolini. E, ao elaborar críticas à modernidade técnica, sugerimos que Belmonte não apenas repudiava o incrível potencial bélico demonstrado com ineditismo na Primeira Guerra Mundial , como também apontava para a complexa e problemática modernização da cidade de São Paulo, assim como a aspectos atribulados da sua história recente. / The purpose of the present dissertation is to propose an analysis of some humoristic chronicles of Benedito Bastos Barreto, the Belmonte. The analysis of this literary work, written between 1932 and 1935, has the most often thematics on Belmontes writing as main point: the rejection of Getúlios Vargas government and of the Nazi-fascism, as well as the severe critics to the technical modernity. In his critics against the Nazi-fascism, elaborated during the first half of the thirties of the last century, the chronist demonstrates to be precoce and unheard of when compared to the jornalists and the newspapers of his time, for those used to keep quiet or demonstrate appreciation for the rising of Hitlers and Mussolinis fascist governments. And, as he elaborates critics to the techincal modernity, we sugest that Belmonte did not just repudiate the amazing warlike potencial that was demonstrated for the first time on the First World War , as well as he also indicates the complex and problematic modernization of São Paulo city, and the troubled aspects of its recent history.

Através de uma pesquisa realizada em jornais e revistas da época, na primeira parte do trabalho foi feito um levantamento das peças em que atuou e nos arquivos da companhia teatral recuperados trechos e falas dos personagens que representou. Essa primeira parte engloba de 1920 e 1926, período que atuou como ator secundário no Teatro São José e gravou sem sucesso alguns discos nas gravadoras Popular e Casa Edison. A maneira como estas canções circularam nas festas populares e no teatro de revista foi abordada assim como uma comparação dos modos de produção do teatro e da indústria fonográfica. Neste período a ascensão de Francisco Alves coincidiu com a de vários gêneros musicais urbanos e a tese mostrará o caminho deles para o disco e o teatro e entre um e outro meio. / This thesis focuses on the artistic record and musical revue production by Rio de Janiro (carioca) singer Francisco Alves between 1920 and 1932. Such period is known for bringing the artist\'s consecration as a performer. By recovering his career we try to map the trajectory and role of record and theater production in Brazil as mediator compared to the means of circulation and establishment of the songs recorded and performed by Alves. Through extensive research recovering newspapers and magazines of the time, the first part of our work brings the history of the plays Francisco Alves participated in, also searching the archives of the theater companies he worked for and the lines of the characters he impersonated. Thus, the first part of the thesis recovers from 1920 to 1926, period in which Alves was still a secondary performing actor working in the Theater São José and would release a few songs trough the recording companies Popular and Casa Edison. The way such songs have circulated in national popular parties and in the musical revue tradition was taken into account, pointing to the specific means of production of the theater and the music industry. The second part of the thesis ranges from 1927 e 1932 and it marks a quantitative turn in the production of songs and plays in the trajectory of Francisco Alves, consolidating his achievements. We are interested in the way the songs he recorded were staged and how the artist started to be defined as a true singer, articulated with recording companies, composers and other singers. We also consider his role as an agent in many instances of cultural mediation during that time. Finally, the emergence of Francisco Alves has coincided with that of many urban musical genres. This work intends to show the path recovered by those genres in order to be recorded and/or gain the theater, caught in the middle of one and other medium.
