This thesis is focused on design and commissioning of appliance for operating and status display in the aquarium. The first part of the thesis deals with the possibilities of solving particular problems of the system and defines the requirements which the system has to fulfil. The next section of the thesis describes design of hardware part of the system and its software.

The communication protocol was optimized for high speed data collection. The Smart Sensor Network System was developed with the following goals in mind: cost reduction, reliability and performance increase.

Memoria (licenciado en ciencias jurídicas y sociales) / Autor no autoriza el acceso completo de su documento / En este trabajo se hará un análisis literario e histórico del mito de Fedra en relación a su aplicación en el tiempo, en las obras literarias que lo toman como tema central por Eurípides, Racine y Yourcenar. Para ello se estudiará en extenso lo que se ha entendido por el mito en la literatura desde un punto de vista académico, señalando y analizando las teorías más importantes que han surgido desde el siglo V antes de Cristo hasta nuestros días, todo enmarcado dentro de la cultura occidental. En el segundo apartado se señalará la historia de los mitos y como su concepto ha ido variando en el tiempo. El estudio de las obras viene a tomar dichas consideraciones, agregando una contextualización histórica, tanto de los autores en análisis, como su entorno político, religioso y social en general, con especial atención al ambiente artístico. Tiene como objeto comprobar cómo la literatura va adaptando el texto original de Fedra de tal forma de que la línea de tiempo estudiada en el acápite precedente, coincide con ella perfectamente y sirve como herramienta de análisis de los procesos y cambios de la cosmogonía del hombre en relación a sus creencias, sus mitos y valores

This term paper deals with subject of wireless communication of city rail transport cars. In this paper are described individual modules for transmission and receiving of data containing communication between city rail transport cars and measures of siding switches. Then there are discussed possibilities of design of system for testing functionality of transmitting and receiving modules and the system is consequently designed. There are also described communication principles and protocol used for wireless communication and MODBUS protocol used for communication over RS-485 serial line. In the end was the system manufactured, completed and equipped with necessary software.

This diploma thesis deals with design and realization of testing modules for detecting a defective peripheral in a mobile robot. One of the modules is intended for the diagnosis of ultra sonic range finder. The second one simulates the behaviour of these ultra sonic range finders, making it able to determine interface on which it is necessary to look for an error.

The approach chosen drives the dissertation to the study about (i) the general points (lawsuit conditions, procedural requests) and (ii) the specific points (a court decision that doesn t admits revision, term to propose the lawsuit and others legal hypothesis) asked to propose the lawsuit based on the article 485 of the CPC and, more specifically, based on the article 485, V, of the CPC (lawsuit appropriated to rescind a court decision that contains a law violation). According to this planning, deserves approach the lawsuit based on the article 485 as a common lawsuit, with requests legally established in the procedural legislation, and also are studied some general aspects concerning to the procedural admission such as legitimacy, legal competence and the capacity to suspend the execution of the illegal decision. Also deserves attention the exceptional character of the lawsuit based on the article 485, V, of the CPC, considering that its object is to attack a jurisdictional decision that can not be changed by the regular ways (appellation, for instance). The dissertation concludes indicating an amplified interpretation about the article 485, V, of the CPC, approaching all the law violations mentioned in the Brazilian legislation, in order to give priority to the concept of Justice in comparison with the concept of security, specially in situations in which a decision contains a substantial law violation. / Este trabalho visa ao estudo da ação rescisória fundada em violação a literal disposição de lei, hipótese prevista no inciso V do artigo 485 do Código de Processo Civil brasileiro. A abordagem se restringe à admissibilidade da ação. Objetiva-se a apreciação dos pressupostos necessários à admissibilidade da ação rescisória, partindo dos genéricos (condições da ação e pressupostos processuais), exigíveis para todas as ações, passando pelos específicos (sentença de mérito, trânsito em julgado, prazo e enquadramento numa das hipóteses legais), pertinentes a todas as ações rescisórias, e chegando, enfim, aos que delineiam a hipótese de violação a literal disposição de lei , ensejadora da ação rescisória objeto da análise. Para tanto, explica-se o enquadramento da ação rescisória como ação típica, cujos fundamentos se encontram previstos taxativamente na lei processual, e se faz uma incursão pelos aspectos gerais da ação rescisória, como a legitimidade, a competência e o meio para suspender a execução do julgado rescindendo, itens indispensáveis para a compreensão da temática central. Ressalta-se, em diversas passagens, o caráter excepcional da ação rescisória, cuja finalidade é a desconstituição da autoridade da coisa julgada que torna imutável a sentença de mérito. Impõe-se a conclusão de que se deve dar à hipótese do inciso V do artigo 485 do Código de Processo Civil uma interpretação ampliativa, de forma a abranger todas as violações às normas que compõem o ordenamento jurídico, a fim de evitar a prevalência da segurança em detrimento da justiça (proximidade com o direito material), em situação para a qual o sistema prevê um instrumento propício à superação da barreira consubstanciada na coisa julgada e a subseqüente rescisão (anulação) da decisão judicial viciada, contrária ao direito material regulador da espécie.

The presented thesis deals with the design of the product for intelligent control system for GILD. The first part of the diploma thesis contains a brief summary of the intelligent control system. The thesis is designed schematic diagram of the product, it is also designed printed circuit board according to the product requirements. An integral part of the diploma thesis is the design and implementation of the service algorithm for the product.

The aim of my master’s thesis is a system for control of the light intensity. It is electronic equipment which controls the intensity of the light circuits based on settings and input signals. This equipment could work on single-phase systems or multiphase systems. The equipment is controlled by the signal DMX-512 which is a standard for the control of lighting technologies. The set up of this equipment is based on a personal computer or in a limited form by a small connected display.
