Darbo tikslas:– ištirti tėvų lūkesčius ir pasitenkinimą Kauno vaiko raidos klinikos „Lopšelis“ teikiamomis ambulatorinėmis abilitacijos paslaugomis. Uždaviniai: 1. Ištirti sutrikusios raidos vaikų tėvų lūkesčius ambulatorinių abilitacijos paslaug�� atžvilgiu. 2. Įvertinti sutrikusios raidos vaikų tėvų pasitenkinimą ambulatorinėmis abilitacinėmis paslaugomis. 3. Įvertinti socialinių-demografinių charakteristikų įtaką tėvų pasitenkinimui. Tyrimo metodika: anketinė anoniminė Kauno vaiko raidos klinikos „Lopšelis“ pacientų tėvų apklausa (n = 105). Naudota 5 balų vertinimo skalė. Rezultatų statistinė analizė atlikta naudojant SPSS 13.0. Rezultatai: Tyrime dalyvavę respondentai sutrikusios raidos vaiką (-us) auginančios ištekėjusios mamos. Dažniausiai tai - virš 30 m. amžiaus moterys, turinčios aukštąjį išsilavinimą). Į vaiko raidos kliniką besikreipiančių sutrikusios raidos vaikų šeimų vieno nario vidutinės pajamos per mėnesį sudaro 300-900 Lt.. Tokiose šeimose dažniausiai auga vienas vaikas. Mažiausias respondentų pasitenkinimas „vaiko sveikatos būklės“ grupės kriterijais, o mažiausi jų lūkesčiai yra susiję su „ryšiai su šeima“ skyriumi. Vertinant vaiko sveikatos būklę respondentų lūkesčiai yra ženkliai aukštesni už pasitenkinimą. Aukščiausi respondentų lūkesčiai yra susiję su „personalas“, mažiausi – su „ryšiai su šeima“. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The aim of the study: to analyze perental expectations and satisfaction towards out – patient abilitation services provided by Kaunas Child‘s development clinic „Lopšelis“. Tasks: 1. To analise the expectations of disabled children parents towards the out – patient abilitation services. 2. To evaluate the satisfaction of disabled children parents towards the out – patient abilitation services 3. To work out offers for Kaunas child‘s development clinic „Lopšelis“ for the improvement of out – patient abilitation services. Methods applied : anonymous survey of Kaunas child‘s development clinic „Lopšelis“ patients parents (n = 105). Five points estimation scalewas used. The statitical analysis of the results was carried out exploitine SPSS 13.0. Results: The respondents under analysis were married mothers with disabled child or children. In the majority of cases these are women over 30 years of age, with higher education degree. The average income for a family member in most cases is 300 – 900 lt. A single child families are the most common case. The criteria of “child’s health condition” group deserve the least satisfaction of the respondents whice they expect the least from “the ties with a family” group. The purpose of this project is to help children with disabilities to talk through special cards using available new information technologies. These kids are from ages 8 till 15. I collaborated with KVAC(Kauno Vaikų Abilitacijos Centras) and there met children who cant talk normally because of their physical condition, however their mental condition is quite evolved or even sterling for their age. These special cards are created by Norwegian doctors especially for this kind of disability and for people with such mental and physical condition. In KVAC children used them for very long time. These cards are made from paper and colored in black and white. Each of these cards represents emotion, feelings, things, occupations and many others real word objects. So my solution was to move these cards to computer and adapt them for better usage and also to make kind of chat where more than one person can be involved and naturally would help person with disabilities. Main advantages of this software is that it can be used over LAN or thru the Internet there is no difference, also new technologies like AJAX let the system perform faster(saving bandwidth) then other available technologies. Besides there is no complex installation process, system is ready to work immediately without requiring detailed customization. Also one of the main thing why I developed this system is because of lack of such type of software over Lithuania and even over the world.
