Hydropneumatická jednotka vozidla / Vehicle Hydropneumatic Unit

Koudelka, Roman January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis, following the bachelor's thesis, is devoted to the gas-liquid unit of a vehicle, as the central element of hydropneumatic suspension. The aim is to dimension and construct this component and integrate it together with other elements into a complex suspension system. Based on possible forms listed in the research section, regarding to current development trends, the form of the unit is chosen. The practical part begins with simulations comparing a hydropneumatic with a conventional suspension system. After solving this issue, it is possible to proceed to the dimensioning of the basic parameters of the unit and then to its construction, respecting the relevant strength calculations. The last step is to build a conceptual design of the whole hydropneumatic suspension system.

Zkoumání teplotních změn vlastností olověného akumulátoru v režimu hybridních vozidel / Investigation of temperature change in lead-acid accumulator for HEV

Tošer, Pavel January 2010 (has links)
The oldest and also most used type of secondary cells is lead-acid accumulator. Basic functional principle stayed same as in foundation time, only operation parameters are still improving (for example one of the most important is lifetime). Significant technical problem is temperature of lead-acid battery and her influence on functionality and running reactions. Master thesis is focused on this section, when is necessary to evaluate new pieces of knowledge in development. The work deals with description existing types of accumulators, further deals with theory of temperature balance and in the end by measured datas and theirs analyzing.

Nabíječka autobaterií se spínaným zdrojem / The inverter based battery charger

Kadlec, Josef January 2010 (has links)
The aim of this master’s thesis is provide detailed information about car battery’s charger with a switching power supply. The kind of this power supply is one-pulsed conducting inverter with transformer. The charger’s rates of nominal voltage are 6 and 12 V. The method of charging is charging by constantly voltage with a current limitation. The values of a current limitations are 0.5A, 5A and 20A. The charger’s maximal current is 50A. This current can help to the accumulator with starting of a vehicle. This device is equipped by indicators which indicate the end of charging.

Vliv přítlaku v olověných akumulátorech pro hybridní elektrická vozidla / Influence of pressure in the lead-acid batteries for hybrid electric vehicles.

Svoboda, Marek January 2011 (has links)
Lead-acid batteries of hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) are functioning in PSoC regime (Partial State of Charge). In PSoC regime new fail mechanisms occur. These mechanisms usually lead to nonreversible sulphation of negative electrodes. Main aim of this research is to avoid negative electrode sulphation and to improve lifetime of lead-acid accumulators used in HEV.

Vliv skelných vláken v olověných akumulátorech pro hybridní elektrická vozidla / Effect of glass fibers in the lead-acid batteries for hybrid electric vehicles

Klojda, Viktor January 2012 (has links)
Master´s thesis deals with the utilization of lead-acid accumulators in hybrid electric vehicle regime. It describes the side effects known as PCL, generated during PSOC regime and connected with the length of the battery lifespan. One possibility how to eliminate these effects, is the use of additives in active mass of the negative electrode, in the form of glass fibres. The project provides the parametres and reactions of additive, that have lead to the improvement of battery properties. The purpose of this thesis is to verify the positive effect of the aditive on the lifespan of the lead-acid accumulator.

Studium vlastností katodového materiálu pro Li-ion články v závislosti na struktuře aktivní vrstvy / Study of the properties of a cathode material for Li-ion cells depending on the structure of the active layer

Kršňák, Jiří January 2014 (has links)
This article deals with properties of cathode material of lithium-ion cells study in term of active layer dependence. Aim of the work is to get familiar with problematics of cathode material production and diagnostics and to compare different active layer production methods. The opening of the work is concentrating on rechargeable batteries, mainly lithium-ion batteries and their electrode materials. Practical part is describing method of cathode material production and its characteristics.

Návrh nákladního výtahu / Project of service lift

Drápela, Josef January 2008 (has links)
This diploma thesis deal with project of service lift. The service lift is drive by special mechanism using thrust chain. The chain is led from chain accumulator over sprocket gear to vertical guiding groove. Lift car is connected to the end of chain. There are designed and described the most important constructional unit of service lift in this thesis. But the most attention is pay to drive, including break system and chain accumulator. The drive is consist of electric motor, clutch, break, planetary gearbox and sprocket gear.

Optimalizace rozhraní svařovaného zásobníku paliva systému common rail / Interface Optimization of Welded Fuel Accumulator of Common Rail System

Hurt, Libor January 2009 (has links)
This master’s thesis is aimed to sphere of injection system for diesel engines. The main task of thesis was to invent new concept for high pressure interface of laser welded fuel accumulator, that would able to endure pressure 2000 bars and higher. Also, it would be applicable to serial production. Thesis includes description of diesel system by Bosch, making of design proposals in ProEngineer program and making of stress analyses for some particular elements in Ansys. Whole the work was passed in conjunction with Bosch Diesel development department.

Návrh ventilového bloku rekuperačního hydrostatického modulu vozidla / Design of valve block for hydrostatic recuperative module of vehicle

Ranuša, Matúš January 2014 (has links)
The Master`s Thesis deals with design and construction of a valve block for a hydrostatic recuperative module of a vehicle with a direct application on pneu tyred roller AP 240H produced by the AMMANN company. The thesis aims to analyze recovery functions of the valve block in several operating modes of the roller, followed by a selection of the right hydraulic components from the perspective of predefined parameters and pressure differences. Design specifications are based on measurements and mathematical simulations on the experimental stand. The experimental stand for this application has been developed at 1:4 scale as compared to a real vehicle. The thesis includes also design of the supporting console for the module on the frame of the vehicle. The Master`s Thesis is a part of project EUREKA with cooperation Bosch Rexroth.
