Propuesta de mejora del proceso productivo en la empresa Agronegocios Emcypak S.A.C. para incrementar la productividadCastro Chuzon, Nayelli Dayana January 2024 (has links)
La presente investigación se realizó en una empresa agroindustrial dedicada al procesamiento de granos, la cual tuvo como objetivo principal incrementar la productividad mediante la propuesta de mejora del proceso productivo (línea mecanizada y línea manual). La metodología consistió en tres etapas, se diagnosticó el proceso actual de la empresa aplicando técnicas como el estudio de tiempos y de movimientos, flujogramas y diagramas bimanuales con la finalidad de medir las variables de estudio. Seguidamente, se propuso las mejoras, donde planteo el reajuste de caudal de aire para la selectora de grano, el nuevo método de trabajo en la etapa de selección manual, el rediseño de puestos trabajos y capacitaciones. Posteriormente, se evaluaron las propuestas a través del análisis del costo – beneficio para determinar la viabilidad de la propuesta. Los resultados obtenidos fueron el aumento de la producción y productividad para las dos líneas de la empresa; en la línea mecanizada, la producción paso de 428 sacos/mes a 1775 sacos/mes y la productividad de 1,48 soles a 3,49 soles, mientras que, para la línea de selección manual la producción aumento de 281 sacos/mes a 325 sacos/ mes y la productividad paso de 1,42 soles a 1,64 soles, además se determinó que la propuesta tiene un B/C de 1.14. / The present research was carried out in an agroindustrial company dedicated to grain processing, whose main objective was to increase productivity by proposing to improve the production process (mechanized line and manual line). The methodology consisted of three stages, the current process of the company was diagnosed by applying techniques such as time and movement study, flow charts and bimanual diagrams in order to measure the study variables. Next, improvements were proposed, where I proposed the readjustment of the air flow for the grain selector, the new work method in the manual selection stage, the redesign of job positions and training. Subsequently, the proposals were evaluated through cost-benefit analysis to determine the viability of the proposal. The results obtained were an increase in
production and productivity for the two lines of the company; In the mechanized line, production went from 428 bags/month to 1,775 bags/month and productivity from 1,48 soles to 3,49 soles, while, for the manual selection line, production increased from 281 bags/month to 325 bags/month and productivity went from 1,42 soles to 1,64 soles, in addition it was determined that the proposal has a B/C of 1.14.

À l'heure où toute décision stratégique doit être conforme aux principes de la durabilité, l'évaluation des conséquences environnementales, économiques et sociales d'un choix d'ingénierie s'avère nécessaire. Parmi les outils d'évaluation des systèmes et de leurs conséquences, l'analyse de cycle de vie (ACV) dérivée de la pensée cycle de vie s'est imposée comme la méthode la plus adaptée à un tel niveau de décision. Historiquement focalisée sur les impacts environnementaux, l'ACV a naturellement étendue son champ d'évaluation aux aspects économiques, sociaux et d'ingénierie pour devenir une analyse de la durabilité (AdCV) des systèmes. L'AdCV est ainsi en train d'émerger et nécessite des propositions d'améliorations méthodologiques et des applications concrètes pour devenir robuste et applicable. Cette étude présente l'évaluation de la durabilité d'un système dans le contexte de l'agro-industrie oléicole. À cet effet, elle propose une approche intégrée d’évaluation de la durabilité basée sur l’AdCV couplée à la modélisation des processus et des procédés et, l'analyse multicritère pour l'aide à la décision. Une première partie traite des concepts de durabilité, d'ingénierie et d'agro-industrie oléicole à travers une analyse de la littérature scientifique. Dans la deuxième partie, l'approche d'évaluation de la durabilité proposée est décrite, formalisée et implémentée dans la solution logicielle « EcOlive » à l'aide d'outils empruntés à la modélisation des systèmes. Enfin, la troisième partie présente les résultats de l’application de l’approche à l’agro-industrie oléicole en s’appuyant sur un ensemble de données terrain récoltées dans le cadre du projet européen OiLCA. / Nowadays, any strategic decision must be in accordance with the sustainability principles. Therefore, companies need to evaluate the consequences of their activities and products onto environment, economy and society. Life cycle assessment (LCA) from Life cycle thinking (LCT) is one of the major environmental impact evaluation methods for product, process or service and the trends is to integrate economic and social aspects to become a life cycle sustainability assessment (LCSA). However, LCSA is still in its infancy and needs methodological proposals to be applicable. This study presents sustainability assessment in the olive oil agro-industrial context. In doing so, a systemic approach based on the coupling between LCSA, enterprise modeling, chemical process modeling and multicriteria analysis is proposed. The approach is then validated by the development of the software solution “ Ecolive ” for sustainability assessment of olive oil production. This application relies on field data collected under the European OiLCA project.

Previous issue date: 2006-07-28 / This paper looks into the cashew nut industrial process as a factor in adding value to it and involves its productions, industrialization and marketing. Its competitiveness fundamentally depends in its ability to surpass technological and non technological difficulties that contributes to increase costs and diminishes attributes to better qualities which means values to the market. The methodology applied in this paper was application of a questionnaire with a Likert model scale with closed questions and constituted by variables that composed nominated groups: exporting obstacles, market strategy, competitive advantages, broken nuts index, productive potential and social-economic profile of members of the Cooperative. A descriptive analysis was the method employed for the data analysis. After identifying some of the quantitative gains in the industrial process of the cashew nuts, recommendations are presented to COOPERCAJU to promote courses to improve the members productivity as well as technical assistance, in order to get more efficacy in the cashew nuts industrial processing / O presente estudo trata do processo industrial da castanha de caju como um fator de agrega??o de valor, envolvendo atividades de produ??o, industrializa??o e comercializa??o.
