The proportion of people over 65+ is expected to increase in the future. The elderly is one of the most frequent users of open public space. One type of open public space is urban green space, which is a recurring appreciated element for the elderly population. Despite this, cities are often considered to neglect the needs and wants of the elderly population regarding design and shape. What we need and want in urban green areas differs among different age- and culture groups. Therefor it is important to shed light upon elderly’s experience linked to the use and needs of urban green space to get a better understanding of how these areas are perceived. Which this study aims to do based upon elderly living the city of Umeå. The paper takes a qualitative approach to answer the research questions. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 7 informants living in the Umeå urban area. Results show that many of the elderly informant’s values urban green space with a high perceived naturalness which is also considered to be lacking in many Umeås central parks. However, what types of greenery which contributes to the perceived naturalness can vary. Woodlands as well as smaller leafy and heavily green influenced areas can equally result in a high perceived naturalness. Areas with a high perceived naturalness also enables elderly’s motives for being in areas of greenery to a greater extent. Like the daily walk, relaxing and socializing with friends. All open green space in the city is not sought-after by the elderly informants. Further factors that make some of the elderly informants seek out different open green areas are lack of amenities and the feeling of inaccessibility.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the purchasing conditions and geographical distribution of sales units in the Vimperk. Propose measures for improvement. Information was obtained by observing in each municipality Vimperk, interviewing and unstructured interviews. Subsequently, data were processed and evaluated.

My dissertaion is about projection of new fotball crew cabs in a village called Zdenice. My project has two versions. First version is about projection of new fotball crew cabs including the bar. Second version is the same but without the bar.

Neste trabalho, utilizamos uma equação hedônica para estimar o preço implícito de amenidades urbanas a partir de dados do mercado de imóveis no Município de São Paulo. São testadas duas especificações: uma com as variáveis explicativas originais e outra com a construção de fatores para correção de multicolinearidade. Além de considerar a configuração monocêntrica tradicional, propomos a inclusão de um vetor de acessibilidade para o caso de uma cidade duocêntrica. A investigação sobre as variáveis ambientais relevantes é fundamentada na interpolação espacial dos resíduos. Concluímos que a proximidade das estações de trem, a presença de áreas verdes e o zoneamento estritamente residencial valorizam o imóvel para fins residenciais, enquanto a criminalidade reduz o seu valor. / In this work, I use a hedonic equation to estimate the implicit prices of urban amenities based on housing market data for the city of São Paulo. I test two different specifications, one with the original independent variables, and another with factors to correct for multicollinearity. In addition to the traditional monocentric model, I include an accessibility vector for a duocentric city. A criterion to select the appropriate environmental variables based on residual spatial interpolation is introduced. I conclude that proximity to train stations, green areas and strict residential zones raise rents, while criminality reduces them.

Human resourses are more and more frequently regarded as the most precious company treasure. Any organisation is not able to achieve its goals without capable and educated employees. Recruitments have to be doing with all due carefulness in order to reckruite the best possible employee. Acquisition of new people has to be well planned and done because capable employees are one of the most important competitive advantages.

The diploma thesis discourses Improvement Suggestion in the Firm of Motivation System. The thesis consists of two substructures. The theoretical part focuses on work motivation and remuneration of employees. The practical part includes the analysis of motivation system , the results of empirical investigation and the idea of new system.
