O objetivo geral deste estudo ? investigar os efeitos das redes de rela??es pessoais na forma??o de capital social, bem como, a influ?ncia desse na aprendizagem do aluno no ?mbito escolar. Nesse sentido, o estudo tr?s reflex?es sobre o contexto social, as estruturas das redes em que est?o inseridos esses alunos e os efeitos destas no seu comportamento individual, pois se mostram como aspectos importantes para compreender o campo de rela??es ao qual est?o expostos, podendo trazer elementos que expliquem a sua condi??o educacional recente. Foram analisadas as estruturas das redes dos alunos e um conjunto de fatores associados ? aprendizagem, a fim de descrever como o capital social presente nas rela??es possibilita ou bloqueia o processo de aprendizagem dos conte?dos escolares. Diante disso, parte-se da hip?tese de que, a desigualdade, em termos da distribui??o de capital social presente nas rela??es pessoais, tende a ser um dos fatores explicativos para compreender as dificuldades referentes ao processo de aprendizagem dos alunos no ambiente da escola. Como m?todo de investiga??o das rela??es estabelecidas pelos indiv?duos estudados, foi utilizado o aporte te?rico e metodol?gico da An?lise de Redes Sociais, no sentido de investigar o aspecto estrutural das redes individuais e ao explorar o potencial explicativo destas redes e do capital social que surge da sua disposi??o estrutural na an?lise da aprendizagem do aluno. Foi realizado o estudo de caso para explorar em profundidade os aspectos relevantes ao problema da pesquisa dentro de um per?odo de tempo limitado, que abrange o ano de 2014. Para o levantamento do campo de rela??es foi solicitado a cada aluno que indicasse outras pessoas para compor a sua rede, tanto ao qualificar a rela??o em referente ao tipo e ao grau de relacionamento com esses contatos como tamb?m a rela??o entre eles. O question?rio utilizado nessa fase foi classificado como gerador de nomes, tal instrumento serviu de base para a constru??o da matriz relacional e dos grafos utilizados na an?lise dos dados. Al?m de responder a um bloco de quest?es sociodemogr?ficas que serviram para gerar atributos, caracterizar a estrutura de rela??es e para constru??o das vari?veis relacionadas com a aprendizagem. Com essa discuss?o, percebe-se que a An?lise de Redes Sociais ? uma ferramenta significante para compreender as estruturas relacionais e que apesar da abstra??o do conceito de aprendizagem, foi observado que o capital social tem influencia relativamente baixa sobre ela, por?m deve-se destacar que o tamanho da amostra ? pequeno o que limitaria os resultados encontrados. / This work considers to study it the educational context under the perspective of inquiry of the Analysis of Social Networks, in the direction to analyze relationship structure of the personal nets of the pupils of 2? series of High School in the State School Teacher Judith Bezerra de Melo, in terms of support and transition of information and its effect in the learning process. The general objective of this study is to investigate the effect of the nets of personal relations in the formation of social capital, well as, the influence of this in the learning of the pupil in the pertaining to school scope. In this direction, the study backwards reflections on the social context, the structures of the nets where these pupils are inserted and the effect of these in its individual behavior, therefore if they show as aspects important to understand the field of relations which are displayed, being able to bring elements that explain its recent educational condition. The structures of the nets of the pupils had been analyzed and a set of factors associates to the learning, in order to describe as the present social capital in the relations makes possible or blocks the process of learning of the pertaining to school contents. Ahead of this, it has been broken of the hypothesis of that, the inequality, in terms of the distribution of present capital stock in the personal relations, tends to be one of the clarifying factors to understand the referring difficulties to the process of learning of the pupils in the environment of the school. As method of inquiry of the relations established for the studied individuals, it was used arrives in port theoretician and procedure of the Analysis of Social Networks, in the direction to investigate the structural aspect of the individual nets and when exploring the clarifying potential of these nets and of the social capital that appears of its structural disposal in the analysis of the learning of the pupil. The case study was carried through to inside explore in depth the excellent aspects to the problem of the research of a period of limited time, which encloses the year of 2014. For the survey of the field of relations he was requested to each pupil who indicated other people to compose its net, as much to as well as characterize the referring relation in to the type and the degree of relationship with these contacts the relation between them, the questionnaire used in this phase was classified as generating of names, such instrument served of base for the construction of the relationship matrix and the graphs used in the analysis of the data. Beyond answering a block of sociodemographic questions that had served to generate attributes, to characterize the structure of relations and for construction of the variable related with the learning. With this quarrel, one perceives that the Analysis of Social Networks is a significant tool to understand the relationship structures and that although the abstraction of the learning concept was observed that the social capital has influences relatively low on it, however must be detached that the size of the sample is small what would limit the joined results.

No entanto, h? ainda um longo caminho a ser percorrido, pois o sistema educacional brasileiro ? permeado por in?meros problemas que afetam sua qualidade. O ensino m?dio, sendo a ?ltima etapa da educa??o b?sica, ? considerado por muitos estudiosos como o grande gargalo da educa??o brasileira, uma vez que registra altas taxas de evas?o, baixo desempenho nas avalia??es e um n?mero baixo de alunos matriculados nesse ciclo educacional. Diante disso, o presente trabalho buscou relacionar o capital social, cultural e insucesso escolar, dentro de uma perspectiva de redes sociais/pessoais referentes ? popula??o em idade escolar de 15 a 17 anos, atendida pelo ensino m?dio no munic?pio de Ielmo Marinho/RN. Para tanto, foi utilizado a An?lise de Redes Sociais (ARS), uma metodologia multidisciplinar que visa identificar e compreender como as redes sociais, ou seja, as rela??es sociais t?m impactado no comportamento de um indiv?duo ou de um grupo dentro de uma estrutura social. Com o prop?sito de completar a an?lise, realizou-se uma abordagem descritivo-anal?tica do rendimento desses alunos no (ENEM) do ano de 2015, a fim de analisar a qualidade do ensino proporcionado pelo sistema educacional no qual est?o inseridos. / In recent decades the Brazilian education has undergone significant changes that have brought more quality education, however, there is still a long way to go, because the Brazilian educational system is permeated by numerous problems that affect their quality. The high school is the last stage of basic education, is considered by many scholars as the major bottleneck of Brazilian education since records high dropout rates, low performance in the ratings, and a low number of students enrolled in this educational cycle. Thus, the present study sought to relate the social capital, cultural and educational failure, within a perspective social / personal networks related to school-age population of 15 to 17 years, attended the high school in the city of Ielmo Navy / RN. Therefore, we used the Social Network Analysis (SNA) a multidisciplinary methodology that aims to identify and understand how social networks, ie social relations has impacted the behavior of an individual or a group within a social structure. In order to complete the analysis conducted a descriptive and analytical approach to performance of these students in (ESMS) of the year 2015.

O movimento do Com?rcio Justo e Solid?rio no Brasil: entre a solidariedade e o mercado. / The Fair and Solidarity Trade Movement in Brazil: between solidarity and the market.

To achieve these objectives the movement is active on three fronts: a) the creation of markets in the North where consumers pay a differentiated price for products from the South; b) campaigns among consumers in the North to increase the market for these products; and c) lobbying activities to change the rules of world trade, which are considered prejudicial to Southern countries. Demand limitations in the North, the demonstration effect of the movement s proposals in the South, and the need to adapt to local conditions, have stimulated Fair Trade initiatives in the South. In this sense, alternative production and consumption systems directed at national and South-South markets, have been discussed and implemented in various Latin American countries, based on the principles of Fair Trade. In Brazil, North-South Fair Trade initiatives have occurred since the 80s, although a national-wide movement only began in the middle of 2001, on the initiative of a group of public and private actors who made up the Faces do Brasil platform. From 2004-6 other actors participated in the movement, defending proposals linked to the creation of a just national market or to the defense of the interests of producers who were already active in North-South Fair Trade. This thesis is dedicated to the study of this movement, from a Southern perspective aiming to analyze to what extent the Brazilian proposal is distinguished from other Southern initiatives and the proposals of the global movement. To achieve these objectives a specific analytical framework was elaborated, involving theoretical approaches to social movements, convention theory and social network analysis. Empirically, the adoption of qualitative, participatory analysis associated with quantitative methods was essential for understanding the Brazilian movement, contextualizing it within the broader horizon of the complex features of the contemporary world. Among the principal results, the specificity of the Brazilian proposals were seen to depend on the participatory character of the construction of a national system of Fair and Solidarity Trade, involving a variety of actors and movements. This resulted in the incorporation of the principles of the Solidarity Economy and Agroecology movements, participatory certification schemes and the exclusive orientation to small farmers as the beneficiaries of the movement. The public-private character of the movement was crystallized in the creation of a specific space within the governmental sphere for the discussion of proposals and the formulation of public policies oriented to the movement aimed at creating a Brazilian System of Fair and Solidarity Trade. In relation to the producers, a low level of communication and transparency on the part of Northern actors was observed, which has reduced the extent of positive influences of North-South Fair Trade among the organizations visited in the eight case studies undertaken. As for convergences between the Brazilian movement s proposals and the aspirations of the producer groups, only the platforms more directly linked to the world of production incorporated their demands. / O movimento do Com?rcio Justo surgiu da iniciativa de organiza??es e consumidores do Hemisf?rio Norte visando ? melhoria das condi??es de vida de produtores e trabalhadores em desvantagem nos pa?ses do Sul. Para atingir esse objetivo o movimento vem atuando em tr?s frentes: a) na cria??o de mercados no Norte onde consumidores pagam um pre?o diferenciado por produtos do Sul; b) campanhas junto aos consumidores para elevar a parcela de mercado para esses produtos; e c) atrav?s de lobying visando mudan?a das regras do com?rcio internacional, considerado desvantajoso para os pa?ses do Sul. As limita??es da demanda no Norte, o efeito demonstra??o do movimento, e a necessidade de adapta??o aos contextos locais, t?m estimulado o desenvolvimento propostas s de Com?rcio Justo em pa?ses do Sul. No Brasil, iniciativas de Com?rcio Justo Norte-Sul t?m ocorrido desde os anos 80, entretanto, um movimento de abrang?ncia nacional s? foi iniciado em meados de 2001, por iniciativa de um grupo de atores p?blicos e privados, que compuseram a plataforma do Faces do Brasil. Essa tese voltou-se para o estudo desse movimento, mas sob uma perspectiva do Sul, buscando analisar em que medida a proposta brasileira se distingue de outras iniciativas do Sul e das propostas do movimento global. Therefore, the study departed from the understanding that the concept of tourism as a human phenomenon is configured as an essential conceptual basis for the development, implementation and analysis of public policies. The application of Network Theory and Social Network Analysis serves as an analytical tool, in addition, the use of concepts of Policy Networks enabled to interpret, in distinct aspects, the social reality of tourism in a more precise and detailed way. The study had a cross-sectional with a longitudinal perspective and case study was adopted, thus enabling to apply the model of social network analysis and qualitative approach. Through the survey conducted, it was found that the drafting process of National Tourism Plans was the result of the interaction of a complex network of actors from public and private initiatives, who compose the National Council of Tourism, and that their power of influence came out simultaneously, but not symmetrically, for both their performance/intervention in the meetings, and the possession of economic and organizational resources. Hence, the establishment of partnerships and information exchanges among the actors were underlying to the PNT drafting process, both in problems perception and insertion in the government agenda, as in making proposals to solve them, thus guiding the construction of large programs and programs contained in both investigated plans. / A disserta??o analisa a influ?ncia das rela??es entre atores da Rede Pol?tica do Turismo Brasileiro que comp?em o Conselho Nacional de Turismo no processo de elabora??o dos Planos Nacionais de Turismo (PNT 2003/2007 e PNT 2007/2010), centrando-se em dois principais tipos de intera??o: coopera??o e interc?mbio de informa??es. Para tanto, o estudo parte do entendimento de que a concep??o do turismo como um fen?meno humano, conforma-se como uma base conceitual imprescind?vel para a elabora??o, implementa??o e an?lise de suas pol?ticas p?blicas. A aplica??o da Teoria de Redes e da An?lise de Redes Sociais, funciona como uma ferramenta anal?tica, al?m disso, o uso dos conceitos de Rede Pol?tica (Policy Networks), permitiram interpretar por meio de aspectos diferenciados, a realidade social presente no turismo de forma mais precisa e detalhada. O estudo teve um corte seccional com perspectiva longitudinal e adotou o estudo de caso, permitindo aplicar o modelo de an?lise de redes sociais e a abordagem qualitativa. Atrav?s da pesquisa realizada, constatou-se que o processo de elabora??o dos Planos Nacionais de Turismo foi resultado da intera??o de uma complexa rede de atores p?blicos e privados, os quais comp?em o Conselho Nacional de Turismo, e que o poder de influ?ncia deles se deu simultaneamente, mas n?o simetricamente, pela sua atua??o/ interven??o nas reuni?es, e pela posse de recursos econ?micos e organizacionais. A basic approach to the mathematical formalism of graphs is developed and then main theoretical models for complex networks are presented aiming to support the analysis of surnames networks models. These, in turn, are worked so as to be drawn leading quantities, such as aggregation coefficient, minimum average path length and connectivity distribution. Based on these quantities, it can be stated that surnames networks are an example of complex network, showing important features such as preferential attachment and small-world character / Neste trabalho ? apresentado um estudo das redes sociais baseado na an?lise dos nomes de fam?lias. Faz-se uma abordagem b?sica do formalismo matem?tico dos grafos e em seguida apresenta-se os principais modelos te?ricos para as Redes Complexas com o objetivo de fundamentar a an?lise das redes dos sobrenomes. Estas, por sua vez, s?o trabalhadas de modo a serem extra?das as principais grandezas, tais como coe ciente de agrega??o, menor caminho m?dio e distribui??o de conectividades. Com base nestas grandezas, pode-se a rmar que as redes de sobrenomes s?o um exemplo de rede complexa, exibindo caracter?sticas importantes como liga??o preferencial e o car?ter de mundo pequeno.
