A presente pesquisa tem por principal objetivo apresentar um panorama histórico da Clínica Psicológica \'Dr Durval Marcondes\' através da análise de seus prontuários clínicos, provenientes dos atendimentos realizados desde o seu início, em 1964. Para atingir tal objetivo, foram necessárias duas etapas distintas de trabalho: na primeira, realizada manualmente, procedeu-se a alocação física dos prontuários, o que viabilizou a construção da sede do arquivo com toda a sistematização necessária para a determinação de um acervo permanente. Na segunda, desenvolveu-se um projeto piloto que buscou inserir parte do acervo no PsicoUsp, software regularmente utilizado na CP desde 1999. Como resultado da segunda etapa do trabalho obteve-se a inclusão de dois novos campos ao PsicoUsp, inclusão esta que já está sendo utilizada rotineiramente, facilitando a comunicação entre os acervos permanente e corrente da CP. Também nessa fase, pode-se realizar uma análise de dados em quatro décadas de trabalho da CP, de 1964 a 2004, que buscou ilustrar, por exemplo, como se deu a distribuição de gênero e faixa etária nos atendimentos realizados, que tipo de trabalho foi desenvolvido com os clientes, quais os testes utilizados e em que freqüência. Ressalta-se que a análise aqui apresentada apenas ilustra a enormidade das informações que podem ser obtidas com esse acervo, salientando uma vez mais a importância para a CP, para o PSC e para o IPUSP da aquisição da sede do arquivo permanente. / The main objective of the present research is to show a historic perspective of \'Dr Durval Marcondes\' Psychological Clinic through the analysis of its clinical client records, coming from cases attended since its foundation, in 1964. In order to achieve this goal, two distinct work stages were necessary: first, the physical allocation of the client records, manually accomplished, which enabled the construction of the archives head office with the full systematization necessary to the formation of a permanent archive. Second, the development of a pilot project to insert part of the archive in PsicoUsp, a regularly used software in the PC since 1999. As a result of the second stage of the work, two new fields have been included in PsicoUsp and routinely used, simplifying the communication between permanent and current archives of the PC. Also in this stage, four decades worth of data were analyzed concerning the work of the PC between 1964 and 2004. This analysis tried to illustrate, for instance, how the distribution by gender and age was done; what kind of work was developed with the patients; which tests were made and how frequently. It must be emphasized that the present analysis only illustrates the immensity of information that can be obtained with this archive, stressing once more the importance to the PC, the PSC and the IPUSP of the setting of a permanent archive.

No contexto organizacional das universidades federais de ensino superior registra-se uma expansão das políticas públicas para educação superior e um significativo aumento de investimentos, cujos impactos encontram-se refletidos nas instâncias tecnológicas, científicas e culturais. A análise de como esse processo se insere na estrutura organizacional dessas instituições frente às novas demandas, especialmente no que diz respeito à gestão de documentos e as políticas arquivísticas, considerando ainda a cultura organizacional, em consonância com os aparatos legais, - a Lei nº 8.159/1991 (Lei de Arquivos), e Lei nº 12.527/2011 (Lei de Acesso à Informação) - é o principal componente dessa pesquisa. Nesse sentido, quatro Universidades Federais de Ensino Superior foram objetos desse estudo que tem como base três eixos temáticos: (1) cultura organizacional, (2) gestão de documentos e políticas arquivísticas e (3) implantação de sistemas de arquivos. Objetivando refletir sobre as políticas arquivísticas no âmbito de três universidades federais, compará-las com o contexto do Arquivo Central da UFRGS e entender a relação entre a cultura organizacional e tais políticas nos locais pesquisados, buscou-se compreender as experiências arquivísticas no âmbito da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, da Universidade Federal de Goiás e Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Para tal foi utilizado uma abordagem qualitativa e de estudos de caso, da observação in loco e de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Como parte dos procedimentos registra-se a análise dos documentos normativos das instituições, bem como dos órgãos cuja competência está relacionada à gestão de documentos no âmbito das universidades. Os resultados das análises desses contextos permitiram relacioná-los à cultura organizacional presente nesses ambientes, bem como analisar as práticas arquivísticas da Divisão de Documentação e do Arquivo Central da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Este é responsável hoje pela gestão documental do acervo, representado, em sua maioria, por processos administrativos, datados de 1934 a 2016. Os resultados denotam ainda uma intrínseca relação entre práticas arquivísticas e a cultura organizacional pertinente aos ambientes administrativos universitários, ao mesmo tempo em que dispôs de subsídios para a elaboração de um regulamento para o Arquivo Central, delimitando suas competências e visando fortalecê-lo como o gestor e o disseminador das políticas arquivísticas institucionais na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. / In the organizational context of higher education federal universities it registers an expansion of public policies for higher education and a significant increase of investments, which impacts are found reflected in technological, scientific and cultural instances. The analysis of how this process fits into the organizational structure of these institutions facing new demands, especially regarding records management and archival policies, also considering the organizational culture in consonance with the legal apparatus, - Law number 8,159 / 1991 (Archival Act) and Law number 12,527 / 2011 (Information Access Act) - is the main component of this research. Nesse sentido, o problema apresentado é: como tratar os acervos documentais em suporte papel custodiados pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul? Objetivando investigar uma forma de preservação e difusão dos documentos do Arquivo Central, realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória em duas instituições dedicadas ao tratamento de acervos através da digitalização. Por meio da observação sistemática e com a aplicação de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, foi possível estabelecer um contato mais direto com os ambientes investigados. O referencial teórico aborda temas como memória, patrimônio e cibercultura, a partir de suas relações com os documentos arquivísticos, fundamentando-se em autores como Halbwachs, Dodebei e Lévy. Assim, a memória é apresentada com base em sua ligação com os documentos, desenvolvendo então a noção de memória documental. O conceito de patrimônio é apresentado a partir da perspectiva dos documentos serem reconhecidos como patrimônio cultural da Universidade, através do trabalho de avaliação documental. O ciberespaço, por sua vez, é abordado como um espaço para difusão e preservação digital da memória documental. Sendo esta uma pesquisa qualitativa de natureza aplicada, o produto final apresentado é um projeto para a implantação de um laboratório de digitalização no Arquivo Central da UFRGS. The concept of patrimony is presented from the perspective of the documents to be acknowledge as University’s heritage patrimony, through the work of documental evaluation. The cyberspace, for its turn, is approach as a qualitative research of apply nature, the final product is showed as a project for the implantation of a scanning laboratory on the UFRGS’ Central Archive. Ressalta-se que a análise aqui apresentada apenas ilustra a enormidade das informações que podem ser obtidas com esse acervo, salientando uma vez mais a importância para a CP, para o PSC e para o IPUSP da aquisição da sede do arquivo permanente. / The main objective of the present research is to show a historic perspective of \'Dr Durval Marcondes\' Psychological Clinic through the analysis of its clinical client records, coming from cases attended since its foundation, in 1964. In order to achieve this goal, two distinct work stages were necessary: first, the physical allocation of the client records, manually accomplished, which enabled the construction of the archives head office with the full systematization necessary to the formation of a permanent archive. Second, the development of a pilot project to insert part of the archive in PsicoUsp, a regularly used software in the PC since 1999. As a result of the second stage of the work, two new fields have been included in PsicoUsp and routinely used, simplifying the communication between permanent and current archives of the PC. Also in this stage, four decades worth of data were analyzed concerning the work of the PC between 1964 and 2004. This analysis tried to illustrate, for instance, how the distribution by gender and age was done; what kind of work was developed with the patients; which tests were made and how frequently. It must be emphasized that the present analysis only illustrates the immensity of information that can be obtained with this archive, stressing once more the importance to the PC, the PSC and the IPUSP of the setting of a permanent archive.

Este trabalho é um diagnóstico sobre a preservação, a descrição e a difusão dos Fundos Universidade de Porto Alegre (UPA) e Universidade do Rio Grande do Sul (URGS), que estão sob custódia do Arquivo Central da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Os objetivos da pesquisa são: analisar, de forma comparativa, a gestão documental, as políticas arquivísticas e o tipo de tratamento dado à documentação de caráter permanente em três instituições federais de ensino superior: UNIRIO, UFJF e UFSM, com vista à obtenção de informações sobre suas experiências na implantação de seus arquivos permanentes e/ou históricos; realizar levantamento a respeito dos Fundos UPA e URGS; proceder a um diagnóstico desses fundos, visando a sua caracterização como patrimônio cultural do tipo documental da UFRGS; propor um plano de ação com sugestões para a conservação e preservação desses fundos e também para a constituição da Seção de Arquivo Permanente do Arquivo Central da UFRGS, a partir dos conhecimentos produzidos por meio do estudo realizado na UNIRIO, UFJF e UFSM. Quanto à metodologia, a pesquisa teve caráter exploratório e descritivo, e a abordagem utilizada foi a qualitativa. Trabalhou-se com pesquisa documental e de campo. A técnica de coleta de dados utilizada em campo foi a da entrevista semiestruturada com os Diretores do Arquivo Central da UNIRIO, da UFJF e do Arquivo Geral da UFSM. O diagnóstico apresentado propiciou descrever a situação em que se encontram os Fundos citados em relação às dimensões do acervo; às condições de infraestrutura e ambientais do local de seu armazenamento; e às suas condições de preservação e conservação. A partir dessa investigação, foi possível caracterizar esses Fundos como componentes do patrimônio documental da UFRGS e da sociedade sul-rio-grandense. Sugeriu-se a Norma Brasileira de Descrição Arquivística (NOBRADE) para o processo de descrição e o ICA-AtoM e/ou AtoM para a difusão e socialização do acervo. Constatou-se que a criação do Sistema de Arquivos da UFRGS foi uma ação que não se concretizou na implantação das políticas arquivísticas e de gestão documental no âmbito da universidade, assim como outras ações do passado; e que com a nova Direção da Divisão de Documentação houve uma retomada dessa questão, com o assessoramento às unidades universitárias na gestão de seus acervos documentais. Sugeriu-se a constituição da Seção de Arquivo Permanente do Arquivo Central da UFRGS, como forma de preservar o patrimônio documental da instituição, a partir da elaboração de uma Política de Preservação do 10 Patrimônio Documental. Salienta-se que a constituição da Seção já foi encaminhada ao Pró- Reitor de Planejamento e Administração, para ser enviado ao Conselho Universitário (CONSUN), por meio do Regulamento do Arquivo Central. / This work is a diagnosis about preservation, description and diffusion of the University of Porto Alegre (UPA) and University of Rio Grande do Sul (URGS) Funds, which are in the custody of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). The objectives of the research are: to analyze, in a comparative way, the document management. archival policies and the type of treatment that is given to permanent documentation in three federal institutions of higher education: UNIRIO, UFJF and UFSM, with a view to obtaining information about their experiences in the implantation of their permanent and/or historical archives; carry out a survey on the UPA and URGS Funds; to carry out a diagnosis of these funds, aiming at their characterization as cultural heritage of the documentary type of UFRGS; propose a plan of action with suggestions for the conservation and preservation of these funds and also for the constitution of the Permanent Archive Section of the Central Archive of UFRGS, based on the knowledge produced through the study conducted at UNIRIO, UFJF and UFSM. As for the methodology, the research had an exploratory and descriptive character and the approach used was qualitative. We worked with documentary and field research. The technique of data collection used in the field was the semi-structured interview, with the Directors of the Central Archive of UNIRIO, UFJF and the General Archive of UFSM. The diagnosis presented was intended to describe the situation in which the Funds are concerned in relation to the size of the collection; the infrastructure and environmental conditions of the storage site; and their conditions of preservation and conservation. Based on this research, it was possible to characterize these Funds as components of the documentary heritage of UFRGS and of the society of Rio Grande do Sul. The Brazilian Standard for Archival Description – NOBRADE was suggested for the description process and the ICA-AtoM and/or AtoM for the diffusion and socialization of the collection. It was verified that the creation of the File System of UFRGS was an action that did not materialize in the implantation of the archival policies and document management in the scope of the university, as well as other actions of the past; and that with the new Direction of the Documentation Division there was a resumption of this question, with the advice to the university units in the management of their documentary collections. It was suggested the constitution of the Permanent Archive Section of the Central Archive of UFRGS, as a way of preserving the documentary heritage of the institution, based on the 12 elaboration of a Policy for Preservation of Documentary Heritage. It should be noted that the constitution of the Section has already been sent to the Pro-Rector of Planning and Administration, to be sent to the University Council (CONSUN), through the Central Archive Regulation.
