Etnokultūros ugdymas - šiuo metu viena iš aktualiausių temų, diskutuojant apie dabartinę švietimo reformą, analizuojant jos teigiamas puses ir trūkumus. Bendrose ugdymo programose (2003), nurodoma pagarba gimtajai kalbai, tautos kultūrai, tradicijoms. Siekiama, kad mokiniai suvoktų save kaip atsakingą tautos narį, ugdytų toleranciją kitoms tautoms. Tačiau mokyklose šie siekiai neretai tampa tik programinėmis nuostatomis. Mokiniai sunkiai suvokia savo tautos istorijos, kultūros savitumą, lietuviškosios kultūrinės ir pilietinės tapatybės puoselėjimo būtinybę. Mokykla yra žinių, įgūdžių šaltinis, kuris ugdytiniui padeda tobulėti. Vienas iš ugdymo įstaigų uždavinių turėtų būti – praplėsti etnines tradicijas, dorines vertybes, dvasingumą. / The development of etnoculture is currently one of the most relevant themes while discussing about contemporary educational reform, analysing its benefits and drawbacks. The respect for mother-tongue, nation’s culture and traditions are indicated in core curriculum (2003). It is sought that students would realize themselves as responsible members of the nation and develop tolerance towards other nations. However, in schools these objectives often become only programme regulations. Students hardly realize the peculiarity of their nation’s history, culture and the necessity of nurturance of Lithuanian cultural and civil identity. School is a source of knowledge and skills, which help student to develop. One of the objectives of educational institutions should be to extend ethnic traditions, virtuous values, spirituality.

This diploma thesis offers insight into the issue of window, into the variability of the issue and its usage during art lessons in the lower secondary schools. The first chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the form and the function of window in course of the historical development of architecture. Next chapters deal with the usage of the motif of the window in painting in the course of history and the usage of the motif of the window in art during the last century. The end of theoretical part of the thesis deals with motif of the window in Czech language and literature and the last chapter defines the project in education and its history. The practical part is based on the findings in the theoretical part that become the source of inspiration for the application of the topic in the art lessons. This part focuses on preparation, process and the reflection of author's own art lessons that have been realised in the lower secondary school.

The thesis focuses on textile as a specific medium in arts lessons at the second grade of elementary schools. The theoretical part describes the role of textile in culture. It explores the utilisation of textile in arts and in historical context. It also tracks the work of important textile designers, graphic artists and pedagogues Karla Cikánová, Jana Skarlantová and Taťána Šteiglová. It emphasizes the advantages and the didactic aspects of utilising textile in arts and reflects on the possibilities and opportunities of using textile in art lessons in the Czech Republic. The practical part includes eight authorial lessons focusing on using textile as an educational element at the second grade of elementary school. A part of the thesis also reflects on how they were partially put in practice.

The moral values forms man‘s moral position content and determinate his relationship with other values world. Its distinguish feature to exchange according to realizable humanity (transcendental, sociocentric or athropocentric). Problems of moral values close relate with human education, his valuable orientations development, so most important purpose of moral education is to help for person to search moral values and care its internalization, it is values realizing give meaning and go experience to its. However person couldn’t realize all moral values in development of moral education, because its complex is hardly embraced. That way it is adopting still some values and only some aspects. In age from fourteen to twenty one years in values internalization importance centre is cognitive factors. Therefore person cans deeply realizing values only in adolescence and in early youth. One from possible methods to grow moral values of pupils is the art, because it is one of most properly way to change moral perception of the individual and to develop his ability to make serious moral decisions. The art work‘s moral influence is conditioned various factors: the art work’s content (idea, subject) and form, its artistic value, artist’s intentions and spectator’s personal features. This thesis deals with visual culture and media (with emphasis on advertisement) in art lessons of preschool children. One part is formed by a questionnaire in which preschool children and their parents reply to questions concerning their perception and influence of advertisement relating to contemporary media. The aim of the research is to get children's basic knowledge, attitudes and projections about advertisement and also parents' opinions on how their children are influenced by advertisement. This research part pervades with didactical sets charting children's relation to advertisement and brings them to reflection. Results of this thesis point out possibilities of using elements in media education in connection with art activities in nursery schools.
