Considering the remembering as a perceptual memory, impressions, emotions and affections, his writing requires the past memories to revive it in this between two voices: the first and third person, in which the narrator merges oral speech to writing, rearranging, simultaneously, the personal history and historical reality. The narrator exercises autobiographical method by two speeches, the testimonial and the confessional ones. Both images in the personal and the surrounding geographical and historical material are fictional invention, a work of rebuilding the meta-memory. In Chapter I, it is presented the autobiographical method in the transformation of gender memorialistic, in contrast to the copyright discourses, the generating biographies dialogical imaginary worlds without dates and dating. In Section II, the focus is on practical memorial of the author Zelia Gattai, between two narrators: the author and the author-narrator-character, interweaving their speeches to the truth and verisimilitude in the work of self-representation and the natural unfolding of identities . In Chapter III, The House of the Red River is treated as the House of Memory of the Other and his characters, the scenarios described in third person, the narrator observer to cross two times in two stages, confirming the fusion of the outer within the memory allocated to meta-memory. The conclusion shows the memorialistic fictional working of Gattai and reveals the outcome of the autobiographical outside the boundaries of time on the genre, now in the theater of the imagination of his own author-narrator / O objetivo desta dissertação é a leitura da narrativa memorialística de Zélia Gattai em A CASA DO RIO VERMELHO (1999), reconhecendo o gênero híbrido autobiográfico e os procedimentos inventivos do EU, tanto daquele que narra a sua própria biografia quanto a do objeto de sua contação, a memória biográfica dos Outros. Considerando a lembrança como uma memória perceptiva, impressões, emoções e afetos, sua escritura necessita de memória do passado para revivê-la no presente entre duas vozes: a primeira e a terceira pessoa, nas quais o narrador funde a fala oral à escrita, recompondo, em simultâneo, a história pessoal e a realidade histórica. A narradora exercita o método autobiográfico por meio de dois discursos, o testemunhal e o confessional. Tanto as imagens da memória pessoal quanto as do entorno geográfico e histórico são material ficcional de sua invenção, num trabalho de recomposição da metamemória. No capítulo I, tratamos do método autobiográfico na transformação do gênero memorialístico, no contraponto com o discurso autoral, a gerar biografias dialógicas entre mundos imaginários sem datas e datados. No capítulo II, o foco é a prática memorialística da autora Zélia Gattai, entre dois narradores: o autornarrador e o autor-personagem, entrelaçando seus discursos, o da veracidade e o da verossimilhança em trabalho de auto-representação singular e no desdobramento de identidades. No capítulo III, A casa do Rio Vermelho é tratada como a Casa da memória do Outro e suas personagens-cenários descritos em terceira pessoa, pelo narrador observador, ao cruzar dois tempos, em duas fases, os quais confirmam a fusão do exterior com o interior da memória, atribuído a meta-memória. A conclusão expõe o fazer ficcional da obra memorialística de Gattai e revela o resultado do método autobiográfico fora dos limites do tempo sobre o gênero, agora no teatro da imaginação da própria autora-narradora

The main purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the various shortcuts in writing, by which the Graciliano Ramos´s autobiographical project shows us some kind of memoirist biases in their literary and fictional novel with cognitive, social and psychological aspects. In particular, the writer, through the technical report of his experience when he was a child (The Land of the Naked Boys, 1939) wished to redeem his personal identity, social or national, to defend the memory of the adult who keeps within himself the sense of a life in embryo, as the object of reflection (Childhood, 1945). We selected, from these assumptions, two genders and two works: the memoirist novel Childhood and short story The land of the Naked Boys to demonstrate, at the confluence short story and novel, the chronological unfolding of his awareness as the character Raimundo, seeking the disclosure of the biography or the autobiography of the Brazilian writer Graciliano Ramos. The first chapter deals with the concepts applied to the two works in the ambiguity of the generic form: Autobiography or memories? Story or novel? It aims to clarify the difference between memory and remembrance in both works and realize the structure of that innovative writing. The second chapter explores the concept of exotopy according to Bakhtin. At the same time, it speculates the inclusion of both adult and child views of the narrator mixed in a dialectical relation with the external social assistance, a concept of extraction of historical substrate. The third chapter explains the concept of bio grapheme and bio diagram, according to Roland Barthes, the corpus extracted from the excerpts attached to the dissertation, in order to configure the profile of the writer in his critical-poetic universe that permeates the novel Childhood work in an operational work of approaching to the short story The land of the Naked Boys while revealing the literary-aesthetic project since its genesis or history. In the conclusion, we focused the concept of novel and the first autobiographical marks of the arising genre, from the procedure of comparing two works, in which contrasting, according to our view, it is able the observation of the profile and the aesthetic consciousness of the writer Graciliano Ramos, inaugurating the memoirist autobiographical novel in the first half of the twentieth century, in the Brazilian Literature / A escritura memorialista, em geral, pode abarcar múltiplas dimensões e funções em seu discurso peculiar. Investigar os vários atalhos da escritura, por meio dos quais o projeto autobiográfico de Graciliano Ramos revela-nos certo tipo de memorialismo em seus vieses literários e ficcionais do romance com aspectos cognitivos, sociais e psicológicos, é o objetivo geral desta dissertação. Em particular, o escritor, por meio da técnica do relato de sua experiência de criança (A Terra dos Meninos Pelados, 1939) desejou resgatar sua identidade pessoal, social ou nacional, em defesa da memória do adulto que guarda dentro de si o sentido de uma vida em embrião, como objeto de reflexão (Infância, 1945). Selecionamos, a partir desses pressupostos, dois gêneros e duas obras: o romance memorialístico Infância e o conto A terra dos meninos pelados para demonstrarmos, na confluência conto e romance, o desdobramento cronológico de sua consciência de personagem Raimundo, visando à revelação da biografia ou da autobiografia do escritor brasileiro Graciliano Ramos. O Capítulo I trata dos conceitos aplicados às duas obras na ambigüidade da forma genérica: Autobiografia ou memórias? Conto ou romance? Objetiva esclarecer a diferença entre recordação e lembrança nas duas obras e concretizar a forma dessa escritura inovadora. O Capítulo II explora o conceito de exotopia segundo Bakhtin. Ao mesmo tempo, especula a inclusão dos olhares do narrador adulto e do narrador criança em entrecruzamentos na relação dialética com a alteridade social externa, um conceito de extração de substrato histórico. O Capítulo III expõe o conceito de biografema e biodiagrama, segundo Roland Barthes, corpus este extraído dos excertos anexados à dissertação, visando ao configurar do perfil do escritor em seu universo crítico-poético, que permeia o romance Infância em trabalho operacional de aproximação ao conto A terra dos meninos pelados, ao mesmo tempo revelador do projeto estético-literário desde a gênese ou em sua historicidade. Na conclusão, destacamos o conceito de romance e as primeiras marcas autobiográficas do gênero em formação, a partir do procedimento de comparação das duas obras, em cuja mediação, para nós, é passível o observar do perfil e da consciência estética do escritor Graciliano Ramos, inaugurando o romance autobiográfico memorialista na primeira metade do século XX, na Literatura Brasileira
