Kondenzace vlhkosti u balených potravin v průběhu dopravy a skladování

Herůdková, Tereza January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the condensation of moisture in the packaged food during transport and storage. The thesis describes changes of food and influences on the products during transport and storage. The main part deals with the water activity, dew point, humidity and modified atmosphere. In the practical part was used yogurt as a sample. There were added ingredients (sugar and salt) to the yogurt and yogurt was then packed into three different atmospheres (free atmosphere, MAP with nitrogen and MAP with carbon dioxide) and after that it was stored at temperature 8°C and 20°C. In these samples were measured water activity, pH and moisture. The results were summarized in charts and graphs. The results show that MAP prevents the condensation at packaged food. It was confirmed that 10% NaCl had the best effect on reduction of water activity.

Návrh modernizace výroby a její ekonomické vyhodnocení ve firmě Halama Invest, s.r.o., Senec

Koiš, Marek January 2015 (has links)
In this Diploma thesis is general description of company Halama Invest, s.r.o., its management organization, production planning and its technological equipment. Technological drawing of sawmill and timber manufacturing process represent the current state of the production. There are elaborated three possibilities of modernization of sawmill, their advantages and disadvantages, differences among various technological operations. The comparison results of these possibilities is the evaluation based on production efficiency and return of investment. There have been defined recommendations and suitable options in development of the mentioned company in the future.

Zpracování snímků pořízených z UAS / Processing of images taken from UAV

Roubal, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
The aim of the thesis was to process the images taken by UAS technology and especially to test the accuracy of this method on the checkpoints of various types. For this testing were used checkpoints that were measured by geodetic method. Subsequently these points were compared with points measured photogrammetrically.

Návrh sítě FTTB / FTTB Network Design

Reichert, Pavel January 2008 (has links)
The purpose of this master’s thesis is to explain the issues of the FTTx network design. The main idea of this work is to describe to readers the methods of the designing the optical access networks. Especially we will speak about the building technologies and different topologies used in a practice. The different technologies of optical access networks’ building and various parameters, which are necessary to take into account in the designing of these networks, will be introduced. In the theoretical part, methods of measurement, which are like the needed part of each optical access networks’ building, will be described. Two purposes of the FTTB networks with all proprieties will be made and offered. One purpose will be solved by Point to Point topology and the second purpose will be solved by Point to Multipoint topology. Following the confrontation one of these purposes will be chosen and realized. By ITU recommendation, measurements will be performed on the built optical trace. The final protocols will be elaborated from these measurements. The built trace with all final reports will be prepared for assignment to the subscriber.

Technologie datových přenosů v optických přístupových sítích FTTx / The data transfer technologies in optical access networks (FTTx)

Matušík, Lukáš January 2009 (has links)
The objective of diploma thesis is describe problems connected with designed of FTTX networks and bring the reader problems of data transmission in optical acces networks the type of PON. In the introduction are mentinoned individual technologies that already operate, and there are describe advantages disadvantages of the use topology point-to-point and point-to-multipoint. In the following chapters are dealt with problems with data broadcasting in the direction from final participant. In the other part of diploma thesis are described elements, that were used for the proposed transmission route. The own PON acces network was presented on the basis information obtained by comparing the various networks and the elements involved in them. The network presented in conclusion diploma thesis is involved in topology point to multipoint. This transmission route is simulated in the program that allows the involvement of network by the user’s need with real values. The acces network is simulated for different transmission speed and different distances. The assesment of created optical route results from the measured values, theirs source is program OptiSystem, these values are summarized in the final chapter.

Evaluation of Non-Point Source Pollution in the Kaoping River Watershed

Yang, Tung-chin 29 June 2007 (has links)
The Kaoping River watershed is the largest and the most intensively used river basin in Taiwan. It is 171-km long, drains a catchment of more than 3,250 km2. Both point and non-point source (NPS) pollutants are now the causes of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), nutrients, and suspended solids (SS) in the river. The main water pollution sources are livestock wastewater from hog farms, municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, and NPS pollutants from agricultural areas. After the implementation of the hog ban in the Drinking Water and Source Water Protection Area (DWSWPA), all of the half million hogs have been removed or relocated in 2001. Thus, the municipal wastewater and NPS pollutants become the major concerns after 2001. In this study, the potential NPS pollution sources located in the Kaoping River watershed are investigated. Investigation results show that there are 827 potential pollution incidents, which cover 2,610 hectors in the Kaoping River watershed. Orchard farms are the major potential pollutant sources, which cover 60% of the total area of the potential pollutant sources. Moreover, results reveal that mango and betel palm farms dominated the illegal farmland areas, and are scattered around the river corridors. Field investigations indicate that major BOD, total phosphate (TP), total nitrogen (TN), and SS loadings came from the betel palm and orchard farms. The calculated total loadings of BOD, TP, TN, and SS are 69,000, 9,200, 58,500, and 487,500 kg/yr, respectively. Among the four major reaches (Lo-Non, Chi-San, Chu-Ko, and I-Lao creeks), the Lo-Non creek discharge the major pollutant loadings into the Kaoping River. Thus, the highest degree of protection is given to the Lo-Non creek. An integrated watershed management model was applied to investigate potential NPS pollution management plans in the Kaoping River watershed. Based on the results from the field investigation and model simulation, the following remedial strategies have been taken to reduce the impacts of NPS pollution on the water quality of Kaoping River: application of best management practice for NPS pollutant control; application of natural treatment systems for stormwater runoff treatment; and construction of the watershed geographical information system (GIS) and real time water quality monitoring system to effectively manage the watershed. Linking land utilization information with the NPS pollution simulation model may further provide essential information of pollution potential of NPS pollution for all sub-regions in the river basin. Results and experience obtained from this study will be helpful in designing the watershed management and NPS pollution control strategies for the Kaoping River watershed and other similar river basins.
