Aplicação de números índices no cálculo da cesta básica /

Orientador: Luiz Carlos Benini / Resumo: Este trabalho consiste na aplicação do método de números-índices que possuem várias formas de ser calculado de acordo com os diferentes estudiosos que já realizaram este método, deixando um belo legado. Apresenta os estudos realizados por alguns dos principais nomes que utilizaram números-índices e suas expressões para os cálculos. Além disso, baseado na metodologia do DIEESE e através de uma coleta de dados realizada em dois mercados em dois bairros da cidade de Presidente Prudente, foi calculado e analisado o valor da cesta básica de alimentos, juntamente com as horas necessárias trabalhadas e algumas outras análises feitas com esses dados coletados. A coleta dos dados foi realizada por alguns alunos que frequentam a Escola Estadual Vereador Pedro Tófano da cidade. Os resultados obtidos estão apresentados em tabelas e gráficos, que são meios fáceis de serem analisados, além da aplicação de algumas expressões com seus respectivos cálculos e resultados. Com estes resultados foi possível observar a realidade dos trabalhadores ao adquirir uma cesta básica. Além disso, foi observado, dentre os Números Índices estudados, a variação dos preços ao longo do período proposto, de maio a setembro, podendo então ser analisado o comportamento e a tendência dos preços dos produtos praticados pelos estabelecimentos visitados. / Mestre

The graduation thesis compares school meals at selected schools in the South Moravian Region and in the Vysocina Region. The South Moravian region represents schools in the district of Znojmo, especially The Primary School Jevisovice, The Primary School Kravsko and The Primary School Prague in Znojmo. The Vysocina Region is represented by schools from the district of Trebic, especially The Primary School Budkov and The Primary School Jemnice. The theoretical part is devoted to the individual nutrition, nutritional recommendations, children's eating habits and proper nutrition at schools. Moreover, the thesis deals with general knowledge of HACCP and the consumer basket. In the practical part I evaluate five selected canteens and compare them with each other. In the chapter Results I describe the individual parts of the kitchen facilities, such as storage rooms, dining rooms and the kitchen itself. From each of the school canteen I was given internal documents with photographic documentation. Due to these facts and dialogue with the leadership of both equipments and canteens, I received information about the internal rules of the kitchen. Principally, I focused on observance of critical points with HACCP and control of production diagram in all establishments. I requested the protocols of critical control points for the month of September or October 2014 from each of the school canteen. The school canteen managers have given me the fulfillment of the consumer basket in two months, particularly in September and October 2014. The performance of the consumer basket is closely related to monthly menus. I had the opportunity to read out from the menu which ingredients cooks use and also whether the meals are changed regularly or are still the same. There are two questionnaires in this chapter. The first questionnaire was distributed to the head of school canteens. The manager of each school canteens fill in the questionnaire according to real information. The questionnaire concerns an operation of the school canteen. The second questionnaire was distributed to pupils and teachers. They evaluate served meals and surroundings of the school canteen. The results point out to the quality of school meals in the school canteens. In conclusion of this work I can say that it can not clearly identify which the school canteen cooks healthily and is the best one. Each school canteen is unique in something, but all school canteens cook meals which are suitable for children. The school canteen of Primary School Budkov takes care of their diners great. They create different catering programs for pupils during the year. They organize the days of foreign cuisine. The pupils can make up their own menu and cooks prepare the meals on request. The Primary School Jemnice has appropriately designed storage areas and modern kitchen facilities. The school canteen of Primary School Jevisovice indulges the food supplement for their pupils every day (fruit, vegetable, candy bar, pudding, salad and others). The school canteen of Primary School Kravsko offers a variety of salads and fresh fruit for their pupils. The drink is provided as herbal tea or fruit tea with lemon or juice. The school canteen of Primary School Prague in Znojmo has a modern kitchen equipment and a dining room. The dining room is painted beautifully above the dispensing window. They prepare tasty snacks for their pupils in the morning. The selected school canteens regularly change meals or they modify meals completely. The food supplements are served with main meals at least three times per week in all school canteens. All school canteens cook varied and nutritionally balanced meals with the different food supplements. They often add a cereal product and a healthy side dish. If it continues, these school canteens will be healthy canteens. Nevertheless, the parents of these pupils should know that their school canteen is really the best one.

It presents the studies performed by some of the main names that used index numbers and their expressions for calculations. In addition, based on the DIEESE methodology and through a data collection conducted in two markets in two neighborhoods of the city of Presidente Prudente, the value of the basic food basket will be calculated and analyzed along with the necessary hours worked and some other analyzes Made with this collected data. This collection was carried out by some students who attend the state public education of the city. The results are presented basically in the format of tables and graphs, which are easy means to be analyzed, besides the application of some expressions with their respective calculations and results. With these results it is possible to observe the reality of the workers when acquiring a basic basket. In addition, it was observed, among all the indices studied, its variation over the proposed period, from May to September, and then to study and analyze the price variation of the products of the analyzed markets.

[pt] Muitas empresas apresentam exposições, como dívidas emitidas em outras moedas, diferente de sua moeda funcional. As empresas podem se proteger contra a desvalorização de sua moeda funcional através da contratação de instrumentos financeiros para este fim. Os estudos realizados apresentam uma estratégia de tratamento a exposição de um grupo de moedas com um custo menor quando comparado a estratégias de tratamento de cada exposição de forma individual. A estratégia apresentada é a utilização de opção de uma cesta de moedas, embora a cesta possa ser de vários tipos, como cesta de índices e ações. O objetivo do trabalho é realizar um estudo da precificação de uma alternativa de proteção à exposição a um conjunto de moedas. Os resultados obtidos com a estratégia proposta são comparados com a alternativa de se realizar proteção com uma opção de compra simples, bem como é apresentado um estudo de evolução do prêmio da opção dada correlação entre as moedas que compõem a cesta de opções. Os resultados obtidos do modelo de precificação mostram que a opções para uma cesta de moedas são um instrumento adequado para tratamento de exposição à moedas, pois apresenta um custo menor quando comparado com o custo de opções de compra para cada moeda a que está exposta. / [en] Many companies have exposures, such as debts issued in other currencies that are not their functional currency. Companies can protect themselves against the devaluation of their functional currency by contracting financial instruments for this purpose. The studies carried out present a treatment strategy the exposure of a group of currencies with a lower cost when compared to treatment strategies of each exposure individually. The strategy presented is the use of a basket option of currencies, although the basket can be of several types, such as baskets option of indexes and basket option of stocks. The purpose is to carry out a study of the pricing of an alternative to protect exposure to a set of currencies. The results obtained with the proposed strategy are compared with the alternative of realizing protection with a call vanilla, as well as a study of the evolution of the premium of the option given correlation between the currencies that belong to the basket of options. The results obtained from the pricing model show that the options for a basket of currencies are an appropriate instrument for treatment of currency exposure because it presents a lower cost when compared to the cost of call options for each currency to which it is exposed.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar a produção do antitumoral retamicina por células imobilizadas de Streptomyces olindensis ICB20 em biorreatores. A imobilização das células foi conseguida após uma etapa inicial de cultivo em erlenmeyers (reativação e pré-imobilização) e posterior envolvimento em gel, utilizando-se alginato de cálcio 3%; as esferas produzidas tinham diâmetro médio de 3,0 ± 0,2 mm. Foram utilizados neste trabalho os biorreatores tipo cesta (2,4 L de volume útil) e coluna de bolhas (1,6 L de volume útil), efetuando-se cultivos em batelada simples, bateladas repetidas e contínuos, visando-se uma comparação dos diferentes sistemas empregados. Também foram realizados alguns cultivos com células livres, a fim de efetuar uma comparação com os sistemas com células imobilizadas nos diferentes biorreatores. Os ensaios consistiram em empregar diferentes condições de agitação (300 e 500 rpm) e aeração (0,4 e 1 vvm) para o biorreator cesta em sistema com células imobilizadas, assim como diferentes vazões de aeração no biorreator coluna de bolhas (1, 2 e 3 vvm). Os cultivos em bateladas repetidas e contínuos foram operados a partir das melhores condições obtidas nos cultivos descontínuos. Foram aplicadas nos sistemas contínuos com células imobilizadas, as vazões específicas de alimentação de 0,05 e 0,2 h -1 no biorreator cesta e vazões de 0,015 a 0,05 h -1 no biorreator coluna de bolhas. A comparação entre os sistemas com células livres e imobilizadas mostrou que as limitações difusionais afetaram significativamente as cinéticas dos ensaios com células imobilizadas, considerando-se apenas uma batelada. A operação do biorreator cesta em sistema de bateladas repetidas apresentou os maiores valores de produção da retamicina (em torno de 1,5 a 1,7 UA), porém sua operação foi possível por apenas três bateladas. O sistema contínuo operado com vazão específica de alimentação de 0,03 h-1, com células imobilizadas no biorreator coluna de bolhas, mostrou ser o mais adequado dentre todos os ensaios realizados com células imobilizadas, apresentando estabilidade na produção, em torno de 0,8 UA, durante 96 horas de alimentação (cerca de três tempos de residência). / The purpose of this study was to investigate the production of the antitumor antibiotic retamycin by immobilized cells of Streptomyces. olindensis ICB20 in bioreactors. Cells were immobilized by entrapment in Ca-alginate gel (3%) after being grown in Erlenmeyers (reactivation and pre-immobilization cultures). The average diameter of the Ca-alginate beads was 3.0 ± 0.2 mm. Aiming to compare different cell systems, immobilized cell cultures were carried out in a 2.4L working volume basket-type stirred tank reactor (BSTR) and a 1.6 L working volume bubble column reactor (BCR) in batch, repeated-batch and continuous modes. Free cell suspension cultures were also performed and the results obtained compared to those in immobilized cell systems. Different agitation rates (300 and 500 rpm) and air flow rates (0.4 and 1.0 v.v.m.) were employed in the BSTR immobilized cell experiments.The BCR cultures were conducted at 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 v.v.m. The optimal operating conditions for the batch mode were used in the repeated-batch and continuous cultures. Immobilized cells were grown in continuous mode at feed dilution rates of 0.05 and 0.2 h-1 in the BSTR and at 0.015 and 0.05 h-1 in the BCR. The comparative evaluation of the batch cultures with free and immobilized cells showed that diffusion limitations had affected the kinetics of cell growth and retamycin production in the immobilized cell systems. The highest average values of retamycin content (from 1.5 to 1.7 AU) were achieved in repeated batch cultures conducted in the basket-type reactor (BSTR) in spite of a limited number of batches (3 batches). Of all the systems, the continuous cell immobilized culture carried out in the BCR at a dilution rate of 0.03 h-1 proved to be the most adequate for retamycin production as retamycin levels remained stable (around 0.8 AU) over 96 hours (about 3 residence times).

This thesis is concerned on the theme Milk and dairy products in nutrition of pupils aged 11 to 15 years. The theoretical part is based on the chemical composition of milk of general aspect and there are characterized some chosen kinds of dairy products and their effects on human health. The practical part is concerned on the research of being some statistically significant differences in consumption of milk and dairy products of the point of view of gender, age and access to milk and diary products in the families. The research is further based on the finding of the levels of probands'knowledge about the composition and the influence of milk to the human organism. The research sample is formed by 240 pupils of Secondary school in Domažlice, Komenského 17. The results show neither the gender, age or access to milk and diary products in the families do not affect the consumption of milk and dairy products of individual probands. The education unit whose aim is to increase the knowledge about milk of second graders in elementary schools is proposed on basis of identified facts.

This thesis deals with the theme of business analysis of real company -- pharmacy, running a business in market environment of the city of Nymburk. Main focus is on research of actual position of the pharmacy in the local market in context of a new competitor entering the market. The whole thesis is divided into two consistent parts: The first part is a short theoretical introduction to the methods used and general background of the market in the city of Nymburk. The following practical part analyzes business of the company and development of sales of over-the-counter medicine in context of a new competitor entering the market in the period examined for the purpose of this thesis. Methods applied to achieve the the main goals of the thesis are following: the SWOT analysis method, which is used to discover the strengths and weaknesses of the company itself and to define threats and opportunities, based on the market environment. The subsequent method used within research is Balanced Scorecard method which is used to design the Key Performance Indicators for measuring and observing the company's performance and development. Finally data mining methods of shopping basket, segmentation and forecasting were used to analyse trends in over-the-counter medicine sales. All these methods are keystones for formulation of a basic concept for future strategical and tactical decisions.
