As variedades estudadas foram: IAC91-2195, SP89-1115, RB855453, RB855156, RB835486 (precoces); SP87-365, SP81-3250, SP80-1842, SP80-1816, SP79-1011, RB92-8064, IAC91-5155, IAC87-3396, SP90-3414, SP90-1638 (médias), IACSP93-6006, IAC91- 3186, SP83-2847, RB867515 e RB72454 (tardias). Foram avaliadas variáveis fenotípicas, biométricas, produtividade, tecnológicas além do acúmulo de macro e micronutrientes em colmo e palhada. Concluiu-se que as variedades que apresentaram as melhores performances foram: RB855453, RB835456, RB928064, RB867515 e a IAC91-3186. O acúmulo de nutrientes (colmos, folhas verdes e ponteiros), foi influenciado pelas variedades e pelas condições edafoclimáticas. / Studies about sugarcane cultivars comparison are very important in news sugarcane regions producers. This research was conducted out with the objective to study 20 sugarcane cultivars cropped in two agricultural areas at São Paulo State center-north region. The experimental design was a randomized blocks with 20 treatments and 4 replications. The following cultivars were studied: IAC91-2195, SP89- 1115, RB855453, RB855156, RB835486 (early maturation period); SP87-365, SP81- 3250, SP80-1842, SP80-1816, SP79-1011, RB92-8064, IAC91-5155, IAC87-3396, SP90-3414, SP90-1638 (middle maturation period), IACSP93-6006, IAC91-3186, SP83- 2847, RB867515 e RB72454 (late maturation period). It was concluded that the best behaviors were shown by RB855453, RB835456, RB928064, RB867515 and IAC91- 3186. Stalk, green leaf, dry leaf, heart nutrients accumulation and nutrients exportation changed according the sugarcane cultivars, edaphology and climatologic conditions.

Skirtingu laiku sėtų rapsų žiemojimo priklausomumas nuo skrotelės morfometrinių rodiklių kintančio klimato sąlygomis / The Dependence of Over Wintering of Winter Rape Sown at Different Dates on the Morfometric Parameters of Rosette in Changeable Climatic ConditionsKedytė, Vaida 03 June 2011 (has links)
Eksperimentai atlikti 2009–2010 m. Lietuvos žemės ūkio universiteto bandymų stotyje, kur dirvožemis karbonatingas sekliai glėjiškas išplautžemis (Calc(ar)i-Epihypogleyic Luvisol), o prieš sėją dirvožemio pH – 6,7, judriojo fosforo – 235 mg kg-1, judriojo kalio – 189 mg kg-1.
Mūsų tyrimo tikslas buvo nustatyti sėjos laiko įtaką žieminių rapsų skrotelės formavimuisi rudenį ir peržiemojimui kintančio klimato sąlygomis. Atlikus tyrimus, nustatyta, kad pagal biometrinius parametrus, žieminiai rapsai, sėti rugpjūčio 20 d. – rugsėjo 5 d., buvo geriausiai pasiruošę žiemojimui: jie turėjo 6,4–9,6 lapus, šaknies kaklelio storis buvo 4,5–10,2 mm, viršūninio pumpuro aukštis buvo 9,1–45,6 mm. Žieminių rapsų hibridinės veislės 'Kronos', auginimas ir vystymasis rudenį bei peržiemojimas, buvo geresni, negu žieminių rapsų linijinės veislės 'Sunday'. Žieminai rapsai veislės 'Kronos' ir 'Sunday', sėti rugpjūčio 30 d. – rugsėjo 5 d. peržiemojo geriausiai.
Hibridiniai rapsai buvo mažiau jautrūs sėjos laikui, nes jie tiek ankstyvesnės (rugpjūčio 10-20 d.), tiek vėlyvesnės (rugsėjo 10 d.) sėjos peržiemojo geriau už linijinius. Labai vėlyva rapsų sėja turėjo neigiamą įtaką žiemojimui. Pasėti rugsėjo 15 d. tiek ‘Sunday’, tiek ‘Kronos’ veislių žieminių rapsų pasėliai neperžiemojo.
Rapsų žiemojimas priklausė nuo skrotelės lapų skaičiaus, šaknies kaklelio storio ir viršūninio pumpuro aukščio bei nuo temperatūrų, didesnių nei +2oC sumos, kuri stipriais koreliaciniais ryšiais tiesiogiai susieta su rapsų... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The experiment carried out in 2009–2010 in the Experimental Station of Lithuanian University of Agriculture, where is shallow calcareous luvisol (Calc(ar)i-Epihypogleyic Luvisol) and before sowing soil pH – 6.7, phosphorus 235 mg kg-1, potassium – 189 mg kg-1. Aim of our research was to determine the effect of sowing time of winter oilseed rape in autumn and during the winter changing climatic conditions. The research showed that according to biometric parameters, winter rape, sown on 20 August – 5 September, was best prepared for the winter: they had 6.4 - 9.6 leaves, root of the neck thickness was 4.5–10.2 mm, apical bud height was 9.1–45.6 mm. The growth and development in the autumn and during the winter, of hybrid winter rape variety 'Kronos', was better than the linear variety of winter rape 'Sunday'. Winter rape varieties 'Kronos' or 'Sunday', sown on 30 August – 5 September, over wintered best. Hybrid rape were less sensitive to sowing date, because they both of earlier (10–20 August) and late (10 September) sowing dates over wintered better than linear. Very late sowing date had a negative impact on the over wintering. Sown on 15 September 'Sunday' and 'Kronos' varieties of winter rape crop has not over wintered. Rape wintering depends on the number of rosette leaves, root collar thick ness, apical bud height and the sum of high temperatures, higher than +2oC the which is in the strong possitive correlation wish the rape crowns morphometric parameters.

2012 – 2013 metais Aleksandro Stulginskio Universiteto Pomologiniame sode, esančiame Kauno rajone, Ringaudų kaime, buvo vykdomi dviejų krypčių lauko bandymai:
1. Obelų vegetatyvinių poskiepių augimo dinamikos ir produktyvumo tyrimai;
2. Obelų vegetatyvinių poskiepių įtakos pirmamečių skiepų augimo dinamikai tyrimai.
Obelų vegetatyvinių poskiepių augimo dinamikos ir produktyvumo tyrimai buvo atliekami poskiepių motininėje plantacijoje, siekiant įvertinti keleto M, MM ir B tipų poskiepių augimo dėsningumus vegetacijos metu, produktyvumą ir kokybinius rodiklius. Bandymas vykdytas 6 variantais, 3 pakartojimais. Pakartojimai išdėstyti sisteminiu būdu. Bandymas buvo išdėstytas tokia tvarka:
1 poskiepis – M.9 – 3 pakartojimai;
2 poskiepis – B.140 – 3 pakartojimai;
3 poskiepis – M.4 – 3 pakartojimai;
4 poskiepis – B.9 – 3 pakartojimai;
5 poskiepis – B.134 – 3 pakartojimai;
6 poskiepis – MM.106 – 3 pakartojimai.
Obelų vegetatyvinių poskiepių įtakos pirmamečių skiepų augimo dinamikai tyrimai buvo atliekami ASU Pomologinio sodo medelyne. Šio bandymo tikslas buvo įvertinti, kaip skirtingų tipų poskiepiai įtakoja 'Auksio' ir 'Florina' obelaičių skiepų augimą bei kokybinius rodiklius. Bandymas vykdytas 6 variantais, 3 pakartojimais. Pakartojimai išdėstyti sisteminiu būdu. Bandymas išdėstytas tokia tvarka:
1 variantas 'Auksis'/B.396 – 3 pakartojimai; 'Florina'/B.396 – 3 pakartojimai.

Previous issue date: 2015-09-18 / Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq) / Azedinha (Rumex acetosa L.) has pleased the consumer for its sour taste. Considered an unconventional vegetable, their redemption becomes important to allow notable gains from the nutritional, social, cultural, economic and environmental point of view. The objective was to characterize
morphologically copies of azedinha obtained from seeds, determine their sensory characteristics and acceptance, as well as analyze some physicochemical parameters, and determine the absorptions of macro and micronutrients and biometric parameters during 60 days after transplanting (DAT). The experiment was conducted at the Centro de Ciências Agrárias, belonging to the Universidade Federal São Carlos - UFSCar in the city of Araras - SP. Biometric parameters were evaluated (length of the leaf, relative leaf area, fresh and dry weight of shoots) and the macro and micronutrients absorption march from plants collected at 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 and 60 DAT. They evaluated the length, width and length / width ratio of leaf blade; petiole length and width close to the blade; diameter of the stump; the shoot length; length of ochreas; shape of the leaf blade; kind of apex; base form; type of veining and type of margin of the leaf blade; type of ochreas; characterization of the stem; length and diameter (neck) of the root. It also determined the levels of ascorbic acid, phenolic compounds and chlorophyll parameter. For sensory analysis was used the Quantitative Descriptive Analysis (QDA). Sensory
analysis of acceptance was conducted with 52 judges, in relation to vii appearance, aroma, flavor, texture and overall impression, as well as purchase intent. The biometric parameters increased over time after transplantation and most markedly after the recommended times for harvest (20 and 35 DAT). The maximum levels of macro and micronutrients accumulated in the shoot, in descending order were as follows: K > N > Mg > P and Fe > Mn > Zn > Cu. The morphological descriptors with greater discriminatory power for azedinha were the types of margin and venation of the leaf blade, the characterization of the stem, the presence of ochrea and shape of the leaf blade, ranging from
sagittate the hastate. It also infers that the best harvest time is between 20 and 35 DAT. The average content of ascorbic acid was 10,25 mg 100g-1 sample, total phenolic 291,46 mg of gallic acid 100 g-1 dry weight and chlorophyll parameter was 36,6 SPAD units. As for the quantitative descriptive analysis, the leaves of azedinha framed up closer to dark green; most have arrow or spear shape; smooth; with sharp aroma of grape skin; more acid flavor, such as green blackberries; there was no residual bitterness; they were folding; wrinkle free; soft to chew and thin. Regarding the acceptability test, the notes to the variable color, flavor, texture and overall acceptability were high and most judges would
buy this vegetable. / A azedinha (Rumex acetosa L.) tem agradado o consumidor por seu sabor ácido. Considerada hortaliça não convencional, seu resgate se torna importante ao possibilitar ganhos notáveis do ponto de vista nutricional, social, cultural, econômico e ambiental. Objetivou-se caracterizar morfologicamente exemplares de azedinha obtidos de sementes, determinar seus atributos sensoriais e aceitação, bem como analisar alguns parâmetros físico-químicos, e determinar a marcha de absorção de macro e micronutrientes e os parâmetros biométricos durante 60 dias após transplante (DAT). O experimento
foi conduzido no Centro de Ciências Agrárias, pertencente à Universidade Federal de São Carlos - UFSCar, no município de Araras – SP. Avaliaram-se os parâmetros biométricos (comprimento da lâmina foliar, área foliar relativa, massas fresca e seca da parte aérea) e a marcha de absorção de macro e micronutrientes de plantas coletadas aos 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 e 60 DAT. Foram avaliados o comprimento, a largura e a relação comprimento/largura das lâminas foliares; comprimento e largura do pecíolo próximo à lâmina; diâmetro da touceira; comprimento da parte aérea; comprimento das ócreas; forma da
lâmina foliar; tipo de ápice; forma da base; tipo de nervação e tipo de margem da lâmina foliar; tipo de ócrea; caracterização do caule; comprimento e diâmetro (colo) da raiz. Foram determinados também os teores de ácido ascórbico, fenólicos totais e o parâmetro clorofila. Para a análise sensorial foi utilizada a Análise Descritiva Quantitativa (ADQ). A análise sensorial de
v aceitação foi realizada com 52 julgadores, em relação à aparência, aroma, sabor, textura e impressão global, além da intenção de compra. Os parâmetros biométricos aumentaram ao longo do tempo após o transplante e, mais acentuadamente, após o intervalo estimado, pela literatura, para a colheita (20 a 35 DAT). Os teores máximos dos macro e micronutrientes acumulados na parte aérea, em ordem decrescente foram respectivamente: K > N > Mg > P e Fe > Mn > Zn > Cu. Os descritores morfológicos com maior poder discriminatório para a azedinha foram os tipos de margem e nervação da lâmina foliar, a caracterização do caule, a presença de ócrea e a forma da lâmina foliar, que vai de sagitada a hastada. Infere-se também que, para mudas obtidas de sementes, a melhor época de colheita é entre 20 e 35 DAT. O teor médio de ácido ascórbico foi 10,25 mg 100g-1 de amostra, de fenólicos totais foi equivalente a 291,46 mg de ácido gálico 100g-1 de massa seca e o parâmetro clorofila foi de 36,6 unidades SPAD. Quanto à análise descritiva quantitativa, as folhas de azedinha enquadraram-se mais próximas à cor verde escura; a maioria possui formato de seta ou lança; lisas; com acentuado aroma
de casca de uva; sabor mais ácido, como o da amora verde; não havia amargo residual; eram dobráveis; sem rugas; macias ao mastigar e finas. Em relação ao teste de aceitabilidade, as notas para as variáveis aparência, sabor, textura e aceitação global foram altas e a maioria dos julgadores comprariam essa hortaliça.

In the presented thesis is an overview of the current state solved the problem, specifying the inclusion of Forensic Ecotechnique: forest and trees into the forensic sciences in the world and its description as part of special methods of forensic engineering. The results focus on the design of standardized and harmonized processes according to the type of expert opinions. As another of the key results of the work are designed functional biometric parameters for evaluating trees in the functional diagnosis of Methods of contact flora assessment (“CFA”). Application of some methods of measurement and selected functional biometric parameters are listed in the examples in the measurement of selected forest stands of beech in the National Nature Reserve Voděradské bučiny and in Chřiby hills. As a general supplement usable in Forensic ecotechnique: forest and trees are given the limits for functional diagnostics. In another series of work includes a discussion on the proposed standards and the measurement results. The work is concluded by summarizing the results and the benefits.
