Cette thèse a pour objet d’étude les différentes manières dont les communautés rurales d’Amazonie brésilienne, qui ont publiquement accepté le statut de quilombola (Noirs Marrons) – en accord avec l’article 68 de la constitution fédérale du Brésil de 1988, afin de pouvoir revendiquer la légalisation des terres comme domaine collectif – se réapproprient, interprètent et intègrent dans leurs expériences quotidiennes ce statut à partir de trois dimensions interdépendantes : l’origine en tant que descendants d’esclaves, le phénotype noir et la lutte pour la terre. Il s’agit d’un travail d’analyse de la mise en place de politiques multiculturelles au Brésil. / This thesis analyses the different ways the rural communities of Brazilian Amazon region, in order to claim their right to the land collective possession where they live, have publicly accepted the status of Quilombola (Brazil's maroon people), according to the 68th article of the Brazilian federal constitution of 1988. This work studies how these communities re-appropriate, interpret and incorporate during their own daily experience this status from three interdependent dimensions: origins as slaves descendants, black phenotype and fighting for land possession. This work has the goal to analysis the multicultural policies application in Brazil. / A presente tese tem como objeto de estudo as diferentes maneiras pelas quais as comunidades rurais da Amazônia brasileira – que assumiram publicamente o status de comunidade quilombola de acordo com o artigo 68 da constituição federal do Brasil de 1988 para reivindicarem a legalização de terras como domínio coletivo – se reapropriam, interpretam e integram em suas experiências cotidianas esse status a partir de três dimensões interdependentes: origem enquanto descendentes de escravos, o fenótipo negro e a luta pela terra. Trata-se de um trabalho de análise da aplicação de políticas multiculturais no Brasil.
