Theory of archetypes is one of several methods how to find the direction for building and managing of brand. This theory is based on theories C. G. Jung. Main objective of this thesis is to find out how companies on Czech market are using archetypal identity. And whether they have urge to use archetypes or similar approaches. In this thesis are also mentioned other theories, methods and methodologies, which helps with building and managing of brands. Practical part of this thesis is about branding of insurance companies. Main element of this part is quality research, especially interview with experts, which have lot of experience with branding and archetypes. Next part of thesis is focused on analysis of communication strategies of largest insurance companies on Czech market and on analysis of rebranding ING to NN in 2015.

The diploma thesis is based on design of a multifunctional building in Lazany. The object is situated in a build-up area. There is the patisserie and the grocery on the first floor. There is six flats on the second and the third floor. The building has three floors without a cellar. There is a parking for customers and tenantry of building. The object is based on the footings of plaint concrete and it is used the building system POROTHERM. The ceilings are made of ceiling panels SPIROLL and the roof is flat.

Das Gebäude behält den Charakter eines Fabrikgebäudes aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und wird eine moderne Bibliothek beherbergen, die rund um die Uhr geöffnet haben wird. Es entsteht eine sehr besondere Bibliothek, die nicht nur ein Speicher für gedruckte und elektronische Medien ist, sondern vielmehr eine Atmosphäre bietet, in der sich wissenschaftlich interessierte Menschen treffen, gedruckte und digitale Informationen finden, miteinander diskutieren und neue Ideen entwickeln können. / An old industrial building is being modernised for the University Library and the University Archive of Chemnitz - the Alte Aktienspinnerei. The building retains the character of a 19th century factory building and will house a modern library that will be open around the clock. A very special library will be created, which will not only be a home for printed and electronic media, but will also provide an atmosphere in which people interested in science can meet, find printed and digital information, discuss with each other and develop new ideas.

Pořizovací a provozní náklady vybraného stavebního objektu / Acquisition and operating costs of a selected building

This Diploma Thesis is focused on initial and operating costs. At first we calculated price for all building and for its other parts, which was calculated by program used for budgeting. After that we calculated partial costs which were done only for specific parts of the construction. These parts were changed and due to these changes we were finding out differences in heat losses and initial costs. Than for individual rooms we were defining heat losses. In this rooms, radiators were designed to cover its heat losses. By summarization of all heat gains we find out boiler´s power and this boiler was used in our building. After that we calculated initial costs for heating system includes radiators and boiler. In the end we compared both kinds of heating systems due to one year operating costs. Results were used for defining final heating system which is the most economic efficiential.

The content of this thesis is to find out how the changes of fire technical characteristics could affect the fire safety solution of building for the accommodation. The method to work out fire safety solution is used on the stated object. This method is described in the beginning of the text. There are designed the further objects, based on the basic object, on which they are made to fire technical changes that lead to different results. For the type of change is primarily considered to substitute non-flammable structural system for flammable structural system and one floor extension. These changes are the result of increases levels of fire safety and extension of the fire danger zone. The conclusion of this work is a preview of the differences in fire safety solution of the building for accommodation and the office building.

Dieser Beitrag fokussiert auf Ansätze, die der Abschätzung des deutschen Bestandes von Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäuden dienen. Insbesondere werden rasterbasierte Gebäudedaten sowie gemeindescharfe Schätzergebnisse eines bereits etablierten Ansatzes vorgestellt, analysiert und bewertet. In Verbindung mit modernen Daten der amtlichen Geoinformation (Geobasisdaten) zeichnen sich neue, innovative Möglichkeiten ab, um künftig auf kleinräumiger Ebene den Gebäudebestand zu bestimmen. Das Leibniz-Institut für ökologische Raumentwicklung (IÖR) verfolgt vor diesem Hintergrund mit dem Projekt „Raumbezogenes Data Mining“ das Ziel, analytische Potenziale und Visualisierungsmöglichkeiten von zeitgemäßen Methoden des Data Mining und der Knowledge Discovery für die Raumforschung zu erschließen und in der Perspektive verborgene planungsrelevante Raummuster und Zusammenhänge im hochdimensionalen Geodatenbestand zu extrahieren.

In my diploma thesis I am trying to explain a technical assessment from the legal, accounting, tax perspective and determine the value of technical assessment of building in CZK. The theoretical part is devoted to a description of a technical assessment and its legal rules. The practical part is focused on two specific projects: a shopping centre and a block of flats. It contains the budgets of these projects and determination of the extent of a technical assessment for individual objects.
