And having hypothesis, that the radical critique present in thought, in the works and the author of the act goes against the existing production and operation mode, so that its praxis in the teaching profession, suggests a conception of anarchist education. Using me the dialectical method in the construction of this work suggest the general objective to examine the works of this educator, aimed at discussion of the education category. Therefore, I propose to investigate biographical data, which fall within the context of his intellectual formation, in order to grasp his vision of man and world. I have in mind also analyze their criticism of the State, the school institution and its education system, and its practice in education. From this discussion it was inferred that his conception of education carries anarchist ideals that aim to provide men and women autonomy to ensure their freedom and, consequently, human dignity. / Esta investigação de natureza bibliográfica e qualitativa. apresenta. como tema. a concepção de educação em Maurício Tragtenberg, tendo por problema. o seguinte: a práxis da educação em Maurício Tragtenberg aponta para uma concepção anarquista ou se alinha a uma pedagogia não-diretiva específica? E tendo por hipótese, que a radical crítica presente no pensamento, nas obras e nos atos do autor vai de encontro ao modo de produção e exploração existente, de maneira que sua práxis, no exercício da docência, sugere uma concepção de educação anarquista. Utilizando-me do método dialético, na construção deste trabalho proponho como objetivo geral examinar a.s obra.s desse educador, visando à discussão acerca da categoria educação. Para tanto, proponho-me a investigar dados biográficos, que se inserem no contexto de sua formação intelectual, a fim de apreender sua visão de homem e de mundo. Tenho em vista também analisar sua. crítica ao Estado, à instituição Escola. e a seu sistema de educação, além de sua práxis na educação. Dessa. discussão inferiu-se que sua concepção de educação é portadora. de ideais anarquistas que visam a. proporcionar a. homens e mulheres autonomia para garantir sua liberdade e, consequentemente, a dignidade humana.
