Výuka problematiky veřejného sektoru na vysokých školách v ČR / Set of Problems connected with Public Sector Education at Schools of Higher Education in the Czech Republic

Trajerová, Veronika January 2009 (has links)
The thesis is focused on analyzing the offer of studies aimed on the public sector on the universities throughout the Czech Republic and the comparison of the its coverage within bachelor and master studies. In the theoretical part there is the explanation of the main parts of the public sector. The theory is explained by the definitions of terms which are closely related to this field. There is the explication of creation and existence of public sector. There are also mentioned characters and structure of public sector. The results of the complex research are stated in the practical part. The research covered all universities within the Czech Republic. The results brought out also other comparative perspectives. Anyway, the main goal was to confirm or to disprove the assumptions which emerge out of suppositions expected in this field. The main supposition is that public universities will dominate in the offer of these studies above the private universities.

Vířivé čerpadlo jako možná srdeční náhrada / Vortex pump as a possible heart replacement

Coufalík, Martin January 2017 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of artificial hearts and ventricular assist devices. The theoretical part describes the heart and its function. Blood is characterized in terms of rheological behavior and the possible criteria for hemolysis are discussed. The following section describes the most commonly used ventricular assist devices, with emphasis on the use of the regenerative pump, including its components. In the practical part, an experimental analysis of two pumps (COV 43 and COV 23) is performed. Furthermore, non-dimensional characteristics of the pumps are constructed using the laws of similarity. In the computational part, the CFD analysis of the regenerative pump is performed by means of stationary and transient calculation. The results are compared with the experimental findings and based on the results, the impeller of regenerative pump was modified.

Turbínový pohon dobíjecí jednotky elektrobusu / Turbine drive for charger unit of bus

Obrlík, Jan January 2017 (has links)
Diploma thesis deals with use of combustion chamber to drive the electric bus charging unit. Based on the research and analysis of operation economy, a turboexpander with an air pressure tank is selected to drive the charging unit. A thermodynamic design is created for this variant. Based on this design a unit layout is proposed. Layout drawings are created for the proposed layout.

Charakterizace chodců ve videu / Pedestrian Attribute Analysis

Studená, Zuzana January 2019 (has links)
This work deals with obtaining pedestrian information, which are captured by static, external cameras located in public, outdoor or indoor spaces. The aim is to obtain as much information as possible. Information such as gender, age and type of clothing, accessories, fashion style, or overall personality are obtained using using convolutional neural networks. One part of the work consists of creating a new dataset that captures pedestrians and includes information about the person's sex, age, and fashion style. Another part of the thesis is the design and implementation of convolutional neural networks, which classify the mentioned pedestrian characteristics. Neural networks evaluate pedestrian input images in PETA, FashionStyle14 and BUT Pedestrian Attributes datasets. Experiments performed over the PETA and FashionStyle datasets compare my results to various convolutional neural networks described in publications. Further experiments are shown on created BUT data set of pedestrian attributes.

Gramofonový elektronkový zesilovač / Vacuum tube phono amplifier

Hrubý, Ondřej January 2020 (has links)
This master´s thesis deals with a design and simulation of an audio power phono amplifier using vakuum tubes. The frequency response of suggested solution should comply with the norm specified by RIAA. It also describes a vacuum tube basic description and also its advantages for audio applications and principle of usage a magnetodynamic pick-up. Last part contains a design of microprocessor system and power supply.

Konstrukce zkušebního zařízení pro testování adheze a hluku v kontaktu kola a kolejnice / Design of test rig for measurement of adhesion and noise in wheel-rail contact

Gabriel, Tomáš January 2020 (has links)
This master’s thesis is dedicated to the design of an experimental rig that allows investigation of causes for noise during tram’s passing of a track curve and the developement of means to mitigate this noise. The opening section of this thesis contains theoretical background for the tribological mechanics of wheel-rail contact with emphasis on the process of noise generation, followed by an overview of laboratory tst rigs with similar purpose. Design itself is centered around the implementation of the dynamic model of wheel-rail contact using real tram wheel. Resulting test rig allows measurement of the adhesion characteristic in tangential and lateral directions and recording of the generated noise while an angle of attack is set.

Akumulátorová sekačka na trávu / Battery supplied lawn mower

Picmaus, Jan January 2021 (has links)
The thesis deals with a concept of turning a conventional petrol powered lawn mower to a battery powered solution which is powered by lithium cells. A division to three chapters, comparison, mechanical and electrical, provides fluency of the whole design and further realization. The arrangement of chapters is performed so that the continuity of the thesis is maintained. Calculations of parameters of every motor and transmission with choosing particular devices are just a part of much interesting information which can be found in this thesis. All new components have full documentation except those which were changed during manufacturing. The electrical part explains every part of the schematics in detail. The realization contains difference between preliminary design and further production, manufacturing of the PCB and powering up the motor drives. The last part of the thesis contains temperature measurements of the device at no load.

Nové diketopyrrolopyrroly pro organickou fotovoltaiku / Novel diketopyrrolopyrroles for organic photovoltaics

Hrabal, Michal January 2013 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to conduct optical and photovoltaic characterization of derivatives of diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) as materials suitable for fabrication of bulk heterojunction organic solar cells. The charge transfer from donor material (DPP) to acceptor material (PCBM) is studied by a quenching of fluorescence. The photovoltaic response is studied by current – voltage characteristic which can tell us crucial parameters such as shor circuit current density Jsc, open circuit voltage Voc, fill factor FF and power conversion efficiency PCE. Optical characterization was carried out for symmetrical DPP derivatives (U69 and U97) which both contained diphenylaminstilbene moiety and differed in N-alkyl group. On the other hand photovoltaic characterization was conducted for analogous but asymmetrical materials (U70 and U99). Material U29 was characterized as well but its properties proved to be very poor. Both these characterizations tell us that materials with shorter solubilization groups (U69 and U99) are more suitable candidates. Achieved PCE for U70 was 0,74 % and for U99 up to 1,39 %. From these values one can say that small molecule organic materials can be used for fabrication of solar cells.

Matematické modely transformátorů a asynchronních motorů / Mathematical models of the transformers and asynchronous machines

Cipín, Radoslav January 2008 (has links)
The fist part of this work is dealt with the construction of the mathematical models of voltage and current transformers. There are created and simulated models of voltage and current transformer with the nonlinear magnetization characteristics. The second part of this work is dealt with equivalent circuit of the induction motor in the form of Gamma-circuit. The speed-torque characteristic and the dependence of stator current on the slip are calculated from this equivalent circuit. The third part of this work is dealt with electromagnetic design of the alternating current machines by the help of a classic way and a new way.
