Elektrodepozice tenkých tantalových vrstev z iontových roztoků a měření jejich elektrických vlastností / Electrodeposition of thin tantalum layers from ionic liquids and measurement of their electrical properties

The thesis is focused on the electrodeposition of tantalum from ionic solution 1-butyl-1- methylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide, ([BMP]Tf2N) at 200°C and description of related transfer and kinetic phenomena on the interface between the ionic solution and working electrode. Furthermore, the electrodeposition of tantalum layers in different ionic solutions containing tantalum salts and especially in ([BMP]Tf2N) is introduced. In the last part of the thesis, results of cyclic voltammetry, surface analysis SEM and elemental analysis EDX are discussed. MIS (metal-insulator-semiconductor) structure was determined comprising porous anodic alumina as the insulator and semiconductive TaxOy on the top of the insulator. The electric conductivity of the MIS structures was studied by using amper-volt IV and CV characteristics. The results of the cyclic voltametry, impedance spectroscopy and chronoamperometry are discussed.

Resumé The diploma thesis represents a complex teaching method which is especially suitable for educating of students in their first year at secondary schools, or in the last year at lower secondary schools. This method introduces students to the basics of the secondary school literary education and to the "summary" characteristics of a literary work. The aim of the method is to guide students by means of the method of experiential pedagogy to acquire the whole complex of knowledge and skills in the field of interpretation and analysis which is required for the State part of school-leaving examinations. The method also aims to create and strengthen mutual relationships inside teams of students and the ability of students to cooperate more closely. The method is built up on four starting points: the constructivism, the creation or creativity, the comparison, and dramatic texts with drama education. We have chosen dramatic texts because, from the point of view of literary-theoretical analysis, they contain all the basic categories of "syuzhet" genres; all, apart from narration and narrators. In addition, and in contrast to epics, the interpretation of drama becomes a greater challenge due to the "gaps" which must be filled by the reader. The work deal with the measurement, processing and analysis of Q/h characteristics of the sluice chamber in the wastewater treatment plant on a physical hydraulic model in the conditions of influencing the overflow phenomenon by the groundwater level. Based on the achieved results, a measuring system has been projected in the area of the sluice chamber to measure the flow and flow rate of lightened water into the Svratka river. The measurements on the model were performed in the premises of the Laboratory of water Management Research of the Institute of Water Structures of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Brno University of Technology by the author of this work. The results of the diploma thesis is a flow chart describing the calculation procedure used to determine the immediate flow, on the basis of which a new software of the evaluation unit of the measuring system was realized.

The aim of this MSc Thesis is to create a system for automatic generation of frequency characteristics of electrical circuits. These circuits are described by differential equations. A special simulator of RLC circuit has been created and frequence response, vector diagram can be generated. This system has been mainly suggested for application in education. The process of solving differential equations is based on the Taylor method. Systems in general is the theoretical part of this project. Different definitions of systems their divission ,basic phenomenons and mathematical devices are described there. Next chapter deals with the mathematical devices for solving differential equations which makes the basis for description of phenomenons in these systems. There are also systems TKSL and TKSL/C. In the next chapter I was investigaty the analyze of vector diagrams for simple and more difficult circuits. I have found a solution for actual circuit by this technique. The last chapter is devoted to the frequency characteristics and descriptions of simulation program for generation the frequency characteristics.

This thesis, which deals with the influence of the location of pre-kindergarten classes in elementary school, she devoted herself to the problems associated with this topic. And that is only 1 entry class, school readiness and related characteristics of the child in this age but also the continuity of preschool and primary education, which the most important areas, regarding the thesis topic, educational programs for preschool children organized by elementary school. One of these programs are also preschool classes located in the elementary school. And this location is the most devoted attention. This thesis explores and examines what are the positives of the location, whether they are seen as a negative. To meet the objectives of the thesis is mainly managed by teachers who have experience with children who attended classes in elementary school situated. Teachers in most expressed by children who attended the class, in the first class quickly adapt to the environment than children who attended a regular kindergarten class located in the building of a kindergarten. This diploma thesis deals with development of industrial school in Volyně in the last one hundred years (1914-2014). Due to such long and rich history of this industrial school, being the second oldest functioning school of this kind, we covered the last one hundred years. Division into chapters follows the changes of school name where such change reflects certain social situation. In this work you can find development of school, its capacity problems which could be solved by looking for and subsequent finding a suitable place for construction and following building of school grounds, problems with accommodation and boarding of students. We keep track of changes related to changes of political situation, changes of study length, fields of study, students´ activities etc. Certain space is related to presentation of school to public (competitions, exhibitions, seminars). In this work you can also find some interesting facts which characterize given period. Sources for this thesis were taken from the archive materials of State district archive in Strakonice, annuals and annual reports of school and school chronicles. This work should contribute to covering history of education system in Volyně.

This thesis is focused on a practical utilisation of methods of pedagogical-psychological diagnostics in a primary school. The theoretical part explores the role and importance of pedagogical diagnostics in a school, the view of a teacher on a meaningfulness of diagnosis in dependence on the years of his/her teaching experience, and positions on the personality of a pupil in dependence of his/her physical, psychical and social development. The practical part consists of interviews with teachers where I asked about the practicality and possible ways of use of the methods of pedagogical-psychological diagnostics in the usual school environment. This is followed by an analysis of the drawing-projection method and didactic non-standard tests. This paper is concluded with an assessment of social climate in a class. The research has been conducted with the teachers and the pupils of the primary school in Ceske Budejovice.
