Formação inicial de professores de química na perspectiva da educação inclusiva: um diálogo entre as propostas curriculares de instituições de ensino superior no Estado de São Paulo e do Teachers College da Columbia University (EUA) / Chemistry teachers\' training in an Inclusive Education perspective: a dialogue between the curricular proposals of higher education institutions from São Paulo State and from the Teachers College from Columbia University (USA)Nascimento, Ana Carolina Dalbó do 16 August 2018 (has links)
A legislação brasileira, desde a Constituição de 1988 até as resoluções e decretos mais atuais, prevê o direito ao ensino para todos os alunos, com e sem deficiência, na educação básica. Entretanto, a formação dos educadores, em sua maioria, é deficitária e recorrentes publicações alertam para o fato de que nossos professores não se sentem capacitados para esta função. Considerando tais prerrogativas, este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar e compreender como ocorre a formação inicial de professores de Química, no que diz respeito a Educação Inclusiva e à qualificação para o trabalho com alunos com deficiência, nas Instituições de Ensino Superior no estado de São Paulo (USP, UNESP, UNICAMP, UFSCar e sete Institutos Federais) dialogando com propostas internacionais advindas de uma instituição de formação de professores norte americana, o Teachers College da Universidade de Columbia nos Estados Unidos. Para tanto, foram analisados documentos, decretos, projetos de lei, diretrizes e políticas relativas à inclusão. Ao mesmo tempo, através da Análise de Conteúdo segundo Franco (2008) e Bardin (1977), foram examinados os Projetos Político Pedagógicos e as matrizes curriculares dos cursos de Licenciatura em Química selecionados. Em relação aos documentos americanos, foram considerados os programas de formação de professores do Teachers College e também outros documentos relativos à Educação Inclusiva como o Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) de 2004. Os resultados apontam que, apesar do movimento, tanto de tratados internacionais quanto de leis federais, as Universidades brasileiras pouco vão além do exigido por lei. Sendo que, este mínimo exigido nos documentos, não parece garantir preparo efetivo aos licenciandos para atuar em sala de aula considerando a perspectiva da educação inclusiva. Já em relação às convergências e divergências entre as formações que acontecem nos dois países, foi possível perceber que tanto nas propostas curriculares nacionais quanto nas norte americanas, o conjunto de disciplinas indicadas tangenciam-se no sentido da estrutura e do conteúdo e mesmo com propostas de formação em níveis acadêmicos diferentes, estas apresentam similaridades / Since the 1988 Constitution until the newest resolutions and decrees, the Brazilian legislation predicts the basic education right to all students, with or without any kind of disability. However, most of the teachers receive a flowed preparation when it comes to dealing with these students and many recent papers call our attention to the fact that our teachers do not feel prepared to this function. Therefore, this research goal is to investigate and understand how the initial Chemistry teachers training happens with regards to the Inclusive Education, how the courses approach and advocate the support to disabled students, in higher education institutions inside São Paulo state (USP, UNESP, UNICAMP, UFSCar and seven Federal Institutes) dialoguing with international proposals from a north American teachers training institution, the Teachers College at the Columbia University located in New York. To do so, documents, decrees, law projects and policies connected with inclusion were analyzed, including the Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Brasileira (1996). At the same time, through Content Analysis by Franco (2008) and Bardin (1977), the Projetos Político Pedagógicos and the list of subjects from the selected Chemistry Licensure courses were studied. About the American documents, there were considered the initial teacher preparation courses from the Teachers College and other documents related to the Inclusive Education like the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) from 2004. The results show that besides all the international and federal laws influence to intensify the teachers training to face this reality, the Universities do almost nothing beyond what is asked from them, being this minimum, which is requested by the law, not enough to offer an effective preparation to the licensure students. About the convergences and divergences between the national courses and the American ones it is possible to realize that both have similar structures and subject contents even being proposals for different academic levels

A importância das questões sócio-ambientais vem crescendo rapidamente, sobretudo na elaboração de currículos de ciências, com conseqüências para a formação de professores. No entanto, atuar nessa perspectiva vai além da disponibilidade de materiais didáticos comprometidos com essa proposta, faz-se necessário formar professores capazes de utilizálos, dotados de visão multidisciplinar do corpo teórico específico de sua área de atuação e com condições de adotarem um modelo de ensino diferente do vivenciado por eles durante toda a sua vida escolar. As metas de uma formação comprometida com as questões sócioambientais envolvem não somente a apropriação do conhecimento científico tanto teórico quanto experimental, mas também o reconhecimento dos impactos ambientais envolvidos no ciclo de vida de produtos de consumo duráveis e não duráveis, e até mesmo o planejamento do ensino experimental contemplando formas de minimização dos impactos ambientais. Nossa pesquisa procurou tornar viável a avaliação da formação de professores de Química na perspectiva de um comprometimento com as questões sócio-ambientais. Para tanto acompanhamos a elaboração e aplicação de uma metodologia de ensino apoiada nos princípios da Química Verde e voltada para tais questões pela docente, e também pesquisadora da própria prática, de disciplinas da licenciatura em Química em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior particular no interior de São Paulo no período de 2005-2008. Tal acompanhamento nos permitiu estabelecer indicadores de comprometimento sócio-ambiental durante a evolução da elaboração dessa metodologia. Esses indicadores foram analisados sobre a perspectiva do amadurecimento do aparelho psíquico proposto por Melanie Klein e generalizados para propiciar a análise dos projetos de ensino, elaborados pelos licenciandos da turma de 2008, com ênfase para as questões sócio-ambientais na perspectiva CTS. Essa análise nos permitiu concluir sobre o nível de comprometimento dos licenciandos com essas questões. Analisamos também os efeitos da pesquisa sobre a própria prática, resultando em uma reflexão que permitiu tanto uma mudança do discurso da docente, como também uma evolução na relação professor/aluno, através da superação parcial tanto das limitações institucionais como pessoais. Essa evolução foi percebida através de análise de projetos de ensino, das participações dos alunos, dos artigos elaborados pela docente, da orientação de projetos de iniciação científica, desde 2005 até 2008. / The importance of socio-environmental issues is growing rapidly, especially in developing science curricula, with consequences for the teacher training. However, work in this perspective goes beyond the availability of materials involved in this proposal, it is necessary to train teachers to use them and having multidisciplinary view of the theoretical specific to your area of expertise and that could adopt a model education other than experienced by them throughout their school life. The goals of training committed to the socio-environmental issues not only involve the appropriation of scientific knowledge, both theoretical and experimental, but also a recognition of the environmental impacts involved in the life cycle of consumer durable and nondurable goods, and even planning of experimental teaching contemplating ways to minimize environmental impacts. Our research sought to make viable the evaluation of chemistry teachers training at the prospect of a commitment to the socio-environmental issues. To this end we follow the development and implementation of a teaching methodology supported the principles of green chemistry and attention to those issues by the teacher, researcher and also of the practice of disciplines in Teachers College in an Institution of higher education particularly in São Paulo in the period 2005-2008. Such monitoring has allowed us to establish indicators of socioenvironmental commitment during the course of developing this methodology. These indicators were analyzed from the perspective of maturation of the psychic apparatus proposed by Melanie Klein and generalized to provide an analysis of the teaching projects, prepared by students teachers of class of 2008, with emphasis on socio-environmental perspective STS. This analysis allowed us to conclude about the level of commitment to these issues by the teacher training student. We also analyzed the effects of own practice research, resulting in a reflection that enabled both a change in the discourse of teaching as well as developments in the teacher / student, in part by overcoming the limitations both institutional and personal. This process has been perceived through analysis of education projects, the participation of the students, the articles written by the teacher, the guidance of basic scientific research projects, from 2005 to 2008.

Previous issue date: 2010-03-09 / With the development of this research we seek to investigate the relationships and interactions between constituent elements of the pedagogical courses projects (PPC) of Chemistry Teachers Training Courses in the Goiás state,
Brazil. We used as a research method discursive textual analysis aimed at fragmenting documents examined in units of analysis, relations between units in the categorization process and build a new text that presents the new understandings of the phenomenon studied. We question whether, in the
documents, the relationships and interactions established enable or provide a training that includes the current guidelines for teacher training. Identified positivist conceptions about the vision of science, lack of clarity regarding the professional profile to be formed and found the identity crisis of the university when you try to justify their actions relating to the needs of the labor market. We
analyze the contradictions in relation to issues of interdisciplinarity, training by research and through use of information technology and communication.We study in detail the PPC in Chemistry Teachers Training Courses, re-designed
our views and we give as a subject/researcher/teacher in a process of continuing education teacher's own trainer. This change enabled us to participate in the drafting of a new PPC seeking help to produce a document that had minimized the contradictions perceived by us on other PPC. We therefore propose that the conscious participation in the construction and preparation of PPC requires the understanding of the intentions of which are governed these documents constituted as drivers of the paths chosen for the implementation of the pedagogical and identity of a stroke / Com o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa buscamos investigar as relações e interações entre os elementos constituintes dos projetos pedagógicos de cursos (PPC) de Licenciatura em Química no estado de Goiás. Utilizamos como método de pesquisa a análise textual discursiva que visa fragmentar os
documentos analisados em unidades de análise, estabelecer relações entre as unidades no processo de categorização e construir um novo texto em que são apresentadas as novas compreensões do fenômeno estudado. Questionamos

do mercado de trabalho. Analisamos as contradições presentes em relação às questões da interdisciplinaridade, formação pela pesquisa e uso das tecnologias da informação e comunicação. Ao estudarmos de maneira detalhada os PPC de Licenciaturas em Química, reelaboramos nossas concepções e nos constituímos como sujeito/ pesquisador/professor em um
processo de formação continuada do próprio professor formador. Essa mudança nos possibilitou a participação na elaboração de um novo PPC contribuindo para a elaboração de um documento que tivesse minimizadas as contradições por nós percebidas em outros PPC. Nesse contexto, propomos

學科教學知識(PCK)是上世紀80年代提出的一種與教師課堂實踐緊密聯繫的知識。回顧學科教學知識的研究文獻發現,較少有研究專門針對學科教學知識轉化為課堂教學行為的過程。本研究選取三位中學化學教師作為案例,詳細描述和分析了PCK如何向課堂教學進行轉化。根據PCK的兩大維度一是關於“教",二是關於“內容",研究選擇了某一特定教學主題(化學反應速率)以及探究式教學來具體化這兩大維度。這樣研究就是從具有特定教學主題和教學取向的角度去闡釋PCK的轉化過程。轉化研究從四個方面進行展開:一是教師對於探究的知識和信念,二是以探究為教學取向的PCK,三是教師的課堂實踐行為,四是PCK與教學行為之間的聯繫和差異,以及影響PCK向課堂實踐轉化的因素。 / 研究發現PCK向課堂實踐的轉化,可以從三個方面進行闡釋。首先從教師所理解的探究知識而言,教師對探究的理解程度會影響教學目標的制定、教學內容的選擇、教學策略和教學評價的實施以及學生知識這些PCK的主要成分,繼而影響探究教學的實施。教師對探究的理解最主要的困難體現在三個方面:一是缺乏使用證據進行解釋的意識;二是將探究等同於“預測"、“實驗室活動";三是重視“做"科學多於“說"科學,學生較少獲得交流與解釋的機會。 / 其次PCK本身的程度影響課堂教學實踐的轉化。研究發現三位教師當中,有經驗教師的PCK各個知識成分比較均衡,知識成分之間能夠產生聯繫,PCK與教學行為之間的差異較小。新手教師的PCK發展處於不均衡狀態,其中教學目標和評價知識較為豐富,但是缺乏充分的教學策略知識來實現教學目標的轉變。PCK不僅僅是知識成分的綜合,它體現了教師將不同知識整合的能力,有經驗教師的整合能力明顯高於新手教師。此外,學生知識是變化最為劇烈的PCK知識成分,教師需要特別的提示或是刺激才能促進其在教學計劃中更多地考慮學生。 / 最後,教師面對探究教學的實施總體呈現一種複雜而矛盾的信念。這背後的影響因素主要來自五個方面:一是教學觀念,例如教師對學習“過程"和“結果"的價值判斷,通常“結果"定律影響探究教學的實施;二是自我效能感,自我效能感高的教師更能實現教學轉化;三是學生觀念,教師對學生的評價越是負面,越會阻礙教學轉化;四是同伴學習,擁有同儕支持的教師能夠獲得更多的教學資源以及自我效能感,如果有優秀教師的引領,這種自我效能感將更加得到強化;五是教科書、課程標準、考試等外在因素,通常“課程"和“考試"是教師認為最容易阻礙探究教學實施的兩大外部壓力。 / 基於以上發現,研究建議值得繼續關注的問題是:進一步確定PCK的評級方法和工具,幫助教師形成均衡發展的PCK;促進教師深入理解和反思探究的本質;為教師提供支持性的環境,包括穩定的培訓環境、增加教師之間學習的機會、支持教師對自我教學進行不斷的改進和跟新、鼓勵教師形成積極、正面、陽關的教學心態。研究對於教師專業發展和提高科學本質觀的認識這兩方面具有一定的理論和實踐貢獻。 / The notion of pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) was proposed in the 1980s. PCK is closely related to teachers’ classroom practices, but a review of research on PCK revealed that few previous studies had focused on how PCK is transformed into classroom practice. Using three high school chemistry teachers in Beijing as cases, this study investigated the transformation process of PCK. They taught chemical reaction rate by using inquiry teaching and learning in their schools. Interviews and direct observations were used to collect data on the actual teaching and learning process in their classrooms. The research focused on four areas: teacher knowledge and beliefs about inquiry; the PCK for inquiry teaching; teacher behaviors in the classroom; and the transformation of PCK into classroom teaching as well as the factors affecting the transformation process. / It was found that the process of PCK transformation can be analyzed from three perspectives. First, teachers’ levels of understanding of inquiry affected their selection of learning objectives, content, teaching strategies, and assessment. Three major difficulties encountered by the three teachers were identified. Secondly, teachers’ levels of PCK influenced the transformation of PCK into classroom teaching. Experienced teachers were able to transform their PCK more easily than novice teachers. However, both experienced and novice teachers had to pay more attention to students’ needs when designing and implementing inquiry teaching. Thirdly, the three teachers held complex and conflicting beliefs about teaching and learning.
