Guía para reducir los desperdicios en la fase de diseño de proyectos BIM de edificaciones comerciales mediante la implementación de la plataforma A360 en PYMES constructoras del Perú / Guide to reduce waste in the design phase of BIM projects for commercial buildings by implementing the A360 platform in SMEs builders in Peru

Arévalo Pinchi, Jennifer, Palacios Mendoza, Mauricio Ricardo 18 February 2021 (has links)
In Perú, there are more and more companies seeking to implement the BIM methodology in their construction projects; however, small and medium companies, despite making economic efforts, usually do not achieve the expected objectives of the project, since BIM adoption involves overcoming a series of difficulties related to collaboration and communication between the people that participates in the project. This research is oriented to find a solution to this problem, for which first, an analysis of three BIM projects from small and medium construction companies has to be done; in order to detect deficiencies in the collaborative environment, their causes and the waste generated. Then, an implementation guide for the A360 collaborative platform will be developed, which will be applied in a commercial building project in the design phase. Once this process has been carried out, the results obtained will be evaluated and the functionality of this collaborative platform will be verified by obtaining a reduction in waste and a decrease in the duration of this stage. / Tesis

Propuesta de una guía técnica para la implementación de un entorno colaborativo del constructor para mejorar la productividad en los proyectos inmobiliarios en Lima en tiempos de Covid-19 / Proposal of a technical guide for the implementation of a collaborative environment for the builder to improve productivity in real estate projects in Lima in times of Covid-19

Angulo Salazar, Jose Alexis, Bartolo Rojas, Maykol Yovane 24 February 2022 (has links)
Currently the construction sector is going through one of the worst economic crises in history, this is due to the current situation due to the Covid-19 disease. These problems have caused many companies to find themselves in the need to invest in innovative measures in order to survive in the face of this crisis, among them we have; the home office, the insertion of new digital tools and the changes of the traditional method in projects. In our country, the application of the traditional method to execute construction projects has caused various irregularities and problems in the stages of the project, this is due to the lack of communication and coordination between the Stakeholders, widely affecting the results, increasing the costs and deadlines of the project. Unlike a traditional approach, collaborative environments in construction projects offer us a participatory work environment where the Stakeholders have full cooperation with the interests of the project. In addition, the performance of the constructor has a significant representation, since it offers contributions from the initial stages in the realization of the project, managing to increase productivity and optimizing constructability This research work is a guide that was developed as a support to have a more integrated vision in real estate projects, where the collaboration procedures of the builder prevail with the Stakeholders. Likewise, two case studies of the proposed methodology are shown, justifying considerable contributions in the design and construction stages, managing to reduce the costs and deadlines of the project. / Tesis

Collaborative applications used in a wireless environment at sea for use in Coast Guard Law Enforcement and Homeland Security missions

Klopson, Jadon E., Burdian, Stephen V. 03 1900 (has links)
Approved for public release, distribution is unlimited / This thesis analyzes the potential impact of incorporating wireless technologies, specifically an 802.11 mesh layer architecture and 802.16 Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing, in order to effectively and more efficiently transmit data and create a symbiotic operational picture between Coast Guard Cutters, their boarding teams, Coast Guard Operation Centers, and various external agencies. Two distinct collaborative software programs, Groove Virtual Office and the Naval Postgraduate School's Situational Awareness Agent, are utilized over the Tactical Mesh and OFDM network configurations to improve the Common Operating Picture of involved units within a marine environment to evaluate their potential impact for the Coast Guard. This is being done to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Coast Guard units while they carry out their Law Enforcement and Homeland Security Missions. Through multiple field experiments, including Tactical Network Topology and nuclear component sensing with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, we utilize commercial off the shelf (COTS) equipment and software to evaluate their impact on these missions. / Lieutenant Commander, United States Coast Guard / Lieutenant, United States Coast Guard
