A presente pesquisa relata a introdução e o desenvolvimento da Arte Telemática no circuito artístico-cultural brasileiro. Dos trabalhos inaugurais realizados na década de 1980 até os desdobramentos ocorridos na virada para o século XXI, essa retrospectiva relaciona os principais eventos de Telearte e aborda conceitos que passaram a ser discutidos a partir da introdução das teletecnologias em práticas artísticas, culminando em um movimento de grande potencial dialógico. / The present study reports the introduction and development of Telematic Art in the Brazilian art-culture circuit. From inaugural works occuring in the 80 to developments promoted by the turn of the XXI century, this review shows the principal Teleart events and concepts that came to be discussed from the introduction of teletecnologies in artistic practices, culminating in a movement of great potential dialogic.

The diploma thesis deals with art-philetics with a focus on the process of couple communication. Art-philetics is a developing field with a relatively stable theoretical foundation. However, no one has so far studied the usage of art-philetics in couple communication. This topic deserves to be paid due attention, since couple relationships are the foundation for a stable family system and also present a model for children - our future generation. Communication is one of the most fundamental tools for having a satisfying relationship. The objective of the thesis is to explore and analyse the processes that facilitate communication. The underlying research also examines the following hypothesis: art-philetics, with a special focus on communication, can be applied when working with couples. The target group is married couples with children. In order to achieve my the desired goal, a detailed project of a qualitative research in the form of two case studies has been devised. Data come from observation, discussions and reflections, and are then analysed. The results are verified using a questionnaire collecting the subjective views of the couples. Este trabalho é uma reflexão sobre a produção artística em artemídia em que o contexto em suas diversas esferas social, público, tecnológico ou econômico é parte fundamental de sua proposta. Interessa-nos investigar em quais circunstâncias a arte tecnológica poderá atuar em questionamentos do cotidiano e da própria tecnologia. Para tanto, este percurso apóia-se inicialmente na teoria da Estética Relacional de Nicolas Bourriaud, aproximandose de diversas estratégias artísticas de intervenção ou desvio contra o uso homogêneo dos meios. A pesquisa contempla também a análise de diversos trabalhos artísticos de autores nacionais e estrangeiros, dentro do escopo assinalado, e resultou igualmente na elaboração de dois projetos poéticos em desenvolvimento conjunto com o artista Edgar Franco, o site Freakpedia e o Projeto Vislumbres Pós-humanos. / This work is a reflection about a new media art production which the context in different forms social, public, technological or economic is elemental part proposition. Interest us to explore what situations the technological art will act in quotidian questions and technology. Therefore, this way is supported initially in Nicolas Bourriauds theory Relational Aesthetics and also, in second moment, in several artistic strategies of intervention or transgression against homogeneous media use. The research contemplate analysis of national and foreign artworks, inside of scope marked, and resulted also in elaboration of two practical projects in development with the artist Edgar Franco, the web site Freakpedia e o Project Vislumbres Pós-humanos.
