Europos Sąjungos kompensacinės paramos įtaka ekologinio ūkininkavimo plėtrai Lietuvoje / Influence of European Union compensatory support for development of ecological farming in Lithuania

Research object: Farms producing ecological production, participating in “Agrarian environment protection” instrumentality ecological farming programme of Plan for Rural Development for 2004–2006 year. Research subject: impact of European Union Compensatory Support for Ecological Farming. Research aim: to evaluate influence of European Union Compensatory Support for Ecological Farming development. Objectives: 1. To sift condition of Ecological Farming and support amount till membership in European Union. 2. To sift Ecological Farming development potentiality after membership in European Union and changes in amount of European Union Compensatory Support. 3. To evaluate influence of European Union Compensatory Support for Ecological Farming development during first year of membership in European Union. Research methods: to sift influence of European Union Compensatory Support for Ecological Farming development nonfiction analysis, statistical analysis, comparative analysis, logical abstract, monographic, graphical depiction and other research methods were used. Using support, emerge possibility to develop production for domestic demand and to integrate it into the common market of Europe Union. Purpose of the Ecological Farming support is that major part of Lithuanian Agriculture became orientated to the sparing, harmonious with environment and human farming.

Identifiering och stöd till elever med dyslexi : En intervjustudie om hur lärare arbetar med att identifiera och stödja elever med dyslexi / Identification and support for pupils with dyslexia : A study about how the teachers work to identify and support students with dyslexia

Syftet med examensarbetet är att diskutera och belysa hur några skolor arbetar med attidentifiera och stötta elever med dyslexi och sätta det i relation till skolans styrdokument. Föratt kunna undersöka dessa frågeställningar användes semistrukturerade intervjuer med sexstycken lärare som alla arbetar på olika skolor. Resultaten visar att skolorna arbetar med attkartlägga och följa upp eleverna och att lärarna försöker kompensera elevers svårighetergenom olika pedagogiska stöd och tekniska hjälpmedel. Skolorna arbetar inkluderande och deanpassar undervisningen och lärandemiljön utifrån elevernas olika behov och svårigheter.Resultaten visar också det finns dilemman som lärarna mött under sitt arbete med att hjälpaeleverna med dyslexi så som att skolan ska vara kompensatorisk men samtidigt varainkluderande, tidsbrist, hjälpmedlen kan vara utpekande och att eleverna behöver få endiagnos för att skolan ska få extra resurser. / The aim of the study is to discuss and illustrate how some schools are working to identify andsupport pupils with dyslexia and how it relates to their policy documents. To investigate thesequestions, semi-structured interviews were chosen as the method. Six teachers, all working atdifferent schools, were interviewed. The results show that the school are working to identifyand follow up students, and that educators are trying to compensate for pupils difficultiesthrough a variety of educational supports and assistive technology. Schools working in aninclusive and personalizing the teaching and learning environment according to puppilsdifferent needs and difficulties. The results also show there are dilemmas that educators facedin their effort to help students whit dyslexia as that the school should be compensatory but atthe same time inclusive, lack of time, that the us of aids can become stigmatizing, andstudents need a diagnosis for the school to get extra resources.

Darbo objektas – žemės ūkio viešosios gėrybės mažiau palankiose ūkininkauti vietovėse. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti žemės ūkio viešųjų gėrybių kūrimo mažiau palankiose ūkininkauti vietovėse poveikį žemdirbių pajamoms. Iškeltam tikslui pasiekti sprendžiami šie uždaviniai: 1. Išnagrinėti viešųjų gėrybių koncepcijos esmę ir pagrįsti reguliavimo būtinumą. 2. Identifikuoti ir išanalizuoti BŽŪP finansinius instrumentus, skatinančius viešųjų gėrybių kūrimą mažiau palankiose ūkininkauti vietovėse. 3. Išanalizuoti BŽŪP finansinių instrumentų, skatinančių viešųjų gėrybių kūrimą mažiau palankiose ūkininkauti vietovėse, poveikį ūkininkų pajamoms Lietuvoje. 4. Atskleisti 2007 – 2013 metų BŽŪP vaidmenį skatinant viešųjų gėrybių kūrimą mažiau palankiose ūkininkauti vietovėse. Tyrimo metodai – mokslinės literatūros bei Europos Sąjungos ir Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros dokumentų analizė ir sintezė, lyginamosios analizės, indukcijos, dedukcijos, monografinis, duomenų sisteminimo ir statistinės analizės, grafinio vaizdavimo, apibendrinimo ir kiti metodai. Remiantis viešųjų gėrybių ir žemės ūkio daugiafunkciškumo koncepcijomis bei Europos Sąjungos ir Lietuvos teisinių dokumentų, reglamentuojančių BŽŪP finansinius instrumentus analize, identifikuoti ir išanalizuoti BŽŪP finansiniai instrumentai, skatinantys žemės ūkio viešųjų gėrybių kūrimą mažiau palankiose ūkininkauti vietovėse. The aim of work – to analyze the impact of production of agriculture public goods in less favoured agricultural areas on the income of farmers in Lithuania. Seeking the aim, the tasks are: 1. To analyze the point of the public goods concept and substantiate the necessity of regulation. 2. To identify and analyze the financial instruments of CAP, which promote the production of public goods in less favoured areas. 3. To analyze the impact of CAP financial instruments, which promote the production of public goods in less favoured areas, on the income of farmers in Lithuania 4. To identify the role of CAP in 2007 – 2013 on the promotion to produce public goods in less favoured areas. Methods of research – the analysis and synthesis of scientific literature and the EU and Lithuanian agricultural and rural development documents, comparable analysis, induction, deduction, monographic, data systematization and statistical analysis, graphical depiction, summarizing and other methods. With a reference to the analysis of the concepts of public goods and multifunctional agriculture and EU regulations, CAP financial instruments, which have an impact on production of public goods in less favoured areas, have been analyzed. Also the impact of EU support on the income of the farmers in the less favoured areas has been evaluated.
